Hapori Tohu Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 Among the many, if not all, plans being canceled or delayed across the world as we live through a global pandemic, LEGOLAND New York has officially postponed their Grand Opening celebrations to 2021. Read the press release here, but no further information is given aside from honoring tickets and passes bought for this year upon opening. Since it's been postponed for a year, I presume it'll remain the same day (July 4), but it'll be in 2021 rather than 2020. Truth be told, even before the pandemic started, my current situation was such that I felt more comfortable with waiting until next year to consider visiting that park, so this delay just might end up working in my favor.
