You can Stay warm and safe in Sandro Damiano's Winter Chalet! and meet Aaron Chapman of The Toronto Rocket Subway Train - Minifig scale Electric Train. The two projects are very different but have both managed to get the votes necessary to be considered for actual LEGO sets.
