Dawson is the Global President of Mars Food, Multisales and Global Customers and has worked at the family-owned Mars, Incorporated company for over thirty years. Clearly she has a lot of experience running a private company with a lot of brand recognition and is also apparently very active in the industry championing women's equality in the workplace.
