Hapori Tohu Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 We've still got over a week left in Hero February and there have been some great MOCs popping up around the Internet in celebration. One such creation is Nex: The Tech-Head by BrickPharaoh, which takes inspiration from the first two iterations of the character and combines them into a rad robot. I love the little drone flying over his shoulder, which includes a printed 2x2 curved slope from the Darth Vader Buildable Figure. The chest also has a nice homage to the hero cores of the original, and the feet have a ton of interesting details and really make the character stand out as not-quite-human. Lenny7092 Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 All nice MOC versions of the Alpha 1 Team are amazing! Anyway, I love how they used Bionicle parts to make these guys. Nex’s MOC form matches his personality very well! Since Hero Factory and Bionicle are very similar, I believe and super-wish that Bionicle G1 and HF share the same universe.
