Until more specifics are provided, I don't believe your question can be adequately answered.If you're asking if your profile picture/personal picture/avatar can become animated like your sig, the answer is no. All you have to do is make/get the .gif images and then you need to get a program called GIF Animator. Then, you just add the images in and choose the speed that the frame's play at. However, if you are asking how to get that image into your signature, right-click on the image. There should be an option something like "Copy Image Location." This will copy the image's URL.
