Name: DridakSpecies: Toa of ShadowGender: MaleAlignment: HackerMask: Jutlin, Mask of CorruptionAppearance: Dridak is tall, muscular, and handsome but countering this is the sinister aura he gives off, his eyes malicious and the way he holds himself imposing. His armor is primarily black and secondarily a dark red, very prominent, intimidating and possessing a pattern similar to that of a skeleton. Often when in public and around Technans will he cover himself up to avoid suspicion.Equipment: Metallic clawed gloves powerful enough to resist against swords without shattering or getting cut are worn along with retractable arm blades on his forearms and hidden ones under his wrist. Two fully automatic pistols rest on both sides of his waist and a shotgun on his back, all using his powers of shadow as ammunition.Abilities and Traits: Infiltration, combat and manipulation are what makes Dridak good at what he does, effective when it comes to getting the job done. His Jutlin always come into play, being one of his greatest assets combined with his elemental powers, weapons and impltants. Speed and brute force are Dridak’s forte, never relenting or showing mercy when it comes down to the disposition of a target.Implants: One of Dridak’s implants which make him such a formidable being is a brain implant which greatly boosts his focus and awareness, allowing for many uses. His second implant gives him higher endurance.Personality: Cold, calculating, manipulating and ruthless, the Toa of Shadow can be quite the evil person most of the time. He will however adapt and modify his behavior accordingly to make himself a more likeable person and gain trust of those he wishes to use for his own ends, very rarely caring for their well-being and usually stabbing them in the back once their use has been outlived. Dridak has very little tolerance for failure, hating to stomach it down as he is often successful.History: Dridak’s been very useful to the hackers as an infiltrator, gaining trust of enemies and usually getting the dirty work done, often faced with playing a major role in battle. His intelligence, methods and success have earned him a high rank among the Hackers but at the same time a good bit of infamy. Those who have heard of him would be smart to stay wary of the Toa, not wanting to get too comfortable with him.

Name: AlcasedesGender: MaleSpecies: Toa of GravityAppearance: Alcasedes wears purple and black armour. He wears what looks like a white lab coat some times, but takes it off before he fights, most of the time. His Kanohi is a strange mix of purple and black, as it's neon purple in the middle, but slowly fades to black as it gets to the edges.Kanohi: Great Mask of PossibilitiesPowers: Has Toa-level control over gravity, and the abilities of the Great Mask of Possibilities, which he typically uses for his own... experiments.Weapons: One broadsword, and an arm-mounted device to let him utilize his gravity powers selectively.Implants: The only implants that Alcasedes has currently is a brain implant, and an attachment to allow the arm-mounted device to, well, be mounted onto his arm, alongside other devices, though most were destroyed in the crash.Personality: Alcasedes, typically just referred to as 'Alca', has a different personality than most people. Typically, he can seem like one of the only people you could trust; however, underneath that, is a cold, manipulative being, who would do anything to fulfill his plan... And now, years after he first thought it up, he has his chance to implement it.Alignment: His own side.Bio: Much of Alca's past has been redacted. However, it is known that he was once well renowned as a very famous scientist, who at times let others take the credit. That changed, though, as he began to just keep to himself once the Techna-Nui launched. His original lab fell into disrepair at one point, and he disappeared after that point, though, it is rumoured that he simply moved into a separate lab, somewhere else in the Techna Nui...

She's always willing to help anyone in need. Daykia gets embaressed easily and follows her heart, even when it's not the best thing to do.Alignment: TechnaBio: Daykia is one of the people who is almost always late. Whether it be sleeping too late or getting stuck in a jam, she's seems to be constantly late, even though it's almost always never her fault. If she sets an alarm clock, it will break or not go off until she's already late, if she goes by foot she'll forget something and have too go back or will go help someone along the way. She was one of the last people to come to the Techna Nui. She's currently in the CHI, and is one of their best scouts due to her implant. Zakaro

Alrighty then, here's the Arentus character files, but with a few changes. Make sure to read it carefully, whoever does.Name: ArentusGender: MaleSpecies: VortixxAppearance: Artenus, under neath his armor, is dark green in color, with black highlights and racing-stripe-like designs. His armor, which covers every inch of his body, is a dark grey, with gunmetal areas, and black joints. The suit has an very robotic, plated look. The suit's helm resembles a gothic Kraakhan (Just for looks, it has no powers).Kanohi: N / APowers: N / AWeapons:-Artenus's battle armor is one gigantic weapon. The suit is constructed from a protosteel-hard plastic-like substance, not controlable by any known Toa (I only added this part because I didn't want some Toa of Iron causing his suit to impale him). The suit gives Artenus the ability to react at the speed of thought, for it is telepathicly controled. The suit's hydraulics, surperior technology, and rate of efficency give him a degree of strength enough to lift several tons (about 4 tons at max. I consider this 1/3 Pakari strength), speed way beyond an olympic runner (About 1/3 Kakama speed), and the accuracy of an Sanok user (He isn't able to control where the blasts land or anything, but he can "lock on" to a target, and continue to fire in their exact area).-The suit's helm, which completely covers Artenus's head and face, has a heads-up display, which targets and gives minor information on all moving objects (Nothing personal, just how tall, probable species, weight, and the such), as well as a automatic targeting system on all extremely-quickly moving objects (Bullets and the such).-On each forearm of Artenus's suit, there lies two retractable, mini-sized M61 Vulcan gatling guns, which, instead of bullets, uses compressed Co2 lazer blasts. The lazers are powerful enough to cut through most metals, stopping only at protosteel.-On the suit's soles, back, and palms, there are heat-jets used for flying.-A cannon-like firearm is attatched to the suit's back. The firearm positions itself into shooting positon by thought as well. This weapons fires a massive concussive blast, and takes at the very least a minute to recharge between blasts.Implants: Artenus possess a brain implant that "locks" and "unlocks" the suit as his command, as well as runs it and controls it. A locked suit means no one can get in and control it, while unlocked means it's operational, but still requires fingerprint scan to run. Once Artenus is inside the suit, it can not be reopened until he wishes.Personality: Artenus is a cold, calculating individual with no tolerance for others. He cares only for himself, and will stab you in the back while looking you in the eyes.Alignment: SelfBio: Artenus is a notorious inventor and criminal, who uses his technologic marvel for personal gain. Artenus currently resides in new Metru Nui, hoping to wreck havoc for as long as it takes for him to gather the information to escape this mata-nui forsaken planet.

When the ship crashed, he took a rather prominent role in trying to build and govern the city, along with protecting it. He was recently captured by hackers, and is being held in a cell in Krahzia.

When he transforms he looks like...well a werewolf...Kanohi: CalixPowers: Light. He also undergoes a strange, painful transformation when he gets to much adrenaline, fur grows over his armor, his feet and hands become claws, he grows a wolf-like tail, his face and mask change into a wolf like head, teeth, ears. He cannot use his elemental powers in this form. Weapons: As a Toa he is armed with a machete, and two patriots. Implants: nonePersonality: He's rather aloof, prefers to work alone when he can. Alignment: TechnaBio: He appears to be an ordinary Toa. He's a rather young one though, a teenager really. He himself isn't even aware of what he becomes when seriously angered.

He is currently nowhere near the territories of both the Hackers and Technans, and now spends his time attempting to summon bigger fish.

He has two distinct personalities in his head, represented by light and dark blue text. The light blue personality is a friendly, happy go lucky traveller without a care in the world. The dark blue personality is a grim warrior, who fights for something unknown. In both personalities he enjoys fighting, has some moral code, and often breaks the fourth wall.Alignment: Neutral, sometimes TechnaBio: Trakuda is a wanderer, believed dead, a hero and/or annoying by many. He does whatever he feels like doing, and has never taken a huge role in society after the collapse of the MU. He never has much motivation to do things other than 'this sounds fun, I'll try it out'.

A character with a pair of katana, bladed gauntlets, a sword, and axe, and dual arm blasters? That's an awful lot of weapons. You should remove either the bladed gauntlets or the dual arm blasters, and then remove one of the handheld weapon choices (the pair of katanas, the sword, and / or the axe); as is, your character can't realistically hold all his weapons.EDIT:I decided I would create an Umbrae character now so I don't have to worry about creating one later. Perhaps he had begun suffering from depression.After the Techna Nui crash-landed on Eida (the Umbrae's name for Karzahni Magna), Eidos was approached to serve as a strategist for the assaults on the invaders. He has done little for the repulsion effort thus far save for attending board meetings and sitting in grim silence, occasionally pointing out a flaw in a plan. He has been sent on one or two field missions since his promotion and performed admirably; however, his perfectionism, cold, distant nature, and preference of smarts rather than fighting skill has set him at odds with fellow warriors who view him as a nitpicky, by-the-book coward.

Also very proficient with his telepathic ability, to where he can countrol younger, lesser Umbrae, as evidenced in a few battles he led as Falken.Implants: None.Personality: Highly charismatic and influential, more xenophobic than other Umbrae. Very smart, too, though not a proficient military leader, seeing as he never progressed past the rank of sergeant.Alignment: UmbraeBiography: Yeska was born into the upper-middle class of Umbrae society, having many pathway options in life. Despite the wishes of his parents, he joined the Umbrae military, progressing to the rank of Falken (Mid-fighter, back fighter-equivalent of Sergeant.). Then the ship crashed, and he was one of the people sent to kill the former Sihkar, by the name of Bysk. His outspoken thoughts and abilities to influence others, even control them with his natural telepathy, led to him being voted in as the new Sihkar of Tarei, the Umbrae city.

You should remove either the bladed gauntlets or the dual arm blasters, and then remove one of the handheld weapon choices (the pair of katanas, the sword, and / or the axe); as is, your character can't realistically hold all his weapons.

Approved.I would like to note that excessive comedy isn't allowed in Techna: Breakdown, so try to refrain from breaking the fourth wall save for, at most, vague references to the real world. Thanks.

It's every action is dictated by logic. It only helps others when the gain outweighs the risk. The power to create an Umbrae has been vested in me by Shadow Guardian.Name: Zij RuusyfGender: MaleSpecies: UmbraeAppearance: Zij Ruusyf looks to be the average Umbrae-he has a spindly body peppered with spines and claws. His body has been turned a shade of green to emphasize his status as a leading biological researcher. As well, the being wears a belt with a holstered pistol and medical instruments alongside a lab coat, gloves, and slickers-all the same color as his body.Kanohi: N/APowers: Zij Ruusyf has all the standard powers and abilities of Umbrae. His telepathy is most notable, however, as he has grown skilled in it to the point that mental shields and other defenses can barely slow him down in his ruthless march into others' minds.Weapons: (1) Energy pistol-Zij keeps a small energy pistol for self defense. It can fire concentrated bursts of raw energy and is semiautomatic.Implants: (1) Enhanced eyesight-Zij's eyes have been enhanced to the point that they are both telescopic and microscopic. He can use their quality of vision to detect subtle changes in beings' bodily functions-increased heart rate, slight pupil dilation, etc.(1) Test-claws-The Umbrae's claws are specially modified so that they allow for greater analysis of specimens. They can suck in fluids through hollow pores and send them to his hands, in which the being has placed a variety of medical and molecular analysis machines.Personality:Ruusyf is, to put it simply, a scientist. He relishes in experiments of all kinds-especially on biological or virus subjects-if is very strict in following empiricism's latest methods to carry them out. His only true love is that very philosophy and upholding it. He views all other beings with a scientific detachment and possesses a total and true lack of empathy.Alignment: UmbraeBio: Zij was born as an upper-class Umbrae and determined he would stay in that class throughout his life. From birth he had a fascination with biology and empiricism, and this fascination has stayed with him throughout his life as he became more versed and reputed in both; so versed that he was able to modify his own body without aid. Ruusyf has recently become a leader in the Interrogation Department of the military-his first assignment in this new position being to interrogate and study the being Mars.

While not physically imposing in the sense of size, he has spent nearly his entire life training in the martial arts, and has the defined physique to show for it.Kanohi: PakariPowers: Elemental Control of MagnetismWeapons: HimselfImplants: None whatsoeverPersonality: Gruff, but generally well-meaning, Jolek is a nice enough guy. Years of martial discipline have burned out a once-fiery temper, and while he does still get angry, he keeps a cool head about it. There is also a certain sense of pragmatism to him, most evident when he's in one of those moods that leaves him more laconic than snarky.Alignment: Neutral/TechnaBio: He keeps mostly to himself about his past. Evidently he's not from Techna, seeing as he doesn't even have the base implant that allows one to communicate with others. A skilled martial artist, he has trained for most of his life in two or three disciplines, often using a striking style comparable to Muay Thai. His armour itself is blue, and fancier than a normal Toa's armour would be, however, his mask is yellow, and appears to have a pair of glasses built into it, though that could simply be a trick of the mask's design. Other than that, the design slightly resembles a cross between a Zatth and a Calix. Jasrich also happens to have red eyes, and an enigmatic smile.Kanohi: Kanohi of IncantationsPowers: Jasrich has the ability to, at the expense of his normal elemental powers, use his Mask of Incantations to cast 'spells' that mimic the properties of different elements, to the point where someone could absorb it. The lack of elemental powers is due to the mask dampening normal elemental powers, to the point where they are unusable.The properties of the Mask of Incantations is as follows:-By utilizing a set phrase, the wielder can cast different 'spells' that have a set effect. However, the caster must know the correct incantation for the specific effect, or it will backfire, with potentially harmful consequences.-After using the command, the caster must wait for a moment, to prevent the effect from potentially happening differently than expected, or target something not meant to be hit.-The more power spells are, the longer their command is, and the longer the caster must wait.-The spells utilize different elements, however, it does not give them Toa-level control over any of them, and the elements are exclusive to the spells, meaning that you couldn't use a spell and then manipulate it yourself; though others could, due to the elements summoned being made out of the same type of energy.-You currently cannot increase anyone's strength or form a barrier around them, with these spells. So far, these spells have only been shown to be used for attacking. It is unknown if there is an incantation for other spells.Weapons: Jasrich wields a spear made out of nanobots that double as an implant on his arm, for easy storage.Implants: Jasrich only has one implant, aside from his brain implant. He can transform his spear from it's typical form, and store it on his arm, to double as slight armour, though if it breaks, the spear does too.Personality: Jasrich is highly sarcastic. You haven't seen sarcasm, until you've met Jasrich. He also happens to have no morals; so if you think he'll hesitate to attack someone for some reason, like the target sleeping at night, think again. That said, he tends to act pleasant, up until he tries to kill you.Alignment: HackersBio: Jasrich is certainly intriguing. He was once a colonel in an army back before he moved to the Techna Nui. However, he joined after it had already launched, and instead chose to be a Toa of Data, rather than a Toa of Lightning as he had previously been. That said, he kept his old uniform. He specifically requested the Mask of Incantations, however, and his status back on Spherus Magna luckily helped with that. However, once he got to the ship, he began to notice the state of affairs, and the Hacker attacks. Shortly after, the ship crashed, and Jasrich joined up with the hackers, as he presumed they had the best chances of getting off the planet. He will not hesitate to fight anyone who tries to stop that from happening, no matter what that might be.


If you want me to edit the implant thing, just say. Just wanna help show his origins, slightly. =P ...
