It will take you to the topics that were on BZP before the downtime. (Caution, though. I think going to the old BZP will log you out of the site, just to let you know.) Just note that you cannot publish MOCs here on the new forums that you have posted in the old BBC (unless they were posted right before the downtime), if it was your intent to repost them.
