Eventually, I made this here turtle. Would've posted it sooner if not for the downtime and issues surrounding that. However, I think the eyes should be at the side of the head.It's been like a year and my memory's a bit fuzzy, but I do remember that the pin holes on the sides were occupied and I also remember trying Bohrok eyes in the front axle holes. This turned out to be the best-looking option. The only thing I can suggest is firstly get some better photos of it, and secondly the legs are a bit odd looking. I would prefer if they were dark blue like the rest of the turtle. Anyways cool little rahiThe dark blue foot that I used for the head is the only one that I have. If I ever rebuild it, I'll definitely keep that in mind.
