He's a little tall for Von Nebula. I always remembered Von Nebula as a short, stubby little plotter. Granted, an evil plotter, but he was just that short, hunchbacked stereotype of a mad villain that we all know and love. Other than that, it looks great! The armor flows well, and a lot of Von Nebula's original pieces were used well.

Looks great, and wonderful idea! My only criticism is that he still uses too many technic/1.0 parts/connections.
