PooZy
Edit: PLEASE COMMENT I'm ashamed to say I tried posting this moc twice whilst I was a new member, I just hope they aren't in some moderation queue annoying the mods :} Anyway this is my moc: Head close-up: http://www.majhost.c.../diablo/bb3.pngBack: http://www.majhost.c...iablo/bb992.pngCrossbow close up: http://www.majhost.c...iablo/bb994.pngPose 1: http://www.majhost.c.../diablo/bb6.pngKilling Tahu: http://www.majhost.c...diablo/bb91.pngPose 2: http://www.majhost.c...iablo/pose6.png Anyway onto the details: My moc features doubled up hips, articulated shoulders neck and waist. What I was going for here was a model that could occupy a variety of poses but maintain joint strength so it doesn't risk toppling.I've built this model very solidly, it's dense. Weighs a lot more than it looks like - but the bonus is that it doesn't break easily. It features a fully working crossbow that locks and fires. It can shoot the arrows stored on its other arm. By the way it is supposed to be blind, I didn't forget to give it eyes. Thanks for viewing my thread! Blendercat Toa of Coldplay
Hmm... a very good first MOC. You are a wizard with custom designs, nice use of system on the feet, and I love that crossbow. My only complaint is that the waist looks somewhat thin, but the piston parts somewhat compensate. Rating: 9/10 Quote I figure I may as well do PBZPs now. But, I have a terrible work ethic,so they may take a while. I used to do a lot of moccing when I was younger, but then didn't pick it back up again until recently. I would never dare show my old mocs to this site though - nobody deserves that kind of torture. I agree with you about the waist but unfortunately I lacked choice because it is hard to bulk up an articulated area without restricting movement. I might fix it sometime if I can break out of my laziness. Thanks for reviewing anyhow!
Fsnorglepuff
This is a stunning feat of Bionicle engineering - Hydraxon should have been THIS. I can only say that the hands could be better articulated, and the Knights Kingdom armor on the leg is too bulky. Otherwise, spectacular work! I agree with the hands but I won't lie - I'd practically run out of pieces. Maybe I'll finish this guy up using the suggestions from here. Artezza Magnus
One thing I could never get right with MOCs of this size is pose stability in the legs. I applaud you, sir, for making such a complicated looking MOC. The jaws are also a nice touch Quote Even when trapped by Karma's cycle, the dreams we left behind will open the door! Even if the universe stands in our way, our seething blood will determine what will be! We'll break through time and space, and defy all who would stop us to take hold of our path! ~

I had to add springs to the insides of the knees to add extra support - but it has all paid off. It can actually stand on one leg with some balancing.
