Hapori Tohu
This year LEGO introduced a new line of Star Wars mini planets, combining a miniature planet, a Star Wars mini-model, and a minifig. Today BZPower looks at one of these, 9676 TIE Interceptor and Death Star, as reviewed by Valenti. Are these planets worth adding to your collection? Toa Smoke Monster
This set looks very cool to me. I would really like to use the Death Star here as a Christmas Tree ornament. But the $9.99 price is a little high for my liking. Thanks for the review though! Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story. The Swimming Beard
Thanks for the review. The death star looks pretty cool, but I doubt I will buy this, as I got the Minifig in the TIE fighter set. xccj
Great review, really summed up all the good parts of the set. Of the original three, this is my favorite of the planet sets. One slight complaint; lots of the pictures seemed rather dark. It was sometimes hard to see some of the details. Usually a photo editing program can help lighten them up a bit. Otherwise they were pretty good. Gatanui
I always love miniature models, and these ones are almost cute. I´m pretty sure they are supposed to work as Christmas ornaments, too, so that makes them even better. Thanks for the review, I might get one of these someday. -Gata Quote - Gata Please don't use my avatar or signature without permission, thanks! FrozenFlash
Thanks for the review. The Death Star ornament is pretty neat. Although I won't be getting this, it's still a cool set.
Ballom Nom Nom
Other than the TIE Interceptor's pilot having a mildly disturbing face, this looks like a pretty cool set all around! And, of course, the little Death Star model is quite charming, as all of those spherical mini objects are.~B~ Edited June 29, 2012 by Ballom
