Set Review: 9471 Uruk-Hai Army

Recommended Posts

9471_Uruk-Hai_Army_teaser.jpgToday it's time for a review from Blog Leader DeeVee, as he takes a look at 9471 Uruk-Hai Army. These Lord of the Rings sets sure look perdy at first glance, don't they? If you'd like to see if the meet all your Tolkien-expectations though, you should read on and see!View the full article

The new horse was indeed introduced with the LoTR line. The Uruk Hai in the movie were mostly black and dark brown. Lurtz was reddish I guess. I like the dark red but some variation in this set would have been nice.

7. Putting all five Piraka in one tank seems like a dangerous idea. What if they start killing each other?

7) Who cares? They're creeps anyway.

Thanks for the review. I plan on getting a Lord of the Rings set sometime soon, and this could be a good one to get. I really want that Cave Troll though...

Yeah it's been forever since I watched the films and Google failed me, apparently.

I'm personally disappointed in Eomer. They could have put more work into him. The torso's great, but that's pretty much it.The ballista looks great, and I would love to launch the hooks into the wall endlessly. Thanks for the review, Dee-Vee!-GB

Thanks for the review. I probably won't be getting this, as I got the Uruk-Hai in the orc forge. Why don't the shields have the hand emblem?

The set is really cool I just got done reading the second book But It is defiantly part of helm's deep though in the book it said Eomer had a sword. The Uruk-hai where red well at least dark redish blackish though in the book they refer to themselves as the white skins probably because the white hand they had on their faces and shields. The horses are awesome.Lego should release battle pack like with Starwars Urak-hai battle pack and a Rohan battle pack would be cool.Buy 100 of each and you got two armies.Epic :sneaky:
