BBBBalta
I originally posted this topic just before the forums went offline. Didn't get any comments, though... ----------Anyway, I didn't intend to build Nuparu; this was originally just an orange and black Toa. I figured I'd just call him Nuparu since he's got Nuparu's '01 color scheme and I'm terrible at thinking of names for MOCs. Besides, I'd always intended to sooner or later build the Inika/Mahri with their '01 colors.-----FrontBackArmPose Thoughts? Oblitus
This is an amazing MOC. You used the 01' color scheme perfectly! Also, nice forearm armor and sword.
Kavu
Excellent design. Though a little too much orange in the color scheme.
Taipu1
The 01 colour scheme is brilliantly well done, proportionally it's also very good. The torso is perhaps a little slapdash, the low HF plates look a little out of place, and the rahkshi heads used on the chest seem to be not fixed that securely, as the angle of them seems to vary between the photos. It's only really seriously noticable in the main picture and the front angle. Kudos on the cape though, I find it difficult to know when and when not to use capes, but it works extremely well. Fsnorglepuff
Great MOC - very original design work. However, the hands seem a bit small (relative to the forearms) and the rakshi heads seem to be loosely connected. Great color layering, though. Nice work! Sumiki
It's orange, so right away you're off to a good start. You have a nice color scheme, I'll give you that. I was very disappointed when the Inika were colored radically differently from their adorable McToran predecessors. The main issues that I have with the MOC lie in the upper arms and torso. Everywhere but the torso, it's orange-on-black, but on the torso the color layering flips. Since Rahkshi heads do not come in orange (at least, not to my current knowledge), I'd also recommend altering that, not only for issues of color layering but also because they look a little flimsy hanging on there. As for my thoughts on the upper arms, they just look jumbled. Personally, I find upper arms hard to build from scratch, but those look really odd. Aedai Rivin
The thoranax launcher piece on the sword is odd, but it looks not only gear-y (good for Nuparu) but also resembles a hand guard. Well done! Rivin Quote Signature Guidelines: Avatar and signature total file size may not exceed 100 KB!

BBBBalta
The torso is perhaps a little slapdash, the low HF plates look a little out of place, and the rahkshi heads used on the chest seem to be not fixed that securely, as the angle of them seems to vary between the photos. It's only really seriously noticable in the main picture and the front angle.Yeah, I had some trouble getting the torso to look right on this one. The HF plates were added in an attempt to add some orange to the otherwise all-black torso. The main issues that I have with the MOC lie in the upper arms and torso. Everywhere but the torso, it's orange-on-black, but on the torso the color layering flips. Since Rahkshi heads do not come in orange (at least, not to my current knowledge), I'd also recommend altering that, not only for issues of color layering but also because they look a little flimsy hanging on there.I'm currently working on fixing the torso design to allow for some better-placed orange. I'll post an updated picture if it works out properly.
Ehlekdude
Very nice, I like it a lot! The colour scheme is perfect and the build is very nice and fairly complicated, I especially like the arms. The cape is a nice touch, too. The Thornax Launcher piece on the sword I'm not crazy about, but I suppose the colour works well. Very nice MOC, 9.5/
