IC: NorkaronOver the trip, he had pretended to struggle in an attempt to make himself more typical of a criminal, but stopped when he heard the talk of some sort of "evil master". He rolled his eyes as best as he could from under the fikou webbing. He eventually came to a jail cell. Somehow, he suspected that this wasn't the destination, but still, if he wanted to escape, he needed to do it fast. He started burning through the webbing with his heat vision...

IC- Tenebrae (Metru-Somonu):He used his powers to fuse the stock on, and he was finished. He examined the rifle, and smiled. It had turned out better than expected. He could feel a slight pull around the weapon-- a side effect of the Gravity Disk-- and he set it in his display case. There was a click of claws on stone, and Tenebrae saw the Energy Hound sitting on the floor behind him. He was begging for more food. "You are some kind of different," he said, and tossed the Rahi a scrap of food from the ice box-- his own design, utilizing Freeze Kanoka-- and set to work on the blade.OoC: I'll post pictures of said Zamor Rifle later. ;) EDIT- Here it is!@ TLZ- Think you could take a look at my character submission in the OoC thread?

IC: Viloz (Sumonu-Metru)Apparently, the Matoran was in no mood for small talk. Completely understandable considering he'd fallen out of a three story house window, landing face-first into the solid cave floor. So instead, Viloz set off to pacify his stomach and bought what appeared to be a small, lizard Rahi on a stick at a small stand, owned by some snobby-looking Matoran. He bought four in fact. The flavour was undeniably nasty, a result of lousy preparation, but did it ever feel good going down. It wasn't exactly what the doctor ordered however it would have to do. The walk to his house was considerably shorter now that his appetite had been sated, the creature in his stomach now forgotten. After such a long day with an interesting turn of events, Viloz was just about ready to crash on the bed and continue that book he'd been reading for Mata-Nui knows how long. Some mumbo jumbo written about the Beast by a Speaker of Truth. Stupid yet entertaining from his point of view, not to mention good for a few laughs. Those thoughts disappeared when a tablet under his door greeted him upon arrival. Cautiously, he picked up the object and entered his house, settling in and read its contents.Finally...So the Jaga had finished his work it seemed. The news had yet to be pleasing, satisfactory or utterly disappointing as the outcome of their agreement was still to be discussed. No, it left him with eager curiosity but not hope. The Ga-Toa learned a long time ago that hope just led you to a bitter slap in the face. It only took a moment to nurse the burn on his chest before he set out once more, taking a quick walk to the saloon and entering inconspicuously. His gaze wandered lazily until it settled on a certain Skakdi, those tattoos of his leaving little room for doubt.Viloz wandered over to the bar and left with a bottle in his hand, promptly taking a seat at a lone table. He didn't bother inviting his contractor to the table, he'd have to seat himself.

IC (Glitch) (Sumonu-Metru)Being an inventor was an interesting job.No matter how much work you put into something, it was touch-and-go whether it would work. And when it didn't work, it would usually end up exploding, or doing something similar that wrecked any progress you had made.Of course, that might have had something to do with the things he was trying to invent, Glitch mused, rubbing a burn mark on his arm. What happened when you played with fire?Oh, yeah: you got burnt. No matter- it was all in a day's work. The Skakdi just needed to get some new parts from the shop down the street. The shopkeeper was a Matoran with an odd accent. He was difficult to understand sometimes, but friendly, and often willing to cut Glitch a deal on big purchases. The shop door was swinging open. Glitch entered, and the first thing that caught his eye was that the store was in disarray. That was odd. The shopkeeper was fastidiously tidy, and liked to keep everything in order. To see his store a mess was definitely out of the ordinary. The second thing that caught his eye was the Matoran's corpse lying on the floor, eyes wide open, four holes in his chest leaking fluids.Well, that answered on question. Unfortunately, it also raised a host of troubling new ones.Glitch sighed inaudibly. You didn't get many normal days down here.

IC- Tenebrae (Metru-Somonu):The way he saw it, every blade had to tell a tale. No matter how vague it might be, a story had to be told. He set it on the Southern Continent, that time there was a tsunami wave. A Toa of Water raised her weapon up to control the water, but the wave was too powerful. The village had been swamped, and the Toa found later, unconscious from the great strain. He'd personally fished her from the water, using his control over metal to draw her closer. It had taken a full week to get the water out, seeing as how the village was set in a bowl-like valley. He paused to examine the Energy Hound. It was scratching at the ice box. Tenebrae couldn't help but smile. The easiest way to a Rahi's heart, he thought, is through its stomach. This creature hadn't eaten in weeks, by the looks of it. Its armor was scratched, and scars criss-crossed his exposed tissue. He'd been whipped and beaten. No one deserved that, except the Makuta and their lot. But what good would that do?

IC (Hatann, Dark Abyss Saloon): Seeing that his contact had arrived in a timely fashion, Hatann decided that he, unlike the toa, wouldn't make this any more complicated than it needed to be. Other beings might play games with who goes over to sit with who, but in this situation, Hatann didn't see the point. He was here to make an exchange, not play political power games. That said, he could see room for a bit of style. The Skakdi wriggled his clawed toes around on the dusty floor of the bar, each amassing a small pile of grit behind their points. They were tiny, insignificant heaps of waste, but they were enough for him to use. Mentally triggering his power to transmute his own body into any substance he touched, Hatann became dust. For a moment, the outline of his hideous Skakdi grin was preserved in the pile before it collapsed to the floor with nothing but a soft swoosh. He disappeared from sight in the blink of an eye. Slowly and inconspicuously, the individual grains of dust made their way accross the floor, sticking themselves to the other patrons' boots or rolling down tiny channels and scratches in the stone floor. Their movements were almost imperceptible until, in a flurry of motion, they all swirled upwards over the seat next to Viloz and ach grain fit itself into the shape of Hatann's body like pieces of a magical jigsaw puzzle. Deactivating his power, Hatann became a being of metal and flesh once again, his large white teeth shingin in the gloom."Good evening, Viloz" he said casually.

IC: Viloz (Saloon)Several seconds passed while Viloz sat idly at his table, taking sporadic sips of his drink during his wait. For a moment, he began to wonder whether or not his contractor would seat himself for more than enough time had passed. Fortunately, the Skakdi assembled himself out of dust particles in a seat beside Viloz, whose blank, expressionless face opposed that permanent, toothy 'grin' of Hatann's. Glad as he was to see him, he felt the Jaga's entry to be wasted on him; style mattered little to Viloz, much less when it cost unnecessary time. Nonetheless, it was time to do business."Good evening, Hatann." Viloz replied just as casually, gulping another mouthful of the bitter liquid right before getting to the point. "How did it go?"

IC (Hatann, Dark Abyss Saloon): "Everything has gone to plan" Hatann assured the toa. "Your customer was, however, a little more hard-up than we had hoped. Since there was no cash-flow available, she agreed to pay her debt with other assets. It took some negociation, but I did get what I came for."
