Botar: Dying via rock.

Botar did not die by rock. He was killed when Icarax using magnetism to crush him. Sure, he was standing on a rock at the time, but it was not the cause of death.

Visorak: Worshiping a shiny, giant rock that led them to their doom. (Death and giant rocks. Coincidence? Such masterful foreshadowing).

Another nitpick, but the Heart of the Visorak wasn't actually that big, only about the size or Pohatu Nuva's head. If it had been the size of Botar's head, sure I don't think it counts as a giant rock.

Worst: The dicision of the turaga to not tell anybody of the nearing dead of the universef, If they did i could have spared the Mahri a few hours so Mata Nui wouldn't have died, so Makutha wasn't able to take over is body, that means that the whole misery would be over when the Nuva awoke Mata Nui.Best: Takanuva saving the residents of the MU after Mata Nui died and so creating the Kingdom

Actually, he tried that. At the beginning of Teridax's plan, in LoMN, Teridax tried to absorb Vakama into his essence, essentially killing him and pulling Vakama's mask making knowledge into his head. Kill two birds with one stone - get the knowledge, kill Vakama, and then go kill off everyone else too. But Vakama put on the Mask of Time. He was thwarted. He did end up killing Lhikan, and then Vakama went invisible. Why Teridax didn't get him then...well, he did keep trying to absorb Vakama, and why he didn't resort to another power was because he was mentally incapacitated due to the absorption of Nidihiki and Krekka. He didn't kill Vakama in Time Trap because Vakama was going to destroy all of reality if he did. He didn't kill off the Toa Mata because otherwise the Great Spirit wouldn't awaken, and if he did kill them off, then brainwashing the Matoran to follow him would not have worked, because attacking the Matoran would have resulted in Vakama smashing the Mask of Time...and Makuta needed those Matoran to run the robot anyway.He didn't kill off the Inika for the same reasons...in fact, those Toa were actually helping him! (As were the Nuva later.) He did try to kill those Toa's enemies (Barraki and Hydraxon) and it didn't work. He got smashed spectacularly. He figured that the Karda Nui Makuta would oppose his reign, so he did kill them off. But he didn't kill off specific beings that opposed him inside the universe when he was controlling it because that basically was 98% of the universe and if he killed that off he would die too. He did try to eliminate beings like Tahu but he failed because he couldn't focus everywhere at once.And he did try to kill Mata Nui, but we know how that ended. So it's not like Teridax randomly let his enemies walk away alive. Whenever he did, there was a reason for it.
