IC(Corellia, Coronet Spaceport, Day 1):Csarissa narrowed her eyes, then gestured to the ladder to the man's right. "Up," she growled. "And once we're up, you sit against the back wall.Once the two were up in the bridge, Csarissa motioned for the man to sit against the wall while she sat down in the pilot's seat. She kept the gun trained on him with one hand and with the other she started up the ship's drive and prepared for liftoff.

IC (Djashell, Day One): "I will regroup with the rest of you on this heavy cruiser," Djashell said, turning to leave, "It should not take long."Unless Syaa had found some market hive specialising in mechanical parts, she thought to herself, Then there'll be no getting her out for weeks...

IC (Hive-Speaker Sedifou, Day Three, Wrea Spaceport)"No. I believe our business is concluded..Ah!" The Hive-Speaker stirred suddenly. "You will need these identification codes. We've locked the planet down." The Huk fiddled with a nearby safe before producing a small data chip. "This contains the needed codes, merely broadcast the them to the fleet when you arrive." Without another word, he handed the chip the hunter.IC (Palpatine's Estate, NPC, Day One)"Quite." It was impossible to ascertain the guards facial expression or even gender through the set of armor he wore. When they arrived on the lift, one of the guards activated the control panel on the lift and input a few commands. Soon the entire group was rocketing upwards as the lift came to life.

IC Meliae (Coruscant bar)I finished my restaurant. Judging from the applause, my performance was at least fairly well received. Smiling to the crowd, I launched into a more well known of my songs. The crowd would surely know this one.OOC open for interactionIC Kazar Jo (Coruscant shipyard, headed to Bounty Office)Getting no reply, I decided to find one of my own. Getting on an airbus, I tried to ignore the strange looks of the other passengers during the ride. Finally, I reached my stop. Getting off of the bus, I walked into the bounty station. "What jobs do we have today?" I asked.

IC (Bounty Office, Coruscant)A rather bored looking Trandoshan looked up from his desk. He'd taken a shot to the leg awhile back and it hadn't come back quite the same. The office still paid him though, just for security and administration duties rather then hunting. The Score-Keeper be spaced, he liked it. Less time getting shot at and dental insurance. It was overall, a nice enough life. "We've got a rather extensive database. Most of our contracts are coreward however. So if you are looking for rimwork, you'll be disappointed." His accent was thick, but quite understandable nonetheless.

IC: The hunter accepted the chip, and tucked it into an inside pocket on the overcoat he, unfortunately, had to continue wearing, since the Ubese's cloak had been quite ruined in the process of capturing and interrogating him. With that taken care of, he stood, bowing respectfully to the Huk."If that is all, then I will take my leave."

IC (Kessik, Bounty Office, Coruscant)Kessik laughed, it was a short cold sound more like a rasp and a choke then human laughter. "I'm afraid those are only for show. Most of the data's over on the terminals." He gestured to a cluster of holonet projectors and terminals over in the next room. "Dead trees have their uses, but they're inefficient. Nets more extensive and quicker."IC (Hive-Speaker Sedifou, Day Three, Wrea Spaceport)The Hive-Speaker bowed in return. "Yes. That concludes our business. Good fortune to you hunter."

IC: Kruvuurn Tchuul [Crystal Plaza Hotel, Coruscant; Day One]With a nod to the pilot, Kruvuurn stepped out of the taxi, and onto the duracrete platform. Seeing as he didn't suspect Jaron to came anytime soon, the Sauvax made his way to one of the smaller shops that stood next to the hotel itself. Nearby, a thin, brightly dressed Rodian was selling "Authentic fish, straight from Mon Calarmari". Despite his doubts on the food being shipped from the waterworld, Kruvuurn still bought one. There, he waited for the human to arrive, happily munching on the fish, drawing the occasional glance from beings passing by.

IC-Jaron:Jaron, however, with the practiced silence of not wishing to alarm himself when alone in his echoing ship, was now behind Camlach, not even breathing.Until he popped back in again, blinding in the Miraluka's force-sight, before turning it down."You were saying? Like I said, my name is of no import, though you could easily find it out if you wish. And I haven't sparred with anybody in a long while." Though the hint of what he did do was plainly obvious.

IC: Camlach (Coruscant Shipyard, Day 1)"You must have many enemies if you have to hide your namesake," he stated. "Personally I just a false name when I am taking on jobs." He was momentarily blinded with his force-sight as the force-user revealed himself once again. "My name is Camlach Gans," he told him. "My name is important now because I actually chose to reveal it to you." "Neither have I," he grinned. "Though I'm sure that's obvious when you came across the bodies." he said.

IC: "And good fortune to you as well."From the office of the Hive-Speaker, it was a fairly short walk back through the spaceport to the landing site that had been assigned to the Jade Falcon, and, from there, it took no more than fifteen minutes to prepare the ship for take-off."Traffic control, this is Jade Falcon, all systems prepped for take-off.""Roger that Falcon, you're clear to the north-east. Once you're at least two clicks out from the spaceport, you can pick an escape vector and follow through, should be clear of atmo in three minutes tops.""Roger that, traffic control. Been a pleasure doing business with you.""Likewise, Falcon, and safe flying."Closing the COM channel, the hunter carefully pushed the secondary throttle forward, keeping one hand on the joystick to maintain proper balance during takeoff - as he'd found out on Tatooine, a G9 in the early stages of take-off, before it was high enough to use more than the maneuvering thrusters, flew just a little bit better than a Bantha, and it took a steady hand to keep it from rolling over in that fifteen-second period between takeoff and gaining enough altitude to fire the main engines. Once he was clear of all surrounding structures, he throttled up the main engine and powered the maneuvering jets down, piloting the G9 at this stage being rather more like the simple, elegant affair takeoff tended to be for spacecraft that were actually designed for vertical takeoff, instead of being shoehorned into the role due to the lack of runways at most small spaceports. After a few minutes of cruising away from the town, he reached the approved distance from the spaceport, nosed the Jade Falcon up, and increased throttle, firing the main engines hard to reach the planet's escape velocity.

IC: Camlach (Coruscant Shipyard, Day 1)"You mistake me for someone who cares enough to go through the trouble," he smirked. "But if you insist." he said, wondering if this man thought of himself as a celebrity that should automatically be know. He pulled out his data-pad before quickly taking a picture of Jaron with it.It only took a few seconds to match the picture with a name. "Jaron Unskii..." he said looking up. "I admit I've heard this name before, you are a craftsman are you not?" he asked. Though he assumed that Jaron was much more then a simple craftsman.

IC: Zeke and his crew, leaving the bounty office via Predator's Shadow, Days 1-11Zeke's footfalls made a metallic clank clank clank as he stepped onto the ship. His Feeorin first mate, Kell, was waiting for him near the helm. "What's the estimate on the travel time, Kell?" Zeke asked"'Bout a standard week n' a half, cap'n," the first mate replied."Alright, get an engineer to put the droids in stasis mode," Zeke ordered, "check our rations and fuel supply, and run a diagnostic on the ship's systems. Be back here with a report for me in an hour."***Everything checked out fine, and within three hours, the Predator's Shadow was taking off through space in hyper-drive. Zeke sat in the helm alongside the pilot, a Gran named Naps Lem, nibbling on some sort of re-hydrated piece of meat. It tasted like chalk mixed with sour milk, but he had gotten used to the taste. After all, a good portion of his life had been spent on a ship. After he had made sure the hyperdrive was working (which consisted of staring off into the pattern of lines that the stars traced across his field of vision), he announced that he was leaving to his quarters, got up, and did just as he said. The flight was uneventful for the most part. The only trouble the crew encountered was that their newest crew member, a human named Cado Hethra contracted some sort of illness and spent two days in the infirmary. He was back on his feet soon enough, however. The food rations were almost split evenly among the five crew members that actually required them (Zeke got more than everyone else). Finally, after ten standard days of travel, the Predator's Shadow came out of warp drive near Isde Naha to find...OOC: I'll let you finish that sentence, Basilisk.

OOC: yeah but Azathoth broIC-Jaron:"Am I? Possibly," Jaron replied. "I craft things, and I am a man. At the same time I buy things, and sell them. Does that make me a trader? By some definitions, yes." He shrugged, turning and looking back at the ship."And you, Calmach Gans, Miraluka, more adept with the Force even than most of your kind. Fought his way through a Rakatan Temple, as well as fighting in general-in fact, you gained a forcesaber from it. So you are adept at fighting, as well. Combat appears to be your specialty, in fact. You appear perceptive and, at the same time, not a very well trusting individual. That would serve you well." He grinned."In addition with your perceptive abilities, when given the technology, judging by how fast your hands went and the concentration I felt from you, you would be rather able to learn whatever you need to learn, no? And, after that, your ship. Not the newest, not the oldest, but you appear to care for it, to an extent, and it must serve you well, judging by what I saw when I got here." He then cocked his head, looking to Calmach with an expression of "I'm right, aren't I?"In fact, he even said that.

IC: Camlach (Coruscant Shipyard, Day 1)"Very attentive." he said grinning. "It seems you know a little bit about me, though I did reveal some of that information to you," he nodded. "As for my ship, yes I am proud of it, she serves me well.""I fight for a living." he said. "It always came naturally, I use my anger as a weapon to bring down my targets." he said. "Occasionally I even attack criminal organizations for the fun of it." he said. "I am not a fan of criminals, and I don't see myself as one." he said. A criminal organization had murdered his father, and they had paid for their transgressions against him; they'd paid with their blood."I've been told I am a fast learner yes.""You are apparently much harder to read then I." he said. "I know your name, and your profession... I know that you are force-user and powerful at that due to your ability to mask yourself from my sight." he said."I can feel your power through the force," he said. "Someone has trained you."

IC-Jaron:"Yes, I was trained. As well, training appears to be something you sorely lack, though you have learned much by natural talent." Jaron nodded to himself, and did a quick about face, beginning to walk away."Safe travels, Camlach," he called back as he walked away. "Be seeing you."

IC-Jaron:And there it was."Be seeing you," Jaron reiterated, continuing along. "Possibly soon, possibly not. It all depends on what the Force plans to do, doesn't it?" A few seconds later and his force presence dimmed as he stepped into the crowd-not even the highest trained Miraluka could follow him once he did that.

IC: Camlach (Coruscant Shipyard, Day 1)Camlach sighed as Jaron blew him off and vanished into the crowd hiding his presence from the Miraluka. "Blast it..." he muttered. There had been a chance to receive training in the force and now it was gone."We will meet again Jaron... I promise you that." he said, before turning towards his ship. He needed to get to Tatooine to turn in his contract, but he didn't feel like going off-world just yet. Instead he searched for a nearby bar. OOC: Any bars nearby Camlach can go to? Or maybe a new contact in the bountry hunter place?

She listened to her voice echo for a moment before shrugging, assuming Syaa was out and moving to her quarters to shed the armour. Something rustled behind herShe whipped round. Her hand grasped someone by the neck."Gcckk!" Syaa gasped, before Djashell's head caught up with her fight-or-flight response and dropped her partner. Syaa fell to her knees, massaging her throat."Don't do that!" Djashell scolded, "How many times? Don't sneak up on an assassin.""Heh," Syaa coughed, "I'm sure you'll only have to tell me a few thousand more times."Djashell crouched next to the Twi'lek, planting a brief kiss on her head, "Come on," she sighed, "We have somewhere to be."

IC(Corellia, Coronet Spaceport, Day 1)"Before we begin traipsing around the galaxy," Zakta began, folding his legs as he took his seat against the back wall. "Perhaps you could drop me off in hangar 342c so I could pick up my ship? It's actually a bit important to me."

If you can't explain it, then it was probably an alien.

IC (Palpatine's Estate, NPC, Day One)The lead commando shrugged. "You don't join for the paycheck. You join to serve the Republic." Another one of the commandos rolled his eyes, a gesture hidden by his helmet Carver was always a killjoy. The pay was actually pretty decent and the benefits ensured he would never have to pay another medical bill in his life. Granted, that life might be short if things got nasty...but what were the chances of that?IC (Kessik, Bounty Office, Day One)Kessik moved as fast as his legs could carry him (which was a rather swift limp) and shoved the droid away from the terminal. "What did you do? Do you know how expensive these are?" Kessik took a deep breath and resisted the urge to break the droid down for scrap then and there. "Just...just, we have clients in the backrooms. See one of them. I need to fix this..." The screen was now flashing a variety of colors, none of them healthy.IC (Day Eleven, Isde Naha)Isde Naha was a bustling planet, sensors would indicate ships of various sizes leaving and entering every few hours. This was to be expected, as it did lay on a major trading route.OOC: ToA-there's nothing to respond to. I figured you can manage getting your stuff and coming back to the apartment. :P

IC: Camlach (Coruscant Shipyard, Day 1)The hooded Miraluka moved through the streets of Coruscant, thinking over his interaction with the mysterious Jaron. Sure he had a job to turn in, but he liked to have another contract lined up before he collected his credits. After about two hours of moving through the city and riding in one of the flying speeder's he arrived at the Bounty Office in Coruscant. Camlach walked inside looking for the terminal that would tell him which contracts were still open for the taking.

IC-Jaron:A few minutes later and Jaron was in Crystal Plaza itself, an upper-level part of the sector of the city. A moment later, and he located Kruvuurn's force signature-munching on fish in a shop that sold them, of course.Laughing slightly, he walked in, carefully stepping up to the large, crab-like being he was here to meet with, while said being was distracted. Jaron had all intent of surprising him.

IC (Kalee, Day Five)The Huk patrol was rather heavily equipped as such things went. A collection of hover skiffs, each sporting mounted weaponry. The decks were fairly clear, with three crew members and one Hunter-Killer droid a piece. This was a fairly common practice, maneuverability was important on Kalee in this desert region especially. If they could move fast enough and hit hard enough, a force in this environment had a large advantage. The commander of this patrol, a Hive-Warrior by the name of Kilie'Heviu was rather pleased with himself. In the last few days they had driven back a tribe of Kalee that had been striking at a nearby settlement, evidently with the objective of seizing a shuttle. Now it was only a matter of finishing the job. The satellites had spotted them making for the mountains several hours ago before a sandstorm had brewed up. With any luck the sandstorm had done his job for him and they wouldn't have to spend much time out there. The notion pleased him, but first they had a job to do. The sand was still swirling gently here and there, building up a few new dunes that had appeared as a result of the storm. The tall mantis-like being turned to one of the Hunter-Killer droids "Anything on our sensors?"The droid, painted the same color as the sand that surrounded them shook it's head. "Negative. Nothing beyond the normal background Hive-Warrior." The droids have proven invaluable for the war effort against the Kaleesh. They were effective, ruthless and able to be deployed in environments that would be quite deadly to the Huk."Well, I suppose we'll tur-" An explosion cut Kilie off and shortly thereafter obliterated his body. The plume of smoke and sand it threw up could be seen from miles around, though as it turned out the Kaleesh were much closer then that. They knew this world and they knew how to hide themselves. As the dazed Huk survivors crawled from the wreckage caused by the remote mine, they were picked off by skillful shots that seemed to come from all around them. Only at the end did they understand, the Kaleesh had not been buried...rather they had dug in. The heat of the sand had hidden them from thermal sensors and it had hidden them from the visual senses of the Huk.It had been a perfect ambush. One of the many that would happen in the coming weeks.

I believe you find life such a problem because you think there are the good people and the bad people. You are wrong, of course. There are, always and only, the bad people, but some of them are on opposite sides.

IC: Kruvuurn Tchuul [Coruscant; Day One]Kruvuurn turned at the arrival of Jaron, a smile on his face. The Sauvax quite surprised to see Jaron there, as he hadn't sensed the human with his antenna. Kruvuurn marked it up as just being in an area filled with many different beings, and not being able to pick out Jaron."Jaron," Kruvuurn said, having finished the last of the fish, "I was wondering when you'd get here." The crab-like being's smile gave the joke away, and he continued, his large claws coming together with a clack, "So, how can I help you?"
