I have a question not covered in the forum: Can New Members participate in the BZPRPG? I went to the Profile forum, but in the upper right corner, it read "Unable to post in Thread". As you can tell, I'm thoroughly confused. Do I have to submit my 5(now 4, I guess) comments before participation in the RP? Morally unambiguous.
