As every time it try to recover it via the same email used for this account or from the password for it. I receive a message saying this account does not exist. I know duplicate accounts are against the rules so im don't care about being punished as long as my old account can be recovered. Are you sure the email and passwords you used are the correct ones? He should get it straightened out in a jiffy. Because obviously it isn't gone, otherwise we wouldn't be able to see it.
