Indigogeek
I recently built up a MOC from spare parts I had lying around. I think a lot of people assume that bionicle pieces and the ball jointed based hero factory armor won't work well together. I decided to prove this wrong with my Toa Nidhiki MOC. Here it is! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Takua123/MOCS/img_2212.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Takua123/MOCS/img_2213.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Takua123/MOCS/img_2214.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Takua123/MOCS/img_2215.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Takua123/MOCS/img_2216.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Takua123/MOCS/img_2217.jpg
Hitoshura
He's quite simple, actually. But the torso design is really nice, and a green and silver color scheme is nice as well, though I kind of knew that because the Volitak comes in only one color . The "wings" on the shoulders are a nice addition to it. Quote profiles
Indigogeek
Having a lack of torso pieces due to mocing with them/ rebuilding sets, it's quite a challenge to make a torso. I in fact used the metru upper torso as the lower body of Nidhiki, and it came out better than expected!
Chro
He's a little... chubby. Not bad for a spare parts build, though. And you're right, I never understand why people think that Bio and HF pieces are incompatible... they're literally designed to work together! Kanakalackin
I agree with Chro for the most part. The scythe looks a little simple in comparison with the rest of the body, and the arms looks like they could use a little bit more flexibility. Oh, and you can link to your photos via thumbnail. I'll PM you how if you want. Quote I have an Instagram page where you can see these pictures and more like them! Just click HERE!
krana_enthusiast
Pretty cool. I especially like the way you put a metru torso as the lower abdomen. Interesting idea, but I would have made the thighs a bit bigger, and the forearms a bit longer. Anyways, very nice.
