TRIBES has been my big project since the start of the year. When I started on this series, I had three options for publishing the series. I could make a stop-motion animation, a written story, or a comic series. Being as indecisive as usual, I picked all three. The main TRIBES series is the comics, however, there are short little stories out there among my things... 1-1 is the first comic, in the first season. This comic was originally posted on FlickR and DA, which explains a shoutout on page five. This isn't a very serious comic, it's actually childish. So... Don't take it too seriously please. The other comics getting better in story, seriousness, MOCs, etc. On the background of the story, which isn't explained in the comic... TRIBES takes place on a fictional planet called "Gaia". To be specific, the northern region of the western hemisphere of Gaia. About 100 years ago, beings called Terrians (an offshoot of Glatorian and Toa hybrids) were able to form an empire, and took control of the majority of that region. The Terrians then decided that Toa and Glatorian were too much of a threat, and started getting rid of them. This whole explanation thing went on longer than expected... But hey! I guess that's what happens when you develop the backstory as you go along! >_> Each comic is separated into pages, with "1" being the first page, and all the numbers after that being the other pages. Constructive Criticism: Look at other comics and do something unique, you already have the unique part of using actual bionicle figures instead of drawings or sprite comics.Some advice: keep up the good work! I already have using MOC's instead of drawings... I've see projects (incomplete )= ) that have it where someone is going to die, liberated by another guy, and then they become friends and go on a quest.Keep it up, though, it's still cool!
