Name: Faraki
Species: Skakdi
A detailed description: The black skakdi has an organic spine covered in small spikes that runs down his arms and back from the back of his head. Sitting above his bright red eyes is a powerless white kanohi kaukau. Unlike most skakdi, who grit and flash their teeth in a scowl, Faraki usually keeps his mouth shut, but often likes to smile after a crime. The skakdi is equipped with a set of armour that protects his torso, shoulders, thighs and legs. He also has two toed feet that are webbed and has clawed hands.
Gender: Male
Powers: Provided he works in conjunction with another skakdi, Faraki can utilise his powers of magnetism, which includes generating magnetism and manipulating metals.
Technological items: In the constant event that there are no skakdi around to cooperate and work together with Faraki, he is equipped with a combat knife to inflict more damage on his opponents when his claws fail.
Weaknesses: Faraki’s eyes are incredibly bright when in use and a distinct red flash can be seen a meter away from him when a beam is fired. The skakdi also cannot channel his powers through the weapon he uses and performs poorly in medium to long range battles.
Alignment: Evil
History: Prior to Makuta’s attack, Faraki resided in Xa-Koro, spending most of his time robbing matorans. One day, after a failed attempt to rob a skakdi, he was chased out of his home a few seconds before it was destroyed and cast to the bottom of the ocean to become an infamous ruin. Since his departure, Faraki has travelled from wahi to wahi robbing innocent travellers of their supplies and widgets.
Personality and traits: Like all Skakdi, Faraki is short tempered and violent, but he’s surprisingly happy and polite, although who taught him to be well mannered will remain a mystery. However, he is extremely impatient and will behave like a typical skakdi when dealing with someone who is unwilling to comply with his ultimatums.

Name: Adamas
Species: Toa of Crystal
A Detailed Description: The crystal toa's frame is similar to that of Gali Mata's, but her frame is slightly more smoother in design and shorter than the toa of water. A few crystal shards decorate the gaps in her white limbs and Adama's feet are colored teal. The Toa's legs are decorated with shin and thigh armor that is the same tone of teal as her form fitting body armor, hands and face. Due to her body shining in the sunlight, she wears an olive brown cloak to cover it up. Adama's left arm has two shards protruding outwards and the fingers on her right hand have small diamonds sticking out of the tips. The crystal toa's Kanohi of rebounding is shaped like a Miru and the forehead is decorated with jewels. Her eyes and heart light are a bright tint of green. Overall, she has a very beautiful appearance, although the diamonds in her limbs can be blinding at times.
Gender: Female

Powers & Weapons: As a toa of crystal, Adamas can create, control and absorb crystals and jewels. She also wields a spear to channel her elemental powers. Her powers also allow her to refract low level energy attacks without harm. Her kanohi of rebounding allows non explosive or fragmenting projectiles to be repulsed and if she places more focus on the target, she can control the direction of the rebound.
Weaknesses: Adamas lacks brute strength and prefers to fight from a distance. Her crystals can be shattered by sonic vibrations and while she can refract energy based attacks to render them useless, stronger attacks can damage her frame and organic matter.
Alignment: Neutral Good
History: No one knows how the element of crystal came into existence, all the inhabitants of Mata Nui know about it is that there are Matoran, Turaga and Toa spread out, living amongst the primary and secondary elements of Mata Nui. Adamas left Le-Koro when she became a toa in search of whatever treasure the island had to offer. She later bumped into a toa of lightning named Astrapi and after being offered to join the toa Kohati, she accepted a position on the team.
Personality & Traits: The toa of crystal is friendly and polite like all matoran of crystal and she has a love for all things sparkly like rare treasures. Adamas takes her role as a toa seriously and will stop at nothing to protect the matoran and turaga inhabiting the island, even if it costs her life.

Name: Kudiha
Species: Matoran
A detailed description: The matoran of plasma is 3 feet tall and his feet and thighs are white. His shoulders are colored orange while the rest of his body is light orange. His kanohi is a light orange powerless Pakari.
Gender: Male
Powers/Weapons: As a member of the Su-Koro Guard, he was given a sword and shield for protection.
Technological Items: The Matoran of plasma was also given an unmodified disk launcher by his Turaga.
Weaknesses: Kudiha is a matoran and is weaker than most other races. He has a fear of Muakas.
Alignment: Neutral
Biography: During Makuta's reign, the matoran of plasma wanted to make a difference and help out the island in any way he could. He enlisted in the Su-Koro guard. One day, while on patrol, a Muaka attacked him and there was no one else to help. Since then, he has avoided being left on his own during patrols and refuses to be near a Muaka.
Personality: Kudiha was a selfless matoran who cared for others. He has a major phobia of Muakas and will run in fear if he sees one of the tigers.

Name: Fupa
Species: Lesterin of Jungle
A detailed description: He physically looks similar to a female toa, but he is slightly taller than one and her arms have slightly more muscle. The Lesterin wears blue-green armor and his yellow shoulder armor has blue flowers decorating the top with vines wrapping around them. Fupa also has a small blue-green crest jutting out of the back of her head.
Gender: Bigender
Powers/Weapons: As a Jungle Lesterin, he has an innate resistance to poisons and can photosynthesize for energy instead of eating organic matter. Her weapon of choice is a sword made from many crystals compressed and fused together to form a blade. The green blade shines brightly when in the sun and the cross guard is made of Protodermis while the hilt is simply wrapped in Kane-Ra leather and cloth. Fupa's Kanohi is an Akaku forged in the shape of a Kaukau.
Weaknesses: While he has elemental powers, they are on the same power level as a matoran and unlike toa, they cannot be accessed to use actively. Her skills in combat are decent, but they aren't exceptional and more skilled opponents can take her out. It doesn't stop him from trying to improve them, though. She is also impatient and his loud nature makes stealth impossible for her.
Alignment: Neutral Good
History: The Lesterin has lived in Le-Wahi since his birth. She moved away from her home in a desire to explore all of Mata Nui, eager to see what covered the rest of the island.
Personality & Traits: The Jungle Lesterin loves exploration, which was his motivation to move around Mata Nui. She also believes he is capable of improvement and becoming better at something, explaining the long hours spent training back home. Fupa is rather fixated on history, often speaking about learning from her past mistakes and seeks to learn the history of Mata Nui. At home, he has been described as "loud, energetic and slightly insane" due to him provoking a Nui-Rama to chase after the Lesterin.

Name: Nartam

Species: Toa

Gender: Female

Alignment: Neutral Good

Powers: Being a Toa of Stone, she has incredible strength and control over rock and sand. She can lift large boulders with ease and create structures of solid rock.

Abilities: Outside of her powers, she has great endurance. She can literally fight for hours on end. She also is surprisingly agile and has a vast knowledge of survival techniques. She has spent years relying on her survival skills alone. She can successfully hunt and gather food, build shelters and weapons out of whatever she can find, and navigate using the position of the stars.

Weapons: She wields two blunt staffs that are weighted on one of their ends. The weighted edges are made of hard steel, making them very good at breaking things whether it is rocks or armor. The handles of the staffs are wrapped in leather to reduce slippage. She is also known to carry a variety of makeshift knives and spears.

Kanohi: Kanohi Kadin, the Mask of Flight

Appearance: Tall and muscular, she is quite built for a woman. She still retains an hourglass figure. A beauty besides, her face is as smooth as a pearl. Like most Toa of Stone, the main color of her armor is brown. Hints of silver dot her armor, giving it an angelic glow. She wear a long, tan cloak, tattered and weathered due to her constant traveling. The cloak has a hood that covers her face. She typically keeps it open, revealing her armor.

Personality: Once, she was a brave and confident warrior and hero. Now, she is an utter recluse. Wrapped in the guilt of the death of her team, she feels that there is no place for her. She will still defend villages and fight whatever Rahkshi or other threat that comes her way, but for the most part, she focuses only on survival. She is still a strong and cunning fighter, though. Her mind often comes up with several plans at once. This makes her an unpredictable opponent to face.

History: One of most athletic Po-Matoran in Po-Koro, she was quite the Kohlii star. This led her to overestimate her skills and become arrogant. When she became a Toa, she believed her popularity would skyrocket. She did a lot of heroic feats in her village, but while they were greatly appreciated, they gave her the reputation of a glory hog. To change this, she answered the call of a Toa of Air on an expedition to find a powerful ancient weapon. However, it was cut short by a horde of twenty Rahkshi. At first, she and her Toa team met the threat head on. They took them all down but, she made a bad call that cost the lives of her fellow Toa. Feeling the guilt of her team's death, she buried them in their respective villages and became a wandering nomad. At first, she deliberately put herself in harms way, so that she could die and not feel the pain of her guilt. However, after she experienced a near death experience, she came to the realization that she doesn't want to die. So, she continue to wander Mata Nui, learning much needed survival skills and training herself to be a better fighter as she went along.

Weaknesses: As with most Toa of Stone, she is unable to swim. Also, due to her lifestyle and isolation, she is rather poor at conversation and teamwork. Plus, wrapped it guilt, she doesn't care about the damages she suffers, seeing it as only minor compared to the pain she feels.

Name: Torthados

Species: Toa

Gender: Male

Powers: Jungle

Alignment: Good

Mask: Mask of Stealth

Weapons: Dual swords which Torthados calls "Spike-blades" due to the fact that there are multiple spikes on the opposite end of the serrated, razor-sharp blade.

Description: Torthados has dark blue armor with with  some thin, white streaks across it. He is noticeably taller than an average-sized Toa, and he has a lean, muscular frame. His mask is fused to his face. He has great endurance and without using his powers, he is fast and strong.

Personality:  Although intelligent and compassionate, Torthados is very exclusive to whom he trusts. He may seem like one's best friend one moment, but if that friend is evil or turns out to be an enemy, Torthados will turn on them in an instant. He is a Toa of his word. He tends to be very inaccurate in his estimations of enemies, either over or underestimating them.

Weaknesses: Weak to fire and electricity.

Background: Torthados woke up one day with wind blowing past his ears. He was falling toward a volcano (how convenient, right?) with almost no memory, and was very weak. He did know his name and he knew what the power he felt meant. He was able to use his powers to fall in a more desirable location than the volcano (a tree in the nearby jungle). When he was able to stand again, he set off to find another Toa or a village with a voice echoing in his head: My reign of terror will begin soon, Toa...

NAME: Elaadis
SPECIES: Vo-Toa
GENDER: Female
KANOHI: Pakari, appearance of a Faxon
DESCRIPTION: Tall, muscular but still maintaining a relatively feminine shape, Elaadis is armoured like a tank, predominantly on the front. Most of this armour is artificial additions, and her natural armour is comparatively pathetic. She is predominantly blue and gunmetal grey, leading some to mistake her for a Ga-Toa, but the sporadic yellow trim and weakness to water gives away her true element.
POWERS: Being a Toa of Lightning, Elaadis has the ability to summon and manipulate lightning, primarily able to draw it in and fire it from her hands. Being of the Lightning element also means she has a strong resistance to it. Elaadis wields a large Halberd, too large to put away.
WEAKNESSES: Elaadis is not too great against heavily armoured targets; if the sheer blunt force damage her halberd can do isn't enough when dealing with heavy armour, there isn't a lot she can do. While allowing her to attack targets at range, she isn't too skilled at using her Lightning powers for such. She is well-built for dealing with targets at range, and poor against armoured targets well equipped to deal with electricity.
ALIGNMENT: Chaotic good. Elaadis means well, but does not necessarily do well.
HISTORY: Elaadis remembers little of her history. She remembers fighting a war over her homeland during which she lost many friends, and once the fighting was over and what few surviving allies she had slowly drifted away, she decided she should leave too.
PERSONALITY: Elaadis is friendly but a little forgetful, often relying on friends to remember things for her, alternatively writing it down. While Elaadis enjoys having allies at her side, Elaadis prefers said allies do not become too numerous. Elaadis dislikes staying in one place for too long(although she's happy to come back to a place numerous times) and loves to travel. Elaadis is clever, but a tad slow when it comes to thinking, often coming up with a solid answer after everyone else has. Elaadis is easily upset by the harm or death of the people she cares about, on occasion even forgetting she's in the middle of a fight. Elaadis can also become incredibly destructive with her Lightning powers; when she pours elemental energy into her weapon, it can go from a sharp, heavy polearm to a powerful weapon of destruction.

NAME: Arvas
SPECIES: Fe-Toa
KANOHI: Hau
DESCRIPTION: Much of Arvas' actual body is a dulled silver, only his upper torso and hands being a dark grey. His armor is a matte black, with some pieces possessing a rusty brown/orange trim. His chest armor is vaguely reminiscent of the Toa Nuva chest armor, but less protrusive and expanded a bit, covering his shoulders and going under his arms. His black Hau's details are only made explicitly visible by his brightly glowing purple eyes. His Hau also has a tough metal plate he can lift to cover the mouth for added protection. When not raised, it sits in front of his neck and functions as a wind blocker and neck guard. Sometimes, Arvas likes to wear a grey/muted orange scarf.
GENDER: Male
TOOLS/ABILITIES: Being a Toa of Iron, Arvas can manipulate metals, able to temporarily repair or even replace a damaged or broken tool if in the right environment. Arvas possesses a serrated longsword stylized to resemble a structural beam, and the blade has a slightly rusted, aged look. He also has a bulky round shield in the resemblance of a train wheel, which has the same aged look as his sword's blade. Arvas also wears a Kanohi Hau, largely to protect himself from ranged attacks.
WEAKNESSES: While contact with water is not necessarily harmful to him, being wet either severely weakens his elemental powers and strength, or, in the case of his elemental powers, outright deny him them. Fire has a similar effect, although it has a greater effect on his strength. Arvas' Toa gear also lack any ranged abilities, and if he intends to make a way(IE creating a spear out of ore in the ground), this will prevent him from fighting, making him vulnerable.
ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Neutral
HISTORY: Arvas cares little for history, seeing everything as a day-to-day matter. As such, Arvas has done little to impact Mata Nui, going from job to job as a mercenary, traveling a lot as a result. While Arvas has, in the past, taken an interest in ranged weapons, hence how he knows how to use most pistols and rifles, he has found the best way to deal with someone is to bash their head in with the flat of his heavy blade, as a result his sword, shield and generally some other supplies is all he carries. While Arvas' actions may make an impact somewhere, Arvas' only real care for his own wellbeing and survival makes him take no notice of this.
PERSONALITY: Arvas is a mercenary, travelling from place to place to get more coin in his pocket. While outwardly Arvas is cold, at times uncaring, inwardly Arvas is only a mercenary because he doesn't see himself as a morally strong enough individual to do any serious good or stick to any conviction or goal, and he respects those who do. As such, Arvas will sporadically show the man he wishes he was; loyal, caring if not exactly friendly, and determined.

-Name: Anirax
-Species: Ko-Toa
-Kanohi: Volitak
-Tools/Weapons:Dual shortswords, dual daggers, two whole belt/bandolier's worth of throwing knives, smoke bombs, a pistol-sized Patero Launcher.
-Description: Anirax is lightly armored, not built for direct combat. She wears a tattered grey cloak, either behind her, over her arms or covering everything but her head. It also possesses a hood, however. Her thin white armor covers a light blue body, muscular but dexterous and shapely. For a Toa, anyway. Anirax's Volitak was originally silver, but it has been dulled. Under her cloak is a variety of belts, bandoliers and straps where she keeps her things. Anirax could be considered attractive for a Toa, if not for the obscuring cloak.
-Weaknesses: Anirax is not built for a direct fight. Her light armor is only built to fend off glancing hits and weak blows, although it is resilient against blunt, dull thuds, such as from a punch. Anirax is also less than stellar in the physical region, possessing great dexterity and acrobatics, but wouldn't be able to pick up a Greatsword if you paid her to. Anirax is also easily annoyed by the more simple-minded and the hard-aligned folk, believing 'alignment' is false and there is only goals.
-Personality: Anirax is quiet, thoughtful and calculating. She rarely speaks up, but will do so if she feels her opinion needs to be heard(IE "Let's go diving in Mangai!""Guys no this is stupid"). Anirax is less loyal to friends than she may seem, instead joining or gathering groups of wanderers or adventurers purely to mask her own less than moral person, taking the position of group rogue. Anirax is not necessarily evil, but sees little issue in the more petty crimes(assassination of innocents and plain murder is still pretty wrong in her opinion) and things that can be fixed(IE say, fraud). Anirax also has a strong belief that everyone still has rights to certain bare necessities, and immediately grows great disgust and hatred for people who take these away from others(IE forcing someone from their homes), and is more than happy to kill their kind. While Anirax is fine with compliments and the such, active advances on her make her annoyed unless she reciprocates, seeing it as a distraction more than anything.

-Name: Arankhe
-Species: Cry-Lesterin(Im not sure of the Crystal prefix, sorry)
-Gender: Female
-Tools/Weapons: Arankhe does not use a Kanohi. Instead, she has a device mounted on her shield that allows her to eject force pulses. Against lighter objects and targets, this can knock someone a distance. Against heavier ones, it can make them lose balance or make them fall over. Arankhe uses a thick sword, which is actually hollow to help her wield it, and a thick round shield, bearing light but intricate engravings and an unknown family crest, presumably her own. This shield has a sword sheath built in, so she can easily mount both the shield and the sword in one place for travel.
-Description: Physically, Arankhe is muscular and curvaceous, achieving both a slender and a strong appearance at the same time, attractive to those who are fine with muscle. Her casual clothing, when she wears it, is a simple leather coat and baggy grey pants, with what appear to be small Crystal plates, a larger shoulder guard over her left shoulder and two small knee pads. However, most often she wears solid, robust armor, reminiscent of knight armor. This does not extend to her legs, however, stopping at an armored skirt, and she mitigates this with thick knee-high boots. Arankhe's armor follows the usual colouration of a Lesterin of Crystal; Pale blue with green tertiary, however both of these have been muted somewhat. Only some of this armor is her original armor, it has since been added onto, and some parts have been lost or removed. Arankhe's helmet remains largely normal, with a sharp, jagged crest at the back. However, Arankhe has a detachable faceplate reminiscent of the medieval Visored Barbute helmet*. While this covers her face easily, it does not shield her seemingly warm, glowing green eyes.
-Powers: As a Lesterin, Arankhe has no real elemental powers. However, as a Lesterin, Arankhe's subliminal elemental energies manifest still, granting her immense vision over distances, and the ability to glow like a Lightstone.
In armor, this gives the appearance that her eyes are flashlights.
-Personality: Arankhe is friendly and enjoys the company of other people who (at least) agree with her views. Which are generally pretty simple. Arankhe seeks to fight the enemies of whichever land she is on, especially the more destructive kind, as Arankhe believes that a land devoid of anything beautiful is a land not worth living on.
Make no mistake, though, as despite Arankhe's slow and friendly first appearance, she is a mighty warrior. Her heavy sword can cleave through some materials, and it's weight can allow her to use it just as effectively as a mace instead of a sword. Her shield is robust, and the pulse emitter mounted on it makes getting close enough to use the heavier, more damaging Melee weapons difficult. Arankhe also greatly dislikes the undead or animated objects, believing the former should stay dead once so, and the latter that an inanimate object shouldn't be granted movement beyond its original purpose.
-Weaknesses: As a Lesterin, Arankhe lacks elemental powers of any real sort. Arankhe also lacks any means of ranged combat, although she knows how to use spears and other thrown pole arms. Arankhe's hatred of the more destructive evildoers leaves her a tad oblivious and open, part of why she enjoys the company of combat-capable friends.
Alignment: Neutral Good

-Name: Nyhrax
-Species: Po-Toa
-Gender: Female
-Appearance: Of a relatively standard Toa appearance, Nyhrax has the strong muscular build of a Po-Toa, although on her shins and forearms she has added extra armor almost completely covering them. Her body, mask, forearms, shins and feet are brown. Her limbs are black. She wears a standard brown Kualsi.
-Weapons/Tools: Nyhrax wields a large staff with bulky blades on either side, making it reminiscent of the Rahkshi Staff of Power, with has brown blades. Nyhrax also has a combat knife for backup.
-Other Equipment: Nyhrax also has a map and a packed up tent with bedroll.
-Personality:Nyhrax spends most of her free time hovering near and on the walls with her Kualsi, going where she needs to similarly. Nyhrax is willing to get into a fight and is more than willing to throw a mountain at someone with her Stone powers, but is quick to flee if she feels outmatched, similarly with her Kualsi. Indeed, Nyhrax takes a 'sneak in, almost sneak out, go guns blazing' approach to problems.

-Name: Lerada
-Species: Le-Toa
-Kanohi: Kadin, shaped like a more streamlined Kakama.
-Weapons/Tools: Lerada's primary weapons are his dual swords, possessing a single curved blade, and a hook on the end to grab things and swing from them in the environment, if Lerada does not use, or is not in a good environment to use his Kadin.
-Appearance: A similar build to the default Toa Mata, however his upper torso and shins possess thick armor. His arms and legs are a strong, brighter green, but by no means lime. His body and mask are a much darker forest green. His body and shin armor is a somewhat brighter forest green. His mask possesses a lighter green trim, and his eyes are a deep blue.
-Personality: Lerada is a friendly and well-meaning Toa, however he is afraid to fight a foe if he feels he is outmatched. Lerada tends to take control, or try to take control, of any group he ends up part of, providing reason and direction in a situation, however he cannot tolerate infighting in said group. Lerada tends to get around and listen to current events, hence often having at least a knowledge of an event, if not the details.
-Weaknesses: Lerada is vulnerable to fire, and is the least physically resilient of the lot. Lerada is also limited at range, air blasts strong winds doing little. His mask and his powers do aid him in getting into range, however.
-History: After a ship sunk some distance offshore, Lerada washed up in a (fortunately)buoyant crate, apparently having used it to survive.

-Name: Rodyr
-Species: Ba-Toa
-Kanohi: Miru, appears like an Akaku.
-Equipment: A heavy black-bladed straight sword, easily one-handed but has a long enough handle for two hands. A pistol-sized Patero with a long barrel.
-Description: Rodyr is a fairly standard-looking Ba-Toa, although he has bandages wrapped around his hands and sometimes around other places depending on the day and present injuries. He keeps his pistol in a holster on his hip, ammo pouch opposite.
-Personality: Rodyr is not a regular-acting person by any means, frequently appearing and disappearing, usually through use of his Miru. Rodyr tends to injure himself frequently, but this never seems to stop him. While he isn't unwilling to fight, Rodyr would try to avoid violence if he knew how.
-Weaknesses: Rodyr is fairly forgetful and is by no means graceful and elegant. Rodyr doesn't like to hold his ground and is quick to flee if outmatched.

NAME: Lihada
SPECIES: Bo-Toa
KANOHI: Mask of Rebounding
TOOLS/ABILITIES: Lihada wields a long wooden staff. While plain on its own, Lihada can manipulate its shape and properties as per her powers. As a Bo-Toa, Lihada can manipulate(and summon, I think?) plantlife. With her mask, she can heal organic injuries as long as she can see or knows the problem/damage. She also has a Patero launcher she has visibly modified the appearance of herself, although she uses this for one thing only-Firing a handful of nuts like a shotgun.
APPEARANCE:Most Toa are depicted as strong, muscular, athletic, able to fistfight a Muaka and win through raw, gritty determination and the superior physical prowess and access to elemental powers Toa are known for.
Lihada, unfortunately, does not fit this image. She isn't weak, of course, but she most certainly isn't athletic. A bit round on the edges, a little pudgy, if you will, but she still lies outside of what you would call 'fat'. Her rounded body is an olive grey-green, with her armor being green with some blue parts, like the feet, hands, shoulders, knees and the large hip plates hanging halfway down her thick thighs. Patterned blue stripes run down her mask with another running along the bottom, and the mouth part is similarly blue. Purple eyes shine from behind her mask.
TECHNOLOGY: A map, and if it counts a small bag full of a large handful of nuts. These unassuming things are used as a form of ammunition for her gun; she pours some into it to make it into a makeshift hand shotgun. Being a Toa of Plantlife, it is not hard for her to restore her supply.
WEAKNESSES: Lihada is weak to fire and is quite pyrophobic. Her considerably less athletic than average built means she is not all that fast, and being in a place that lacks plantlife renders her powers virtually useless.
PERSONALITY: Lihada tends to be less laid back, just more lacking in motivation than most, seeing little to gain in trying to get things done in more recent times. She cares not for people insulting her, and in most cases doesn't even bother to register the insult. Lihada tries to be creative with her powers and actually has little in the ways of actual man-made(Matoran-made?) possessions. She likes to make a simple living making tools for people, a simple occupation that makes use of her abilities.
ALIGNMENT:Kind of Good, mostly Neutral.

NAME: Vordes
SPECIES: Ba-Matoran
KANOHI: Powerless Kaukau
TOOLS/ABILITIES: As a Ba-Matoran, Vordes possesses a small fraction of the Gravity element. She cannot access her powers properly, but they do grant her an immense resistance to pressures, as per the element. Her Kaukau is powerless, but if it was powered it would grant her the ability to breathe underwater for a time(a potential mask power she is less than happy with). Vordes uses a disk launcher and a round shield bearing the symbol of the Gravity element.
APPEARANCE: Vordes has the standard build of a rebuilt Matoran. Her mask, hands and feet are a deep purple, and everything else is black. Her eyes are a yellow-green color. She has a sash-like strap over one shoulder, which she mounts her shield and launcher on, and a small backpack she keeps over the other shoulder.
TECHNOLOGY: A bedroll, a Lightstone and a Heatstone.
WEAKNESSES: As a Matoran, Vordes possesses no powers, and is also generally smaller and weaker than a lot of other species.
PERSONALITY: "No I'm not an Onu-Matoran, no I don't see well in the dark, and no I'm not a fancy engineer."
With no Koro for the Gravity element, Vordes has so far had to put up with Onu-Koro, although she hopes to one day start, or help start a Gravity village. Vordes is generally friendly and well-meaning, but doesn't have the best temper and is quick to become aggravated. She likes to practice carving small statues in her free time.

NAME: Ruena
SPECIES: De-Toa
KANOHI: Kanohi Jiriask, Mask of Fortitude(Approved by Ghosthands)
TOOLS/ABILITIES: Ruena wields a black-bladed Longsword. The blade is split down the middle, blades pointing away from each other, and she can channel her Sonic powers through it. As a Toa of Sonics, Ruena can summon, manipulate and absorb sound waves, even able to magnify sonic abilities to destructive levels if needed. Her mask, the Kanohi Mask of Fortitude, allows Ruena to become incredibly durable and resistant to physical damage, but it requires some focus to use.
APPERANCE: Ruena is, as one would guess, mostly white-armored with some gunmetal, most notably her knee plates, elbow and shoulder guards, and the armored 'spine' running down her back. Underneath her armor, Ruena is largely black, with some grey. Deep turquoise eyes shine through her mask. Ruena is not of the most muscular-looking build, but is tall, sleek and has an imposing aura about her.
WEAKNESSES: As a Toa of Sonics, Ruena is weak to loud sounds; her element is a double-edged blade. She also has a strong dislike for fire and strong heat, and it can be used to deter her.
PERSONALITY: Ruena is seemingly uncaring, ignorant and tells little aside from the cold truth, having a strong hatred for lies. However, she actually listens in to a lot of things, including conversations entirely unrelated to her, listening for things she can use, or that might interest her. Ruena's goal is completely unknown to anyone outside of her, and deliberately keeps even her own thoughts about it vague. Most of the time, Ruena's voice is as flat and seemingly devoid of emotion as her personality, meaning that whenever emphasis or emotion are present in Ruena's voice, it's something she's serious about.

NAME: Calls himself Cyramar. Never given one himself.
SPECIES: Lesterin...probably.
KANOHI: Powerless Huna, visibly broken and put back together.
TOOLS/ABILITIES: Cyramar's weapons include an ice pickaxe, and a handheld surgical torch held and used like a handgun(Approved by Ghosthands). This device is capable of cutting through flesh while also cauterizing it, and is capable of cutting through metals to a lesser extent. Can function like a welder if used correctly. It cannot do so over a long distance, however, making it useful in about the same effective range as a shotgun. If he was built out of Toa, he hasn't kept their powers; Cyramar only seems to have the endurance typical of Fe-Lesterin.
APPEARANCE: Cyramar appears...off. He possesses the parts seemingly belonging to three different people; one of Iron, including his head, which appears to have granted him his high endurance, one of Fire and one of Stone. The armor that covers him is very asymmetrical, the three very different styles, structures and decals overlapping and combining. His chest armor, as well as a few other components have been made from those of different people, welded together, and his Huna appears to have been smashed, then welded back together. Indeed, Cyramar appears to be a mashup of appearances. Luckily, the three color palettes are close enough and spread out enough that he isn't much of an eyesore. He wears a rugged cloak, originally white, now a worn grey.
WEAKNESSES: While knowing how to hold and use a variety of weapons, Cyramar's utter lack of memories leaves him without experience, making him a poor front-line combatant. His left eye vision is a little blurry compared to his right eye, and he feels very confused about his place in the world. Being heavy, his armor weight also asymmetrical, Cyramar struggles to swim.
PERSONALITY: Cyramar seems very confused and a little naive, knowing and remembering nothing about the island he is on, the people there or anything that has happened at all. Indeed, Cyramar's first memory is waking up in the lab he was built in. He seems to have retained some of the knowledge that the people he was constructed from had(his name is in fact as a mashup of their names), hence how he can walk and talk. Conflicting views in his past selves have seemingly negated one another, leaving Cyramar's beliefs, values and opinions a blank slate besides 'own life'. Cyramar feels exposed when left alone and struggles to function in a regular civic environment, not knowing what he's doing. This lack of social skills makes Cyramar's best option a wanderer.
HISTORY: Technically, there are three histories to Cyramar. What they are, nobody seems to know. One might've been a wanderer, or a mercenary, perhaps. Maybe one was a doctor, or a mechanic, maybe a fisherman. Perhaps one was a bounty hunter, or a malicious rogue who sought only personal gain. Who knows. All Cyramar knows is that at some point, all of them...died, probably? Something prompted the use of multiple parts, and that something looks to be they got smashed to bits. So, at some point these three histories intertwined and merged. And at that point, became Cyramar's. And this one, merged history starts with him waking up.

NAME:Wasuka
SPECIES:Araka
ELEMENT:Reconstitute at Random
TOOLS/ABILITIES:Wasuka wields a boar spear with a long spike. Majority of the handle can be detached to make it into a dagger. She also wields a bow and a pair of throwing spears. As a Reco-Araka, Wasuka possesses the ability to morph the shape of objects she is in physical contact with, as per her kind's abilities.
APPEARANCE:Wasuka stands around average Araka height. The thighs on her digitigrade legs are especially armored, while the rest is comparatively under-armored. Her chest and shoulders are very well armored, with her waist and lower arms being armored to a lesser extent, and her upper arms, hips and lower legs being unarmored. Her body is almost jet black, with her armor being a strong but dark purple, with some muted green trim on some components. Her helmet is reminiscent of the medieval Sallet helmet, and a large neck guard rises from her chestplate. Strong orange eyes beam from behind the helmet's slit visor. Straps and pouches are frequently seen over her armor, and a large satchel is often found at her side.
PERSONALITY:Wasuka is a hard-working and well-meaning lass, coming from a land where such traits are a necessity to exist amongst a community. Wasuka wants to trust others, but is often a little cautious about doing so. She enjoys being able to stroll along a beach without any danger, exploring and seafood. She is easily spooked by larger people and animals.
WEAKNESSES:No resistances to any of the normal Elements(but no vulnerabilities either!). Has virtually no idea how to swim. Isn't the greatest close-quarters combatant.

Total Number of characters: 3
---------------------------------------
Matoko, the Shaper
(Po-Matoran Merchant)
(Currently At: Po-Wahi, Po-Koro)
---------------------------------------
Marthuum, the Righteous Fist
(Toa of Gravity, Currently a Vigilante)
(Currently At: Ta-Wahi, Ta-Koro)
---------------------------------------
Tezzek, Whisperwood Hunter
(Toa of Sonics, Hunter of Many)
(Currently At: Ta-Wahi, Old Fusa Path)
---------------------------------------

Name: Matoko, The Shaper

Species: Matoran

Description: A Po-Matoran with the build of a gen-two matoran. He has a replica left arm, after losing the original to some local wildlife, forcing him to put together a replacement. His feet and remaining hand are a dusty copper color, which his powerless Kanohi Akaku shares. Connected to his artificial shoulder is a tall stick, which serves as a light source via the strung Lightstone.

gOhez.png

Gender: Male

Technological Items: A Volo-Lutu Launcher, a few basic metal tools (Pickax, Hammer, Chisel),

Weakness(es): As a matoran, Matoko is neither amazingly strong or fast. His mechanical arm, while granting him surprising strength with that one limb, is even slower than the rest of him, and highly susceptible to damage. Also, his demeanor can get him into some tough places among other characters, as his innate belief that everyone could be his friend can get him mixed up in the wrong crowds.

Alignment: Lawful Neutral

History: Matoko has been a wanderer of the wastes since before the fall of Makuta. Patient to a fault, Matoko dreamed of setting up shop somewhere outside the koro, close enough to benefit from travelers while still avoiding the bustle of true koro life. What will be stocked would be relatively varied, often bartering away his handmade goods for other things, such as tools, trinkets, and weapons, only to barter those away for something new and shiny. He and his pet Ussal crab, Klekk, now search the wastes for the spot of his ultimate store: "The Wasteland Wonder."

Personality and traits: To Matoko, there are three kinds of people: Customers, Future Customers, and a very special few who don't fit into either group. Members of the last group include Mata Nui, Himself, and the dead, only because they can't ever buy from him. To him, everyone's a future friend, no matter if you're the most upstanding lawbringer in the land, or if you're one of the six big bad Piraka. To Matoko, everyone can be a potential friend. You could be Mata Nui made real or Makuta back from the dead, Matoko believes he can sell you something, or at least be a friend for you.

Pet: Klekk the Ussal. Klekk has a large wheeled cart harnessed to him, though it is often full of relatively little worth.

-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----

Name: Marthuum

Species: Toa of Gravity

Description: Built like Onua of the Toa Mata, Marthuum is anything but. His golden Pakari stands vividly from his purple armor, offset from his relatively drab black body.

gOZP2.png

Gender: Male

Powers/Weapons: Heightened Gravitational Prowess, a single standard steel longsword.

Technological Items: iStone (which he keeps updated with local wildlife populations, recent crimes, and bounties), a map, Food and Water rations for one week (Which he re-stocks whenever he returns to the koro).

Weakness(es): His brazen temperament often leaves him fighting opponents that gravely outclass him, and rather poor choice of equipment often leaves him without any real support in situations where even commonplace items might be handy. He can't swim, and will sink like an Onu-Matoran in a mine-cart. In fact, he actually has a crippling fear of large bodies of water, including but not limited to Lakes, the ocean, and wide rivers, due to a fear of large sea creatures that are out to get him. Also, he is extremely self conscious about his purple feet, though that's something that he wouldn't say to a soul. Mention them, and prepare for trouble.

Alignment: Lawful Good

History: The hero a number of people question, Marthuum was born into the life of a hero by two other toa who decided to live the peaceful life. Even as a kid, Marthuum was filled with righteousness, picking fights with bullies easily twice his size. Often, he lost, but he kept his dignity and morals, and even allowed himself to become versed in the way of the Toa Code. For a good portion of his life, he followed the code to the letter, until a fight with a certain Skakdi caused him to question his very being and purpose. This "Trial of Gravity,"  as he likes to call it, freed his mind from the rigors of the code, and he began to experience new things, taking time off for himself. It was only when he heard about the annihilation of Xa-Koro that he realized where he needed to be: A hero, protecting others.

Personality and traits: Marthuum is a self-righteous hero with an indestructibility complex. Loudspoken and headstrong, if he believes it is right, or if there is great enough need, he'll do it. Wildlife control is his hobby, though the subduing of villains is what really brings him joy. He scorns the usage of weapons, believing them to be impersonal and makes fights too easy, though he does carry a single sword on his person in case someone challenges him to an honorable duel. His fists are his weapon of choice, however, and his gravitational gifts makes them particularly dangerous. Upon throwing a punch, he'll often trigger both his elemental powers and Pakari, amplifying the weight of his fist and using the boosted strength from the Pakari to throw the now half-ton fist into his foes. He's also not one to scorn using his gravitational prowess to slow down his opponents, making sure that his fist of justice will connect like a runaway train.

-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----+++++-----

Name: Tezzek

Species: Toa of Sonics

Description: Tall, Silver and gray, but with deep purple eyes, visored by a Kanohi Huna.

gPZQf.png

Gender: Male

Powers/Weapons: Enhanced Stealth, Protosteel Shortsword

Technological Items: Volo-Lutu Launcher, Metal Tools for processing Rahi, bags and containers for transportation of rahi goods, Small Hammock and camp gear, small telescope for spotting caravans.

Weakness(es):
   - As a Toa of sonics, Tezzek is particularly weak to the sounds of others, and actively avoids marketplaces, and other loud areas.
   - He's also striken with enochlophobia, or the fear of crowds, preferring the calm of the wilds to the bustle of the koros. He can manage being on the outskirts of the town, but no further. He often contracts beings to gather items for him from within the marketplaces.
   - His methodology is also very linearly planned, and beings able to see him with methods such as Kanohi powers, thermal vision, et al. disable his main combat technique, rendering him relatively powerless.
   - He also has a soft spot for travelers, and will accompany / protect them if at all possible, seeing to it that they reach safety. When one lives alone in the woods for so long, one gets to know the dangers of living beside a lonely strip of caravan territory.

Alignment: True Neutral

History: Calm and reserved, Tezzek simply seeks balance for himself. After awakening to his new toa state one morning, the bustle of the koro forced him from his original home in Ga-koro, and into the peaceful forest of Ga-Wahi, just off of the Old Fusa Path. Now, he utilizes his enhanced abilities to hunt and has honed his skills manipulating sound so as to neutralize his own, which pairs well with his Kanohi Huna, the mask of invisibility.

Personality and traits: While he enjoys the company of others, he by no means enjoys large companies. Those that travel in small groups down Old Fusa Path are often stopped by him, not for toll or other means, but for simple contact. Often, he has been alone for days or weeks, and while his meditative mind handles isolation well, even it often seeks company in the cold woods. He is softspoken, and compassionate, but often will not act on anyone's behalf but his own. That said, he'll often follow travelers along any distance on the path, usually until they reach the koro they're traveling to, knowing that this will be all the contact he'll have for days, or even weeks, and he tries to make the most of it.

Name: Cresk

Species: Vortixx

A detailed description or image:
tumblr_nmhq187MIm1ur3nkto1_500.jpg

Cresk is relatively tall for a Vortixx. He wears dark blue and silver armor which fits him slimly. Due to lung damage during his time in the Great Sea, he is forced to continually wear a respiration device.

Gender: Male

Foreign Tech/Weapons: (1) Customized Vortixx Plasma Javelin. A short stabbing spear able to be superheated for maximum damage. This weapon was modified by Cresk to include the ability to fire energy rounds which can stun enemies for a short period of time. (2) Lightbender, a small camouflage field generator. This advanced piece of tech was designed by Cresk himself, and is perfect for waiting out an investigation by the authorities. To work, the lightbender must be placed solidly on the ground. The user must stay within a couple bio of the device to maintain invisibility. The field stays only around one user, and fits his/her outline. When the time is right, the user may deactivate the device and carry it easily.

Weakness(es): Damage to his breathing apparatus will put him out of a fight fairly quickly. Also, he is extremely susceptible to shadow weapons/attacks.

Alignment: Neutral evil.

History: Cresk was washed up in terrified amnesiac state upon Mata Nui. He suffered severe lung damage while afloat, forcing him to always where a breathing mask. Besides an aversion to infected Rahi and Rahkshi, he acclimatized well to his new life. So much so, that he began running an illegal weapons business in Ta-Koro after just a month of living there. When this was shut down, he decided to start a new life in the lawless wastes of Po-Wahi.

Personality: While Cresk is usually cunning and dangerous, he can be prone to fits of small-mindedness and idiocy. When in such breakdowns, he can be either cringingly cowardly or fiercely destructive; sometimes even a mixture of the two. Due to his unhinged nature, it is believed that he was experimented before washing up on Mata Nui. This being said, he is capable of strong tactical planning and invented many of the weapons he sold in Ta-Koro. He cares nothing for law or accepted social order, however he does not go out of his way to spit on them. To him they are simply another hurdle that he must surpass every now and then for his personal advancement. Thus, while he may keep an ingratiating front to Toa or Matoran authorities, he will most likely be dealing below the table all the while.

Um... Hi?

So, I've kinda been looking at the BZPRPG as something to try out for a while.... And I finally figured, why not? So I'm gonna give this a go. Please forgive all my newbie-bad mistakes.

Name: Marya

Species: Matoran (ga-matoran)

Gender: Female

Mask: Depowered Akaku

Description: A Ga-matoran, Marya has the same sleek swimming build common among her fellows. Her hands are thin and precise, her darker blue mask and feet contrasting with her lighter blue body and limbs. But she is strong and wiry, which comes from climbing all over structures and hauling materials for construction.

Occupation: Engineer/maintenance/tinker

Inventory: One Multi-shot disk launcher (rarely used, but kept in Prime condition)

One Maintenance toolkit (Hammer, Wrench, Screwdriver, Chisel, Various miscelaneous tools for repair, Spare rope-also kept in Good condition)

Personality: One of the sweetest matoran in Ga-koro. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, or so everyone claims. She gets excited about new technology easily, and is always willing to help a person in need. Will get angry if you interrupt her work or break her stuff, though.

History: Marya is the official engineer of the sluices and gates in Ga-Koro: It's her job to keep them up and running. With the expansion of the village and constant attacks from outside forces, she's been kept constantly busy building and re-building gates, sluices, bridges, and support pads. When she does get some time off, She wanders off to her secret workshop to tinker with whatever pieces of technology she happens to find in the market place. She's mostly remained in the village during previous events, due to being one of the only people who really knows how the mechanical systems work. And being one of the only people who can fix the more technical pieces.

Quirks: She hates using iStones. Everyone else in the village uses them, but she prefers to stick to more traditional methods. It hasn't stopped her from buying one, though....

Keeps all of her tools and few weapons in better-than-new condition.

Will talk your ear off if you let her ramble on any number of topics.

Weakness: A poor fighter when it comes to hand-to-hand. Relatively okay when it comes to ranged weapons, however. She is also very trusting of people, and can occasionally be a poor judge of character. (She's smart enough not to let them see schematics, though.) She doesn't like fighting people, and is near-useless in a direct combat situation. Cannot run very fast, or for very long. Also has a black thumb when it comes to greenery.

Name: Tjuran

Species: Toa

Description:

tn_gallery_114597_3_70136.jpg

"Tjuran is a mighty warrior indeed. To think he could defeat two Skakdi at the same time. However, it is clear that that fight made him very weary."

Tjuran rarely ever opens his mouth, but is a very loyal and honorable warrior when it comes down to it. These days he seems to be looking for a purpose and wanders the lands in search of one.

Gender: Male

Powers and Weapons: Tjuran has no elemental powers despite being a Toa, but instead has massive strength, wielding a large shield and a long spear. His armor is capable of stopping many strong attacks. He has many years worth of fighting experience behind his back, and is able to exploit the weaknesses of his enemy.

Kanohi: Akaku

Weaknesses: Tjuran is rather slow with all the weight he has to shoulder, but can still catch his opponents off-guard if they are not careful. He also has the lack of any elemental powers. His armor may protect him from many types of damage, but impact can still harm him.

Alignment: Good

History: His history is shrouded in mystery, but one can see that he has been alive for an abnormal amount of time; his armor having many small scars and such.

Personality and Traits: A silent, yet honorable warrior who nobody knows of, Tjuran has always valued honorable combat and others who share the same values as him, and thus in naturally an enemy to many evil beings. He seems to have a rather odd definition of duty: when he believes he has fulfilled his own part, he continues his journey to find true purpose, not staying with the one whom he helped. But what is it he seeks? Nobody knows, maybe not even he himself...

A larger picture can be viewed in the gallery.

Name -- Vwynolyn

Species -- Dasaka

Appearance --

I tried to draw her okay in this the age of 2017 fight me

She stands at a powerful height of six foot three inches, her armor a deep, deep shade of blue that mirrors that of the ocean's darkest depths. Accented with a dark gold she appears more black and bronze than blue and gold. Like many beings, she is a lithe and athletic individual. Broad shoulders and thinner hips adorn her form, although she often laments the fact her body grew the way it did.

Her facial features are soft, round and youthful. While the cut of her jaw belies that of a warrior who can appear stern and fierce, her lips and smile are often warm and kind: not that she cannot spill some venom into her visage if she so pleased and desired. One thing of note are her teeth, for they took on a sharper edge over the years, primarily due to diet and her manner of living, but it is an unnerving feature she utilizes in order to intimidate and combat foes.

As many sea faring folk may wear, she owns a thick cloak that wraps around her entire form with ease. The hem drops down to her toes, giving her just enough space to move unhindered by the thick fabric designed to keep one warm and dry. While she wears it, with her armor underneath, her generally sleek form appears somewhat bulky -- her shoulders appear larger, and her frame more squarish.

This Dasaka's eyes are a deep, deep shade of pink that borders on the color red. They are fairly large, almond shaped and can flirt with a youthful innocence or shift to the gaze of an experienced, calculating warrior ready to fight tooth and nail for her own survival.

By conventional standards many would see her and think of her as a cute individual; wide-eyed and excited about the world and its inhabitants. Energetic, perhaps even a childish air to her bubbly steps. Regardless, there are days she can pull out a mysterious mien or a downright cruel and cold one depending on her mood and how much sleep she received the day prior.

Like most, she carries her weapon strapped to her back for ease of use: her weapon is a hankyū bow known as the Peacemaker. Of course, its design is absolutely striking and beautiful, crafted likely by an artisan with a penchant for crystalline objects considering how the arrows in the quiver on her hip seem to be crafted from razor thin crystals (However basic arrows would also work with the bow itself).

Caste and Clan -- Her caste is that of the menti warrior, her clan is of the Fursic, thus her experience and knowledge in the Sighteye discipline that came first and foremost in her training as a warrior.

Gender (see “C. Petitioning” for details) -- She identifies as a woman, much to the scorn of her family whom refuse to acknowledge her identity.

Powers, including (as applicable) mask powers and Menti Discipline(s) -- Huna, the mask of concealment. Sighteye discipline, training to wield the Willhammer discipline, Ideatalk.

Weakness(es) -- As a calculating, thought based warrior she often runs into problems when faced with those who have years of hand to hand combat under their belt. While she can definitely hold her own in most situations, if she cannot reach into her disciplines she is easily overpowered by those who put more of an emphasis on brute force.

She is incredibly susceptible to the effects of things that may affect her mind in the form of food or drink.

Additionally, she is fairly impressionable and gullible, although not necessarily weaknesses in combat, they make her easy to manipulate and use for one's own ends and desires.

History --

Vwyn is a strange individual when it comes to Dasaka cultures and customs. When she was born and brought into the world, her family felt a sense of joy when they immediately declared her form as belonging to the male gender of the race. So eager to have another male in their ranks, they largely discarded any sense of dissent she provided as an individual to the label as she grew older and began to train as any male of the culture would.

Yearning for her gender to be seen as true and real, she took to the training she was forced into and spent her time practicing. Only focusing so hard and doing so well as it, largely, kept her sane and kept her from dipping into unhealthy behaviors and dangerous decisions. Training became her outlet, her way to express herself for many, many years -- after mastering her first discipline, that of the Sighteye as was customary with her clan, she became more resilient than before.

Anytime anyone referred to Vwyn as male to her face she corrected them, harshly. A few times she even challenged individuals to combat who dared to dissent her wishes and continue to refer to her as she least desired. In many ways she became an aggressive, angry individual who wanted nothing more than to dismantle the very fabric of society if that meant she could finally grasp hold of who she wanted to be.

But one individual alone cannot incite change without cause many wish to follow. So rare, for her situation amongst her people, no one ever listened to her whenever she talked about what she disliked the most. No one would listen to her whenever she referred to herself as she, or her. No one would allow her to express herself as she most desired. No one allowed her to do any of the things she wanted. For a time, she fell into a state of despair and disrepair, forgoing her training and skipping it and failing it intentionally. Many a time she tried to bring shame to her clan's name, tried to muddy it so that her muddying and shaming might outdo the pride her family received from referring to her as a male.

Of course, her acts of rebellion never worked.

Resigned, but still adamant about her pronouns and expression, she chose to find her own instructor for the Willhammer discipline she learned part way: someone who will respect her, listen to her and treat her as a being and not as a political toy.

Elatu, Toa of Air

Appearance: Elatu is of average height and fairly slim. His arms are more slender while his legs are slightly sturdier, and his forest green armor is sleek and lighter than most. All of this enables him to perform acrobatics with increased ease. His mask is streamlined and has no extrusions, with a slim mouth and the top of the mask extending back, similar to Matau's.

Powers: Elatu has elemental control over air and has a Kanoki Sanok, The Mask of Accuracy.

Weaknesses: Elatu is relatively inexperienced in combat. Also, due to his armor being designed to allow for free-flowing movement, it is light and exposes his joints.

Name: Elly
Species: Toa

Gender: Female
Description: Elly is like a walking retina burner. Her mask is a deep pink, with some white highlights here and there. Her armour, on the other hand, is a slightly brighter, yet darker, pink, with light gray pieces. Her clothing when not in armour, on the hand, is brighter than her mask, and resembles a jacket. She was given a matching pair of pants at one point to go with the jacket. Her eyes, on the other hand, are a teasing green.
Element: Sonics

Kanohi: Pehkui, Mask of Diminishment

Weapons: Elly has a collapsible bo staff that she uses as like a conductor's baton.
Technological items: N/A
Weaknesses: Elly is very smug, and is prideful of her abilities, and can overestimate herself sometimes. This can lead to her being unwilling to recognize when she's forced into a bad situation, and her not wanting to give up. She also has a slight anger issue, and can metaphorically bite the head off of people if in a bad mood - this combined with her tendency to be a bit of a loudmouth has gotten her in trouble before. Elly can be rather naive at times, but tries to ignore it, until it comes back to bite her.
History: Elly is approximately 195 years old. She grew up in Ta-Koro, and as a kid, had a very good friend there. Holding her in idolization, she focused her efforts on two things; music and fighting. Music came almost naturally to her because of her element helping her out, and she picked up fighting after years of training. Even still, she isn't absolutely the best at fighting, but believes she is, which tends to get her in trouble... Even if she sometimes lucks her way out. She thinks herself to be the queen of multitasking, due to helping out with the Ta-Koro Guard's band, and helping with the guard proper as an officer; no matter how wrong she might be.
Personality and traits: Elly is very cheery at times, and oh so very smug. Get on her bad side, however, and she will use her habit to give nicknames to people to make sure that they know that. Her anger can be an issue if pushed far enough, and she doesn't give up on issues easily. She can have a tendency to pout when she doesn't get what she wants, as well. Her naivety has gotten her into trouble, especially when combined with her smugness. It's arguable whether her naivety or her tendency to ignore the fact that it's a thing is more of a problem, however.

Name: Lureq

Species: Toa of Earth

Gender: Female

Description: Short and lithe, Lureq is "petite" in every sense of the word. Her armor is a deep inky black, with dusky purple peeking out betwen the plates. Her eyes are sharp and violet.

Image

Powers and/or weapons: Moderate "earthbending" ability, the powers granted by her Kanohi Volitak, a natural talent for acrobatics, and retractable Claw-Guantlets. Being an Earth Toa she is moderately strong, but not to the standard common to others of her kind.

Technological items: None

Weakness(es): Lureq relies on stealth and dirty tactics-- she doesn't do so well when challenged head-on.

Alignment: TBA

History: TBA

Personality and traits:

* An opportunist-- Lureq loves ambush tactics and easy marks.

* Foul-tempered.

* Nasty sense of humor.

* Quick to flee or turn-coat at the first sign of trouble.

* Sees herself as a noble and practical ambush predator.

* Greedy.

* Massively dramatic-- behaves almost like a caricature (because people don't take such characters seriously.)

#2

Name: Kurakah

Species: Toa of Magnetism

Gender: Female

Description: Kurakah is tall and strongly built, with a large amount of gunmetal armor plating covering most of her form. What little of her that isn't armored is charcoal, and her eyes are red. She wears a Kanohi Pakari, and there are little scratches and scars scattered across her body.

Powers and Weapons: Kurakah wields a tremendous protosteel warhammer. Her power over magnetism grants her some ability to manipulate metal, and she can fly by lifting her own armor. Her mask grants her great strength.

Weaknesses: Kurakah is not particularly flexible, and she is often outmatched when it comes to speed. She also takes things at face value, often missing subtle clues or hints.

Alignment: TBA

History: TBA

Personality and Traits:

* Blunt and straightforward.

* Has a tendency to just barrel through things without looking for more subtle options.

* Overly-logical; assumes others come to the same conclusions as herself, and doesn't account for emotional reactions or motivations.

* Long-suffering when it comes to Lureq's particular brand of drama.

* Efficient.

Self Moc: Caressa

NdsrCwb.jpg

http://i.imgur.com/54jedh3.jpg

http://i.imgur.com/MbeNZAu.jpg

Name: Caressa

Type: Toa

Element: Plantlife

Personality: INFP, Caring, Motherly, Affectionate

Mask: Makaya - Mask of Healing

Weapon(s): Dagger

Tool(s): Staff, Sickle

Elemental Powers: Plantlife

Weaknesses:

•Passive, nonaggressive

•Cannot use abilities well when severed from my environment.

•Much recharge after each healing session.

Backstory: Caressa started as a simple Bo-Matoran living in Karda-Nui. When the great being fell into his deep sleep, Caressa fled into the protodermis sea, slowly floating towards Metru-Nui as the fluid slowly changed the young matoran into a toa.

Arriving on Metru-Nui, Caressa learned the toa powers she possessed. Not just to control Plantlife, but to heal creatures and structures of injury.

Meeting the toa Hordika, Caressa healed them of any injuries the Hordika received from the Visorak, in exchange they keep Caressa's influence mum. She detested the spotlight of stories.

Caressa continued to live in Metru-Nui as the time passed. When the Matoran, Turaga, and Toa returned to Metru-Nui, Caressa again assisted in returning Metru-Nui to its glory.

When the great spirit reawoke, Caressa was overjoyed, and when the Makuta attacked she protected the matoran at all costs. One named Kalena even standing by the Toa's side. The two becoming instant companions since.

Name: Strekk

Species: Le-Matoran

Alignment: Strictly good. Has a strong moral code.

Gender: Male

Appearance: Wears a Noble Huna, Mask of Concealment. He has Dark Green hands, feet, and mask. Light Green arms and legs. Strekk is a lean, gaunt matoran of average height, and does not attract much attention in a crowd: which suits him fine.

Weapon(s): Strekk carries a wooden bow across his back for hunting purposes, and a meticulously sharpened gutting knife on his hip.

Powers/Skills: Strekk has no special powers, besides the natural agility and speed characteristic of Le-Matoran. Strekk is both a skilled marksman and capable leaf-runner. He owns a Gukko bird named Tillu that he enjoys riding on hunting trips. Strekk has an unusual affinity with animals that allows him to charm non-aggressive rahi if given enough time. His life in the jungles of Le-Wahi has granted him great endurance and a keen eye for prey.

Traits: Strekk maintains an overall relaxed attitude that generally serves him well during stressful situations. He is able to calm himself and remain composed despite dangerous or uncomfortable scenarios that would usually unhinge other people. Strekk is painfully polite, and has a difficult time saying no when others demand something of him. Strekk values the peace of mind afforded to him by his communing with nature, and usually avoids civilization when he can help it. He has been known to sometimes travel with a small circle of fellow travelers and adventurers he has come to know well as a result of his wanderings in Le-Wahi. His friends value his company and find his optimistic attitude refreshing. A curious individual, Strekk simply cannot turn down the opportunity to explore uncharted regions of Le-Wahi that could potentially contain valuable treasures. He has been known to literally "drop in" on foreigners who he happens to notice crawling along established trade routes between villages. Strekk has a strong desire to do something heroic with his life. To complete some sort of task or partake in a grand adventure that he could be an important part of. He fails to see how a simple matoran like himself could ever hope to do something worthy of any great recognition. A natural with animals, Strekk feels more comfortable around rahi than other matoran. He often recognizes and points out signs given by a rahi that even its owner does not see. Strekk has a bit of a proud streak that manifests itself when certain challenges arise. He will attempt to complete tasks in his own way and in his own time to show off his "skills": often with hilarious results.

Biography: TBA

Weakness(es): Strekk is not overly strong, and is incapable of shrugging off brute force attacks that he does not have time to dodge. Not very experienced in hand-to-hand combat. Strekk has a tendency to engage in combat on his own because of his proud nature.

Name: Ferrallus

Species: Toa of Ice

Alignment: Neutral Good

Gender: Male

Appearance: Wears a Great Miru, Mask of Levitation. White and Black color scheme. Ferrallus is lean and wiry. Wears a heavy woolen cloak that covers most of his body from his neck to his ankles.

Weapon(s): Ferrallus carries a crossbow and a one-handed arming sword for close melee combat. He owns a Kavinika named Shiver who is his loyal companion on long trips into the Ko-Wahi drifts.

Powers/Skills: Ferrallus is a Toa of Ice who specializes in ranged combat. He often uses his crossbow and elemental powers in tandem to devastating effect. Ferrallus is an expert tracker who makes good use of his sharp eyesight and gut instincts. Proficient in trap making and baiting. Good strength and endurance, owed to his lifestyle.

Traits: Ferrallus is a soft spoken Toa of few words, who firmly believes that speech should be used efficiently and briefly. Time spent talking could potentially be used for other purposes, like thinking about... anything. A self-professed dreamer, Ferrallus appreciates solitude and the freedom it gives his mind from the worries of the mundane lives led in the Koros. Ferrallus is a rahi trapper by trade and only answers duty's call when the government of Ko-Koro asks for him specifically. He enjoys pushing the known borders of his usual trap line to prevent repetition, which often pits him against some of the large, territorial rahi beasts hidden away in the remote recesses of the mountains.

Biography: TBA

Weakness(es): Ferrallus weak to fire based attacks and does not get along well with those who use it as a weapon. Ferrallus is not very sociable and finds it hard to trust those who he has not had time to adjust to.

Name: Morlok
Species: Skakdi of Jungle
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Gender: Male
Appearance: Morlok’s armor is primarily bright green and turquoise, with patches of silvery gray. His spine is bright green. His feet end in sharp claws, and his face is set in a permanent grin that even other Skakdi can find disconcerting. His right arm is missing below the elbow.
Weapon(s): A rapid-fire energy blaster that can be toggled between manual firing and ‘sentry mode’, wherein it will fire as long as it detects a living thing in front of it, not including Morlok himself (it can still be fired manually in sentry mode as well). It can detect targets hiding behind thin barriers, but not Volitak users or invisible beings. The blaster doubles as a prothesis for Morlok’s missing arm, with three large claws that act as fingers. Alternatively, Morlok can detach the blaster and leave it to guard an area, reconfiguring the claws to act as a tripod stand. Though extremely difficult to damage, it can be temporarily disabled if struck with enough force. (Pending approval)
Abilities: Truth vision- can see partially or fully invisible beings, such as Huna, Volitak, or Iden users, and see through illusions (Pending approval). Morlok also has the elemental power of plantlife, which can only be used in conjunction with another Skakdi. Additionally, his clawed toes are strong and dextrous enough that he can hang upside-down from tree branches and the like.
Traits: Unlike most Skakdi, Morlok has the personality to match his perpetual grin. Constantly cheerful, he views anything and everything as something to smile about- from pleasant chats with friends, to gruesome acts of violence.
Biography: If he remembers any of his life prior to arriving on Mata Nui, he’s too deranged to give any coherent account of it.
Weaknesses: With his blaster detached, Morlok only has one hand. His blaster will not target extremely small lifeforms (i.e. Pehuki users) or plants. Though his blaster detects hidden beings and he can see invisible beings, neither can detect a being who is both invisible and out of sight.

Name: Vereor
Species: Dasaka
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Caste: Saihoko
Clan: Taajar
Gender: Female
Kanohi: Mask of Learning*
Appearance:

certus

Weapon(s): Scythe
Abilities: Vereor is an accomplished Willhammer, able to enter, read, and influence the minds of others. Her mask also allows her to use the Sighteye discipline to create illusions. Other skills her mask grants her include sailing and an affinity for polearms.
Traits: Vereor avoids direct confrontation, preferring to resort to diplomacy or cunning. She tends to put her own needs before anyone else’s, but has come to resent this part of herself, and is working to overcome it.
Biography: A traveling merchant, Vereor would often augment her wares with bits and pieces of treasure (or junk) she retrieved from the bottom of the ocean. One such artifact was an ancient, rusted Kanohi, found in a sunken pile of wreckage off the western fringe of the archipelago, in a casket adorned with strange circular symbols. She later gave this mask to Menti warrior who had lost her own and become seriously injured. Vereor helped her get medical attention, and after recovering and receiving a new Kanohi, the Menti returned the rusted mask to Vereor. When Vereor eventually lost her Kaukau and decided to try on the strange mask herself, she found it granted her a number of useful skills, most notably the Sighteye abilities of the Menti warrior she had helped. Guilty at acquiring a second discipline without training for it, yet unwilling to part with the mask and the power it gave her, Vereor decided to become worthy of this new power by using it, if not for the glory of the empire, then at least to help out wherever she could.
Weaknesses: Vereor’s psionic powers require a great deal of concentration, greatly limiting her movement while they are in use.

*A Mask of Learning starts out with no powers of its own, but takes on the procedural memories, i.e. skills, of each successive wearer, and grants them to all future wearers. Though a mask of learning can learn multiple Menti disciplines, such a mask will overload the mind of any Dasaka who wears it (resulting in intense pain, followed by coma if not quickly removed) if it contains more than a single discipline they have not already mastered (also, the mask cannot learn abilities from a wearer whose mind it overloads). After a long enough period of use, a wearer will begin to naturally develop the skills that the mask grants them, retaining them even if the mask is removed. This is simply the natural process of learning through experience, however, and not actually part of the mask’s power. Vereor’s mask was previously worn by a Sighteye Menti, and therefore allows her to use this discipline as well. She has not yet worn it long enough to use Sighteye abilities without it. (Pending approval)

Ferrichor (Pending approval)
The Ferrichor originate from deep beneath the island, further underground than even Makuta’s lair or the mines of Onu-Koro. Mata Nui does not feature in their mythology, but Makuta does- though to them, he and his evil are associated with light and the surface world. Ferrichor come in a wide range of colors and shapes, though they are typically short, stocky, and metallic in color. They have increased strength and dexterity when manipulating earth, stone, or metal (similar to how a Toa of stone, for instance, can easily pick up and throw a boulder that would be too heavy to lift normally), and can see in complete darkness. As such, they traditionally make all major political decisions or business dealings in completely dark rooms (to put outsiders seeking to infiltrate them at a disadvantage). Some Ferrichor possess a rare mutation that robs them of their night vision, these ‘light-walkers’ are shunned and may even be killed if discovered. Since their main city was destroyed in a recent cave-in, some of the braver Ferrichor have begun to venture aboveground.
Though no more mechanical than any other biomechanical species, the Ferrichor are composed of metallic rather than organic elements. As such, their diet consists of precious metals and gems (which in very large quantities, can have a slight intoxicating effect on them). They are cast, rather than born, and as such are typically put off by the idea of biological reproduction. To create a new Ferrichor, a skilled blacksmith forges a metallic endoskeleton and suit of armor, places them in a mold, and pours in a molten, living metal, which cools to a consistency approximating organic tissue. The new body is then brought to life by placing a mask on its face. The masks worn by Ferrichor are not Kanohi, and do not grant any special powers, but are believed to house their soul- a Ferrichor will die almost instantly if their mask is removed. Any dead Ferrichor can be resurrected by placing their mask on a newly-cast body- though this obviously only works if the mask is still intact, and it is against Ferrichor custom to resurrect an individual whose body has not first been melted down and recycled (this is where the living metal used to cast new Ferrichor comes from).

A Ferrichor can have one piece of foreign technology.

Name: Orexis

Species: Ferrichor

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Gender: Female

Appearance:

orexis

Weapon(s): Grapnel Gun (similar to Lohkar’s, but uses a chain instead of a cable, making it fractionally slower to fire and retract).

Abilities: As a Ferrichor, Orexis has increased strength and dexterity when manipulating earth, stone, or metal; if killed, she can be resurrected as long as her mask remains intact. She is much quicker and more agile than her weight would suggest.

Traits: After spending much of her life hiding and starving, Orexis has no wish to do either ever again. She is loud and boisterous, and her appetite is legendary.

Biography: Orexis once lived underground in the main Ferrichor city, where her ‘light-walker’ mutation and struggle to conceal it prevented her from being able to earn a living, forcing her to live in a state of near-starvation. When her mutation was finally discovered, she fled to the surface, where she has since carved out a more comfortable life for herself as a pirate.

Weaknesses: Orexis is not at all stealthy, and is afraid of the dark.

Name: Strenuus

Species: Ferrichor

Alignment: Neutral Good

Gender: Male

Appearance:

strenuus

Weapon(s): Pickaxe

Abilities: Strenuus is extremely strong, even discounting his increased strength and dexterity when manipulating earth, stone, or metal. He can see in complete darkness, and can be resurrected if he dies, as long as his mask remains intact.

Traits: Strenuus rarely speaks, leading many to assume he is not very bright. In fact, he is simply very introverted, and prefers to analyze his surroundings in silence, speaking only when he deems it necessary.

Biography: Before the cave-in, Strenuus was a miner, a highly honored position in Ferrichor society due to his role in providing the city with both food and raw materials for construction. When the city was destroyed, Strenuus had the presence of mind to realize that even if the Ferrichor evacuated, their species could not continue without Caminus and his foundry. Using his immense strength, he helped Caminus carry his vital equipment safely to the surface.

Weaknesses: Due to his size, Strenuus is not very fast or maneuverable.

Name: Caminus
Species: Ferrichor

Alignment: Neutral Good

Gender: Male

Appearance:

caminus

Weapon(s): Sledgehammer.

Other Equipment: Owns a forge and a vat of living metal, which he can use to create new Ferrichor bodies. These can either be used to resurrect dead Ferrichor, or become entirely new individuals.
 (Pending approval)

Abilities: As a Ferrichor, Caminus has increased strength and dexterity when manipulating earth, stone, or metal; if killed, he can be resurrected as long as his mask remains intact; he can see in complete darkness. Caminus is also a highly skilled blacksmith.

Traits: Caminus is old and wise, with a strong moral compass.

Biography: When Caminus was young, he and his friend were hunting a dangerous rahi. Caminus struck what should have been a killing blow, but his weapon instead shattered on impact, simply enraging the beast. Caminus’s friend was killed, his mask too badly damged to resurrect him. Both Caminus and the blacksmith who had made his weapon blamed themselves for the tragedy, and vowed never to see it repeated. Caminus became the blacksmith’s apprentice, and together they worked to create the best tools and weapons ever seen. Now, many years later, Caminus has inherited the role of blacksmith from his mentor. His friend’s damaged mask hangs on the wall of his foundry to this day, as a constant reminder of the price of carelessness.

Weaknesses: Caminus’s age and lack of combat experience make him a poor fighter.

Never done this before. I'll give it a whirl, though.

Name: Betrii, added August 7th, 2015 (Beh-tree)

Species: Toa

An image

Gender: Female

Element: Electricity

Kanohi: Great Kanohi Volitak, shaped as a Great Pakari

Powers and/or weapons: Betrii wields a large spear infused with electrical power that can power technology or deal devastating blows to weak spots in armor. She also has a shield. It has no special powers.

Weakness(es): Betrii is not fully invested in being a Toa. She rarely speaks and has trouble connecting with people. She often gets into trouble because she is a loner. She is also not very skilled with her weapons.

History: Betrii was a quiet and reserved Matoran who did what she needed to sustain herself and hardly anything else. When she was transformed into a Toa, she was angered, but accepted her destiny. She was involved in a long-winded conflict with many other Toa, which ended in tragedy.

Personality and traits: Betrii is quiet and has trouble connecting with others. She works well alone, but often finds challenges she cannot overcome herself. She has a warped and detached view of everything, believing nothing really matters in the big picture. She has about 65% inner light and 35% inner shadow. She is a useful scout and is good at spying on enemies and avoiding detection.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Name: Kultax, added July 15th 2016 (Cull-tax)

Species: Toa

An image

Gender: Male

Element: Air

Kanohi: Great Kanohi Ruru, shaped as a Noble Kanohi Ruru

Powers/Weapons: As a Toa of Air, he has air-based abilities and an affinity for the sky and jungle. He carries a Bamboo Disk and a blue-bladed sword, which glows strangely during combat.

Weakness(es): Kultax tends to trust people a bit too readily and has an overwhelming lack of concern for his own wellbeing. His right arm moves slightly slower than the rest of him, affecting overall coordination. He is also somewhat clumsy and physically weak.

History: That right arm probably has something to do with it.....

Personality: Very friendly. Usually the first to greet a stranger and the first to trust them. Spends some of his time in his head, daydreaming and thinking about what to do with his life. Very militant and strict regarding good vs. evil. Trusts easily but has a hard time forgiving once that trust is broken. Self sacrificing and sometimes annoyingly theatrical. He also adapts to situations and learns skills easily, despite his offsetting appearance.

Alignment: His recent friendships would reclassify him as chaotic good.

Name: Nokhann, added August 25th, 2016 (No-con)

Species: Toa

Image eventually. Nokhann is an imposing figure indeed. He stands roughly eight feet tall, with a very broad frame at that. His armor is mostly a scorched gray, although his torso is a dark shade of red. His Kanohi Matatu is worn and pitted from many battles.

Gender: Male

Element: Fire

Kanohi: Great Kanohi Matatu, shaped as a Noble Kanohi Komau to ward off possible attackers

Powers and/or weapons: Nokhann possesses all of the usual powers of a Toa of Fire. His size also supports great strength. He wields a large battle hammer, although it is not a Toa tool and cannot channel his fire powers.

Weakness(es): Nokhann is slower than the majority of Mata Nui inhabitants, even Matoran. He has a tendency to distrust almost anyone unless he sees solid proof. He fights poorly with anything but his hammer and his powers, meaning he can only use one or the other at any time.

History: Nokhann was your average Ta-Matoran guard member. Stoic, vigilant, proud. After his transformation to Toa, he retained these traits. He travels the island strictly to stop evil, staying in one place until he hears of a new threat rising.

Personality and traits: Nokhann has grown to be very wise over his many years. He is older than many on the island, although he only shows that physically. He constantly dispenses wisdom to those in need. He falls roughly in the middle of an introvert-extrovert scale, not because he is shy, but because he only speaks when he has something meaningful to say. He never requires praise and can actually become flustered if it is forced onto him. Tries his darndest to never use contractions. Weird.

I think I did this once but failed horribly. Let me try again.

Name: Geha

Species: Toa

Appearance: (Look at my latest comic for an idea, I don't know how to describe him)

Gender: Male

Element: Lightning

Kanohi: Pearl gold Kualsi

Powers and weapons: Geha bears the legendary Infinity Blade and can use the powers of life and lightning. He also formerly had a lightning sword, but he gave it to Kasha. Has a shield from the Knights Kingdom franchise somehow.

Weaknesses: Can't use the powers of life because of his small size making it extremely stressful just to reanimate someone, he can only fire a very thin beam of it. Has no idea how to activate the Infinity Blade. He is also not very alert.

History: Almost fully unknown

Personality and traits: Geha is loyal, quiet, and wise. When in times of need, he is quick making sure he strikes fast, strikes hard, and strikes first. He is also known to get extremely mad.

Alignment: Good

Name: Blank

Species: Toa

Description: He appears without cloak, belt, and bag as is in the image. He wears a black cloak with a hood to blend in with the night. He also wears a thin black belt which has two knives sheathed and a black bag that stores disks.

Gender: Male

Powers and/or weapons:

  • Elemental Power of Ice - Can create, control, and absorb ice. Can channel.

  • Kanohi Mask of Rebounding - Allows non explosive or fragmenting projectiles to be to come back to him after the object has been thrown at and hit a target. And if he places more focus on the target, he can control the direction of the rebound.

  • Two knives sheathed on a belt.

Technological items:

  • A bamboo launcher

  • 3 bamboo disks in a bag

Weaknesses: Cape and bag can sometimes get in the way of his running and fighting and without it, his white armor makes him easily visible at night. If he doesn’t focus hard enough, he may lose his weapons if he throws them. He also doesn’t have a lot of money currently.

Alignment: Good

History: Although he was chosen to bear the responsibilities of a Toa, he once decided to use his powers as thief, using the night to try and steal anything that was out in the open. Sometimes he was successful, sometimes he wasn’t. Yet he still didn’t learn. It was until one day in which he decided to change. He was enjoying a stolen loaf of bread in a alleyway when a Matoran, took it and ran. Blank pursued him through the alleyways and eventually tackled the Matoran. but saw that he was more worse off than him, and decided that the Matoran deserved the bread more. It was then that he decided to change his ways. However, in his first attempts to try and set off a good image for himself, he failed and ended up hitting his head hard on the ground. When he woke up in a nearby alley, he found that he could not remember anything, except for his name, abilities, and common world history knowledge.

Personality and traits: He was once charismatic and charming and had a good eye for value. After encountering the matoran, he began to upheld some self-respect and honor for himself, deciding not to steal from just anyone, but, instead, steal from those that truly deserved it. He considers himself above other petty thieves by this aspect.

As an amnesic, his morals are more upheld, taking advantage of the situation to turn rewrite the blank slate of his mind.

Name: Gothicus, The Liar (INACTIVE)

Gender: Male

Species: (Po-)Matoran

Mask: Kanohi Pehkui

Alignment: Good, but has begun to lean towards neutral

Weapon(s): A small knife

Appearance: Slightly tall for a Matoran. His armor is yellow and black, and is somewhat weathered due to spending much time in Po-Wahi's deserts.

Weakness(es): Has a limp from an accident he doesn't like to talk about. Lies a lot.

Personality: Usually upbeat, but has a habit of lying, as mentioned above, and may become slightly upset if called out on it. His main reason for lying is harmless: he mostly just wants people to think he's more interesting than he actually is. Sometimes, however, he may lie to get money. Either way, at first glance, he may come off as untrustworthy.

History: Gothicus is something else. He once fought a Rahi bigger than a boat, and won!
...supposedly. In reality, Gothicus has a pretty mundane history. What it is, no one knows. He's too busy telling impossible tales instead, leaving many bewildered and not as impressed as he hoped they'd be. All that's known is that he's lived in Po-Wahi all his life, and is a drifter, never staying in the same place for too long.

Name: Kaen Tullnor, The Loaded Gun

Gender: Male

Species: Toa

Element: Air

Mask: Volitak

Alignment: Lawful Good

Weapon(s): A longsword; also carries a dagger for close combat

Appearance: He has dark and lime green armor. His mask, chest and shoulder armor are silver. It's not uncommon to see bits of grass, vines, and even flowers caught in his armor, "keepsakes" from Le-Wahi. (actually from falling out of trees, and other accidents)

Personality: A bit foolish and brash. He means well, though. Most of the time, at least. Sees the world as black and white, and that specific actions are what label you "hero" or "villain".

Weakness(es): Prone to accidents, and starting fights. Has difficulty trusting those that seem even vaguely "evil" or act suspicious to him. Wants to be the leader, no matter what.

History: Years ago, during the time of Makuta, Kaen decided he would become a paragon of justice, and one-up the First Toa after they failed.
...this didn't happen, obviously, what with the Toa Maru and all, and he instead got lost wandering about the Le-Wahi jungle while training to become a "true hero". When he emerged, he found that Makuta had fallen and the island was now quite different. Nevertheless, he still wants to become a "true hero", and protect those who need protecting.
Even if they don't want him to.

Name: Datrox Karvan, the Drifter

Gender: Male

Species: Toa

Element: Fire

Mask: Huna

Alignment: Good

Weapon: A large, black sword he calls an "obsidian blade"

Appearance: Wears sleek dark (Metru) red and black armor and a black cloak. His Huna has a retractable blue visor which usually conceals his orange eyes. Recently acquired a wide-brimmed kane-ra skin hat that I doubt he'll be taking off anytime soon. Giddyup. MOC: http://imgur.com/a/JLLvq (missing cloak because I don't have an irl equivalent and his sword)

Personality: Very reserved and prefers to do things alone, but isn't adverse to working with others at times. Very charismatic and sarcastic. Wants to be remembered, but also wishes the world would just go away sometimes.

History: At some point in his life, the wanderer known as Datrox Karvan became a Toa. A lone wolf with no home, he doesn't stay in one place for very long. He may appear in Le-Koro one day, and then show up in Ga the next looking for the nearest inn. According to some, his preference towards working alone prooobably comes from a botched attempt at forming a Toa team in his past...but that's just hearsay, alright?
He may have met Kaen at some point. Ask him about it--he'll probably call him a few names. Not very nice ones.

Recently he's formed a group called the "Vanguard" which currently consists of him and two others. Perhaps he isn't so keen on working alone anymore.

Other abilities: Fairly agile, and quick, mostly thanks to his armor.

Weakness(es): While his armor does up his agility a bit, it also means that he's less protected. Has a habit of getting in over his head with certain things.

Theme (yes I'm doing these now): Departure (Mythos ver.) from Megaman Zero 2.

Name: Ranir Havesh, The Stranger in a Strange Land

Gender: Female

Species: Araka

Alignment: Neutral

Element: Teleport

Weapon(s): A knife with the words "God Only Knows" engraved on it; a crossbow

Appearance: Per her element, Ranir's armor is aqua blue, with some darker shades in there. She wears spiked gauntlets, and an unusable Miru attached to her helmet that she discovered upon arriving on Mata Nui. Her actual helmet is sleek, with large round eyeholes and a removable mouthplate. Her armor covers her entire body, and combined with her mask gives her the appearance of a Toa, but with really weird legs. Her eyes are a lime green. MOC: http://i.imgur.com/PS9eXhm.jpg

Personality: Bubbly and excitable, despite where she came from.

History: Unknown, mostly because she avoids talking about it. Fresh start, and all that.

Abilities: Fairly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, and is quite the marksman with her crossbow. Her element allows her to teleport, but only to places she can see or remember clearly.

Weakness(es): Easily distracted; is incredibly unfamiliar with the island.

Name: Ayna Vershak

Gender: Female

Species: Matoran

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Element: Earth

Mask: Noble Matatu

Weapon(s): A pocketknife

Appearance: Her armor is light, and is black with purple accents. Her eyes are probably the first thing you'd notice about her since they're a bright red, an eye color one would probably expect from a stereotypically evil being. They're actually lenses and her real eye color is green, but she feels red makes her look more imposing. Which doesn't really work since she's pretty darn cute, and not very threatening.

Personality: Tries to act serious and tough, but in reality is incredibly nice to those she knows.

History: "Who cares?"

Weakness(es): Her light armor means she won't be taking part in any fights any time soon; her height

"Who am I?

My parents gifted me the name Kaiwhakairo. Sculptor. For before I was even born, my parents knew what I would become. A carver of ice, just like my father, and his father before him, and so on.

But they did not know. Only the Great Spirit can tell where the stream of life flows.

And so one day I became a Toa instead.

That day I also died.

The old me was a regular Ko-Matoran. Somewhat reserved, interested in aesthetics and knowledge, cultured. He had some friends, my parents loved me.

The new me was a monster.

He did terrible things that I'd rather forget. Abused the gift given to him. Used the power of ice and concealment for selfish reasons. But if we could just forget our past mistakes, we would never learn. Therefore I bear my sins without complaint, so I will never repeat my deeds, so I will never harm someone else for my personal gain ever again.

I was banished into the Drifts. At first I resisted, but now I am grateful. Alone, in meditation, I can discover who I am. For I do not know. My purpose in life is shrouded, only seen by the  Great Spirit. But the light of contemplation can banish away the grey fog and reveal my path.

I am a Toa, yes, but am I a hero, like the Toa of legend?

No.

When I look at the gleaming surface of a frozen pond as the cloudless sky looms above me, I see a Kanohi Huna worn by a freak. A criminal. A beast. A murderer.

One day I will reconcile with my past and see someone else. One day the cracks on the pane of my mind will mend. One day the vision will finally be clear.

That day I will finally know who I am."

The white, thin Toa, wearing a cloak and seated on a snow-covered rock, stared at the page for a while after he had finished reading it. A pendant tangled below his sharp chin, attached to a chain he wore around his long neck. It was a silver medallion with the symbol of the Three Virtues carved into its shining yet scratched surface. Had his fingers been made out of bone, flesh and skin, the medallion would've been covered with greasy fingerprints.

He closed the book on his lap, put it into his woolen satchel, raised his head and looked into the distance. His bright yellow eyes shimmered beneath his Kanohi Huna like weakling suns as he admired the view.

He was alone in the boundless, mountainous wasteland. Wind howled and cold surrouned him as the sun slowly and gracefully walked down the stairs of clouds and descended below the horizon, painting the canvas of snow before him with a light coat of pink and orange. Night was coming, and he felt the air around him cool down.

He let out a slow, peaceful sigh. He always did when he witnessed the beauty of dusk. He had done so hundreds of times, so many times that he had stopped keeping count a long time ago. The sky was rarely clear, and life in the Wastes had taught him to appreaciate the sparse moments of glee.

He stood up, covered his light blue head with a hood and grasped the metal shaft of his spear. Using the weapon as a staff, he walked away from the rock, descending the snowy slopes, his feet refusing to break the frozen sheet covering the snow as if he was the weight of a bird-Rahi. The shadow of his tall and weak frame was still long and black.

This day was not the one, but maybe the next one would be.

New character:

Name: Kallazekh

Species: Skakdi of Iron

Gender: Male

Affiliation: Neutral

Appearance: Has a color scheme of blue, silver, and hints of black.  He has large, pointy spines covering his back and head, connecting to his shoulders.  His legs are short and his feet are clawed.  His arms are disproportionately long and his fingers end in more claws.  He wears a tannish-brown cape over his right shoulder, with a hood that he wears when he needs to disguise his identity.  Kallazekh's spines are special in that they can flatten or raise depending on his mood.

Powers: Kallazekh controls the element of iron, however he can only do so when working together with another skakdi.  He also has telescopic vision to help him spot targets.

Weapon(s): Kallazekh wields a large, powerful, but slow magnetic railgun called "The Hole-maker," which is extremely accurate and is equipped with a deployable bipod. Kallazekh usually carries about 6 bolts with him in a backpack along with his food and other supplies.  He also carries a small katana-like sword made of protosteel, without any special properties that he uses if forced into close quarters combat.

Weaknesses: He is extremely proud of his spines and hates it when they are broken.  He also isn't very fast, and prefers to hang back and shoot his enemies from afar, rather than engage in close-combat.

Personality: Kallazekh is proud, arrogant, and confident in his abilities.  Back home he was the best shot in his village, and was considered a great warrior.  Here on Mata-Nui, however, Kallazekh has become a bounty hunter, taking jobs from anyone who has the money.  Even when he's not on a job, he loves to fight, and gets into whatever brawls he can find.  He also understands the importance of working with other skakdi to use elemental powers, so he tends to help other skakdi if he sees them in a fight.

Name: Azureus
Species: Toa
(won't let me post photo so i'll just leave the link to it on my google drive)https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4Hh1oWv0PcbTl9tWlQ3ZEdweGx3V3J6ZHpzRmV4c0M2NU44/view

Gender: Male
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Element/Powers: Being a Toa of Lightning, he has total control over lightning. He is very skilled with his powers, up to the point where he can shape the Lightning when he summons it.
he also has a natural resistance to electric shocks.
Weapons: he wields dual "Inika Blades", which absorb elemental energy and lace it with lightning, thereby making it stronger. since Azi is already a Toa, this works as a "power amplifier", (i.e, adding lightning to lightning creates a bigger lightning bolt). However, the blade themselves are actually are still in their prototype phase, and require constant maintenance on order to function properly. When they blades don't work, Azi will tend to create a throwback spear made of Lightning that, when it lands has a ring of splash damage. The blades have a stun mode for when dealing with living targets, and a kill mode for when dealing with non living targets (Vahki, Rahkshi, etc.) He also wields a custom built Kakama, which can reach speeds of up to a Mio per hour, or just over what it takes to break the sound barrier. He also had his eyes "fixed" so he can still see while moving at high speeds, which allows him to make split second dodges and maneuvers. (Because when your going that fast, it is REALLY hard to stop.) (Inika Blades are approved by Nuju Metru)

Technological Items: He carries a backpack that usually has lightstones or other things in it, plus the everyday alcoholic beverage*. :fonz: (he electrifies the former so he can use them as flash-bang style grenades)
History: Azureus was part of a "project" the Great Beings did either as a experiment or out of fun. The experiment caused him to change gender from male to female. He later had his mind wiped and was put into stasis. However, due to a system failure, his stasis pod initiated an emergency release. Artahka discovered him and used the mask of creation to rebuild him into a more suitable form. At least, that's what he tells people. Truth be told, even HE doesn't know where he's from, and has been traveling through different islands for what he can assume to be near thousands of years. ( if the original idea that the Matoran had been on Mata Nui for 1,001 years still holds up.)

Weaknesses: His hotheaded nature usually gets the best of him, causing him to get captured. His main weakness are things that don't conduct an Electric charge, making him extremely vulnerable to things like Rubber.
Personality: Azureus, refered to as the " Toa of Alcohol" by friends, is the "perfect" blend of 4 Matoran elements. he has the energy and witty nature of a Le-Matoran, the hot-headed nature and impulsiveness of a Ta-Matoran, the stubbornness of a Po-Matoran, yet when he needs to, he can be as cold and uninviting as a Ko-Matoran. he takes his job as a Toa very differently, instead deciding whether or not to kill based on his enemies actions. and when not fighting off Rahi, and whatever else is harming the Matoran, he's over at Stelt getting drunk. he has a very foul mouth, which has gotten him in trouble time and time again. On the battlefield, Azureus charges head first, straight into the fray, most of the time moving so fast he's often mistaken for a strange breed of fast, lightning like Rahi, earning himself the nickname 'Mad Avohkah'. however, his constant swearing and "electric personality" have caused him to have an interesting relationship with the rest of his allies. but be wary, is anyone even tries to target anyone he cares about, he will hunt them down, which is too bad.... for them.

*nobody said Matoran society was sober :notsure:

Name: Selris

Species: Onu-Matoran

A detailed description or image: Selris himself appeared to be a somewhat average looking Onu-Matoran, sporting dark violet and onyx black armor as well as a rough black cloak that he used for warmth and travel. Upon first glance he seemed to possess more athletic capabilities than other Matoran of his type, as well as some developed muscle – however, it wasn't anything to call home about. He seemed to have an affinity for technology, however, as he had a few adjustments to his armor and mask, the more notable things consisting of telescopic and microscopic goggles that he could slide down and activate either lense to serve whatever purpose he required, as well as a simple utility belt with a waist bag. Occasionally, he could be seen in his own exo-suit (will be touched on later.) He wears a powerless Kanohi Sanok.

Gender: Male

Powers and/or weapons: Crystal Hammer, simplistic Patero Launcher

Technological items: Modifed Lightstone (blindingly bright, stored under a thick cloth.), micro and telescopic goggles, modified Volo Lutu Launcher (shaped like a hook, replaces his hand. Can stay attached to his wrist or be used for grappling.), as well as a windup drill (self explanatory, disappointingly ineffective for digging anything but dirt.) His cloak can be used as a poor gliding device, however it's barely functional and only capable of preventing immediate death from a fall.

Weakness(es): Selris's nihilistic tendencies can often lead to inaction in dire situations. He's also a Matoran.

Alignment (good, evil, neutral, etc.): Chaotic Neutral

History: Selris's past is somewhat of a mystery. Most of what is known is that he has a private workshop in a cave/hut in Onu-koro which he keeps himself holed up in most of the time, only occasionally leaving to buy materials or food.

Personality and traits: Selris is rather intelligent and highly invested in his work – when he wants to be (hinting at a mild case of bipolar disorder). For the most part, he seems to be quite a loner and often displays apathy when it comes to his fellow beings. He seems to care little for morals, however he isn't entirely selfish. He's capable of developing connections towards others, though it seems that he's managed to bury away the majority of his emotions.

(I can't say I'm happy with how this turned out, but we'll see how it works out in action. Do I need approval?)

Name: Cyrus

Species: Toa of electric/Lightning

Description/image: Cyrus weighs is about 23 years old(if that matters) 165lbs and is about 6" tall with his armor on, which is mainly black with some electric blue highlights symmetrically on his arms, legs, and mask/helmet. The armor itself is not very strong, but still strong enough to block certain hits from weapons, as it is very light-weight and does give room for flexibility. Although he is thin, he is mainly muscle. Cyrus is also extremely fast, outclassing most, if not all of others in his species. He dawns the Mask of Stealth, which was modified to match his armor colors (so it would look cool!) and also has slight modifications on top in order to be more aero-dynamic (think of sonic the hedgehog spikes I guess, but only on the and the back of his helmet, and flat for the most part, not really spikey).

Gender: Male

Powers and/or weapons: Two retractable katana-like swords that are easy to conceal which he can duel-wield, which can also be snaps together at the bottom to make a staff-like weapon. He also carries two daggers that also retract. On his back he has light-weight steel bow, that can fold up almost like a rod, and arrows on his back, all of the arrows also are of steel tip, so he can conduct electricity into them for extra damage. Cyrus is also able to manipulate lightning, both from the sky and from his hand, and he can channel it into his weapons. He also has built up some immunity towards lightning (mainly natural, enemy lightning will more than likely still hurt him depending on his conditions).

Technological items: His weapons mainly. (his mask too? not too sure where to put it, and you know what the mask of stealth is right? makes him nearly invisible and nearly completely silent while moving if he activates it.)

Weakness(es): Cyrus does not have the best defensive stats, and his armor is easily penetrated. he is also not as strong as many others. He has a huge ego as well. Also he hates sand, both for the reason is can stop electric flow, and because he just doesn't like it.

Alignment: Neutral to an extent. He leans more towards good, but he is more of an assassin for higher or bounty hunter. (not sure if this is legal, didn't see this in the rules but I may have skipped over it)

History: His parents were murdered by a gang of bounty hunters when he was about 5-7 years old. They took him in (basically kidnapped him) and trained him to be a well versified and skilled fighter and killer, knowing many martial arts. At the age of 15 he killed all of the members of the gang (about 10) and fled to where he could live in solitude for the next couple of years, earning money by killing or bringing in wanted people by "clients".

Personality and traits: Cyrus is a very loyal friend to those who accept him, but he is not afraid to kill. This is because he taught himself to be able to "turn off a switch" in his head that stops all unneeded emotion, such as regret, so he can kill easier. If somebody touches him deep enough he may feel regret though. He is not very optimistic though, as he just lives life to live and is not afraid nor really cares for death, as he believes it is just some new challenge. Because of this, he is not afraid to take risks, and will do almost anything if he knows good will come out of it for him. He shows almost no emotion most of the time, and he is quite shy(when not killing people).

I suppose it's time to finally do this.

Name: Vergissmeinnicht “Ver”

Species: Skakdi (Air)

Appearance: The first thing one would notice about Ver is that he wears primarily cornflower-blue armor. This is unusual for an Air Skakdi, although a forest green can be seen within this armor. He is rather thin, wearing light armor only, and not too tall. His spine has short flat spikes jutting out to the sides. These match the cornflower-blue that covers him. His eyes are pale yellow. As a Skakdi he of course has rather sharp teeth, and he has taken good care of them.

Gender: Male

Powers: Skakdi Elemental Air, only usable in conjunction with another Skakdi. Telescopic Vision.

Weapons: Two sweeping blades, somewhat crescent-shaped. They have no special aspects, though they seem to be very hard to break. They are like a mix of a sickle and a scimitar.

Tech Items: None

Other Items: Some coinage, not too much. This is kept in a small belt pouch.

Weakness: He has below average strength, and wears light armor. Strong hits are the most dangerous to him. Being separate from other Skakdi is also a weakness, since he cannot use his elemental Air alone. He cannot attack from too far away without another Skakdi, since his weapons are for closer combat.

Alignment: Good...ish

History: Vergissmeinnicht is a wanderer. He was raised in a small mercenary Skakdi clan, growing up around fighting and a lot of treachery. After he had enough of this, Ver decided (to spite his clan) to prove that one didn’t have to be a stab-happy turncoat in order to get someplace in the world, and left. He now travels where the wind takes him.

Personality: He is usually nice enough to talk to, though as a Skakdi, he does have a bit of a negative side, manifesting in the fact that he is easily annoyed and occasionally sarcastic. He is often hesitant or indecisive, and prefers to let others make the important choices. The thing he probably has the most trouble with is deciding whether or not to kill, since he doesn’t want to be a typical Skakdi killer, but he doesn’t have the “hero’s” desire not to kill. Thankfully, he doesn’t often care to fight, though he will if he must. Since he lacks any real powers of his own, he often finds himself outmatched. His strong point is not strength, but mind and speed. His intelligence is above average for most Skakdi. It may not seem like it, but he does have a sense of humor… he just doesn’t use it that much.

Other: His surname is Rustcutter, but he has dropped the name because it sounds crude and does not fit with his first name at all.

Name: Tricot

Species: Agori

Tribe: Rock

Appearance: Tricot’s armor is carbon-black, and is surprisingly immaculate for someone in his line of work. Though, there are the signs of conflict on his left shoulder blade, where it looks like someone desperately tried to polish out a long, jagged scar. A thick azure-blue lacy ribbon is tied around his right upper arm. Mottled slate-gray skin can be seen peering through the gaps in his armor, confirming that his is, in fact, Agori. His eyes are a deep purple. Just staring into them races your heart into the ground, making it beat faster than the speed of sound. Under another sun, this man might’ve made a great highway star.

Gender: Male

Age: 36

Weapons: He’s armed himself with a long-barreled subsonic dart rifle with an obviously mismatched telescopic sight strapped to the top of it. The stock was made from sandalwood, and has a delicate etching of a dragonfly chasing a crane engraved on one side.  It’s of extremely odd design, as it contains a four-shot cylinder rather than an internal magazine, and is single action, rather than semi-automatic. Though, that’s not the only thing that sets this weapon apart. The munitions for it have been custom tailored to contain a chemical cocktail that can make one think that they can see the future, and that they are invincible. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if Tricot didn’t have two Zesk at his side. Through a training process that took an agonizingly long time, and more bite wounds than Tricot can remember; the Zesk have been trained to attack anyone exhibiting erratic behavior that the compound tends to bring out in people. Of course, Tricot brings separate “normal” ammunition for people he doesn’t want to get torn to shreds.

“Pets”: Tricot has two Zesk that he caught with a large knife and a burlap sack. He did this many years ago, when they were smaller and less likely to bite off your arm when you approached them. Ethics aside, Tricot thought that this was a fantastic idea, and attempted to train them. Originally he wanted them as underlings of sorts, but they proved to be bit uncontrollable at times. So he raised them as attack dogs instead. “Mastodon” and “Cinderblock”. That’s what he calls them. Though they don’t seem to care too much. As long as Tricot remembers to feed them, they don’t care what he calls them.

Malus: Tricot can’t fight at close quarters to save his life. If something were to close in on him, and his Zerk weren’t there to aid him, he’d be giblets for sure.

Alignment: It’s never really black or white with this guy. He’s sort of in a moral-gray area. He uses semi-sentient beings as attack creatures, and he’s also a murderer, but he speaks of some “greater good”. He has his own set of moral guidelines that he follows, though as of late, many of those have been mentally scratched out, and replaced with “don’t screw up”.

History: Tricot was a normal child, albeit a quiet one. He never questioned his surroundings, or the morals of others. Tricot’s father thought this was rubbish, and at the age of 13, sent Tricot on some crackpot spirit quest to the valley of Bethesda Susa, a frozen gorge far from the safety of the village. His mother protested, but his father was adamant, so off he went, into the barren wastelands. Only problem was that Tricot failed to reappear. On the first day after his disappearance, his father worried not, as it wasn’t uncommon for the journey to take time. On the second day, his father worried not. On the third day, his father wavered, but worried not. On the fourth day, his father worried not, but his mother had a breakdown, and demanded that her husband go out and search for the boy. And search he did. What he found, was a weeping bloodsoaked Tricot, wandering listlessly through the forsaken valley, stumbling about as the tears ran down his face, and intermingling with the blood caked on his cheeks and mouth. His father, alarmed at the voluminous amount of blood, rushed to his son to make sure he wasn’t bleeding out.  It was then that his father noticed that the valley was littered with snakes with pieces missing  from them. Almost as if they were… bitten off. Tricot’s father quickly realized that the blood spattering his son’s face, was not his own. On that day, Tricot became a man, and with that, he realized that the universe was an uncaring place, and that only the strong will survive. That, and valley snakes taste like bile. In the following years, Tricot became extremely distant, and eventually ran away from his village on some unspoken quest. Shame, his mother wanted him to become a musician.

Personality: Tricot is an infamous stoic. He’s never one to complain about the task at hand, and only seeks out to find ways to make it more manageable. He’s a very quiet individual, and prefers to let others do the talking. However, he’s not a simple mercenary. He doesn’t believe that money should change one’s opinions on extremely personal matters, such as war or political ideals. Some would say that he is an idealist, others call him a madman with a rifle. Other than that, not much is known about his personality. Those who try to talk to him are usually met with harsh stares and various crude gestures. However, a particularly strange rumor is being spread that at night, if one was suicidal enough to eavesdrop on his quarters, they could hear him speaking to his Zesk, and laughing at unheard jokes and remarks.

Other: Cinderblock is his favorite, but he never expresses it, especially not to Mastodon.

Name: Vantul

Species: Matoran (Air)

Gender: Male

Alignment: True Neutral

Mask: Calix (powerless)

Weapon(s): none

Description: Vantul is tall for a Matoran. He has a dark green and teal armor, and bright yellow eyes. He is skillful in regards to tinkering and machines, and runs a small shop in Le-Wahi. He dreams of becoming a real engineer, maybe one who makes airships, and he builds small gadgets for fun. His shop sells watches and fixes broken iStones, despite their fragility.

Personality: Vantul is very introverted, and is sometimes mocked for being to much like an Onu-Matoran. He enjoys helping people, and fixing their gadgets, but more as a hobby then out of benevolence. He cares about his shop, and the money, as well as his employee (he only has one, and assistant), but focuses on his work.

Weaknesses: Vantul has very little training in hand-to-hand combat, as well as no weapons and a fear of water.

Name: Kantok

Species: Toa of sonics

Description: Slightly shorter than the average Toa. Black white body with silver armor. Has a calix

Gender: male

Powers/weapons: Cannot channel his sonic abilities unless he has a weapon to channel them with. Can shoot sonic beams with the help of a weapon. Carries a sonic crossbow that can convert into a shield, and is an above average shot. Is decent with a spear and knows the basics of fighting in hand to hand combat.

NAME: Poraku

SPECIES: Po-Matoran

GENDER: Male

APPEARANCE: Shorter than most Po-Matoran, though he has an althlete's build. His body is predominately a dark, dark brown with hints of burnt orange across the body. He had long, lanky burnt orange arms with dark brown hands. His legs are dark brown, while his feet are also burnt orange. He wears a dark brown Noble Ruru with burnt orange accents.

ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Good

ELEMENT: Stone

STRENGTHS: While small, he is a very fast and cunning. The reason for this is because he is one of the best Kolhlii, just behind Hewkii. He is an excellent combatant, having taken on both Rahi and Rahkshi by himself. He has average intelligence, which can work to his advantage and disadvantage.

WEAKNESSES: Average intelligence, which can work to his advantage and disadvantage. He also can be very stubborn and difficult to his friends. During combat, his main weakness is his small size, which many enemies take advantage of.

POWERS/WEAPONS: Poraku always carries a small Po-Matoran Short Sword which he created himself out of a Kane-Ra's tooth, to his enormous pleasure. He also frequently carries a Kanoka launcher he found buried deep in the ground of Po-Koro. For ammo, he uses small disks fashioned out of rocks that he keeps in a pack.

PERSONALITY/TRAITS: Poraku is a young, cheerful Po-Matoran. He has many friends, in Po-Koro and outside of it, and always was loves competitions with other Matoran. He can however, be sarcastic and stubborn in tense situations. He is, however, incredibly brave, and will always rush into a battle headlong, usually underprepared and overmatched. Though, somehow, he usually comes out on top, usually unscathed. Akiri Hewkii, Poraku's mentor, always stated Poraku to be a wonder of the universe for this reason.

HISTORY: Poraku has lived in Po-Koro for all of his life. He started out as his village's runt, and still is, but he has since become legendary in his village for his athletic Kolhii exploits, having been mentored by the great Hewkii himself, and his abilities in combat. His first combat experience was when a rogue Rahi Kane-Ra attacked his hut. Poraku grabbed his unearthed Kanoka launcher and fought the beast. In the end, Poraku won the battle surprisingly unscathed, sending the Kane-Ra back where he came from, keeping the Kane-Ra's tooth as a souvenir of the battle, eventually fashioning it into a short sword that Poraku now carries with him at all times. He has many friends he had gathered throughout his days, and has even befriended some Toa. He is truly a Matoran oddity.

NAME: Genju

SPECIES: Le-Toa

GENDER: Male

APPEARANCE: A thin, muscular Toa, with A mix of of green, Metru green, and grey armor. He wears a battered green Kanohi Hau.

ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Good

ELEMENT: Air

STRENGTHS: Like most Toa of Air, Genju is very fast and agile, with seemingly limitless energy. He is particular skilled at acrobatics, and in a fight his greatest strength is his ability to outlast any opponent.

WEAKNESSES: His energy makes him hyperactive at times, and he always wants to do The Right Thing but his hyperactivity sometimes makes him more of a hindrance than a help. Also, from as many battles as he has been in, his mask has become very battered. As such, sometimes when he needs the power of Shielding, the mask power does not work all the time, which is a weakness that has been exploited time and again. Still, he thinks all tyhe dents an inseparable part of his mask, and will have no one fix it.

POWERS/WEAPONS: Adding to his agility, Genju uses his specialized Air Katana to catch wind drafts and glide for miles on a single draft, and he can fly for short periods of time. He has also fashioned a crossbow out of solid protodermis for long-range encounters. Though not technically thought of as a weapon, he does have a Nui-Rama who he took as a pet and that is fiercely loyal to him, and as such will attack anyone who hurts Genju.

HISTORY: Not much is known about Genju's past. Even he doesn't know, or really care. All he knows is that he knows how to fight, and has been in countless fights and battles, in the air and on the ground. These experiences have made him slightly cocky, but he knows what is right and has a strong connection to those he protects. In one of his adventures, though, he saved a baby Nui-Rama, named it Buzzer, and took it as a pet. It still travels with him to this day.

25805889463_952d8906d8_n.jpg

Name: Torak

Species: Ga-Skakdi

Gender: Male

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, but Lawfully respects those he is under contract to (mostly).

Technology, Items, and Weapons:

- Protosteel sword. This gently curved, wickedly sharp sword was Torak's payment for a past job. Technically, the job was to protect the sword, but that's beside the point. The blade's shine and sharpness have not diminished despite years of combat. (This weapon approved by Nuju Metru)

- Telescope. Torak resents nothing more than going into a situation uninformed.

- Iron knuckles. Literally. Torak has large large iron bits permanently set in his knuckles. These give him an edge in hand-to-hand combat.

Powers:

- In theory, Torak has elemental water powers. His reticence to associate with other Skakdi has given him little opportunity to use them.

- Impact vision. A favorite of Torak's, used to surprise enemies or when a battle is turning sour.

Personality and Traits: Torak's Skakdi temper has been, well, tempered by spending most of his time around non-Skakdi. His now semi-amiable nature is only to further his own agenda. He is cunning, patient, opportunistic, deceptive, and calculating. Torak abhors being uninformed, and rarely acts on instinct or feeling. Despite this, he is still (mostly) flexible if taken by surprise. He has an eye for rare or valuable historical artifacts, and many of the artifacts he has been contracted to protect have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Though his primary occupation is opportunistic employee, Torak still has (selfish) leadership skills. Physically, Torak is tall and imposing. His strength lets him stand toe-to-toe with most beings short of Pakari users. He is also a skilled swordsman.

Weaknesses: Torak's armor isn't the best, and he can be brought down by strong blows. This and his lack of a shield or other handheld defense also make him weak to ranged attacks. He can be brought down by mental or elemental attacks, save water, which his latent water elemental powers make him immune to. He also has a fear of being underground. He also tends to be an insufferable know-it-all, and can't resist telling other beings their business. This gets him in trouble often.

History: Torak has always been a mercenary, and always will be. For him, there's only two things in life: jobs, and the boring stuff in between. He was recently involved in an expedition to retrieve a sunken "treasure" off the coast of Le-Wahi. At least he thinks he was- his short-term memory is a little fuzzy at the moment.

Name: Nokula

Species: Le-Matoran

Kanohi: Noble Matatu

Gender: Female

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Description: In size and build, Nokula is an average matoran. Her armor is mostly dark green, with other shades mixed in. Her hands and forearms are bound tightly in cloth. She wears a light jacket, dusty brown in color. Around her neck she wears a small Mata Nui stone on a simple twine necklace. She wears her rucksack almost all the time.

Technology, Items, and Weapons:

- Volo Lutu launcher. Useful for adventuring and gaining an edge in combat with larger beings.

- A large rucksack. Used to carry anything and everything she needs. Current contents include a telescope, notebook, toolkit, maps of the island, rope, and most importantly snacks!

- A small machete with a serrated edge. Intended for practical use rather than combat.

- Staff. Made of fire-hardened wood from Le-Wahi. Nokula can attach a blade she keeps in her rucksack to the tip of the staff, turning it into a spear.

- Small, circular shield. Made of metal, and engraved with letters.

Powers: Latent elemental air powers.

Personality and Traits: Nokula's cheer and goodwill are irrepressible. She tries to see the best in everyone she comes across and strives to create harmony among the inhabitants of Mata Nui. However, her cheer masks a wicked cynical streak. One cannot travel like she has and not seen the worst in beings. The Mata Nui stone she wears used to remind her of the promise of the Great Spirit, but that faith has slowly eroded over time. Although she is a Le-Matoran, Nokula would rather have her feet on solid ground than on a high branch. She has picked up various skills on her travels around the island. She is skilled with tools and machinery, and loves to tinker. Quick on her feet.

Weaknesses: As a matoran, Nokula does not have size or strength on her side. She is also prone to taking risks, and tends to jump into situations without considering the consequences.

History: Nokula has been adventuring since she was old enough to leave Le-Wahi. She has visited every region of the island, and made many friends along the way.

Name: Okeinu

Species: Onu-Toa

Gender: Male

Kanohi: Great Pakari

Alignment: Neutral Good

Description: Above average height and muscular, Okeinu looks every bit the part of an Onu-Toa. From his wide shoulders, his body narrows down to his feet. His armor is primarily black, with orange accents on his shoulders and thighs. His mask is orange as well.

Technology, Items, and Weapons:

- Two curved tunneling axes [Gali Mata hooks]. Okeinu's toa tools have served him well. They focus his elemental powers. He can use them to dig through the earth and climb mountains. Combined with his Pakari, they make potent weapons. In combat, they can grab opponents, remove masks, slash wickedly, and be thrown. They can be attached to form a short staff, with one blade at each end.

Powers: Okeinu is completely in touch with his earth powers. His Pakari boosts his already tremendous strength.

Personality and Traits: Okeinu is as serene and solid as a mountain. He is good-natured, with a strong sense of humor. Okeinu fervently sees the best in every being that crosses his path. His belief in goodness guides his every action. He strives to help everyone, and is loyal to a fault. He will almost always attempt to sort out a heated situation through talk and discussion. Violence is never his first response. Okeinu values every being's opinion, and travels the island in order to meet beings from every walk of life. The sanctity of life is also important to Okeinu, and he has never taken a life. Of the Three Virtues, Okeinu values Unity most. Though currently a lone wolf, he is by no means a poor team player. As long as he has traveled he has searched for like-minded toa to team with. His inability to find them causes him great sorrow and loneliness, especially when remembering the great toa teams of the island, the Mata and Maru.

Weaknesses: Trusting to a fault. Susceptible to deception. Not the quickest toa, physically.

History: Okeinu is a wanderer. He has crossed Mata Nui every which way, doing Toa stuff.

Name: Lynis.

Species: Toa of Earth and Limited Fire

Gender: Male

Alignment: None yet.

Weapons/Blasters: He wields a Double-Ended scythe with a short control over his power of earth. He also wields the Kolhii Sword, a very intricately designed sword, this was his gift for overcoming his mentor, Tahu. It is made from, yes, kolhii stones and steel sharper than a razor.

Powers: He was actually a shadow Toa and still keeps some of his summoning abilities, but he is still attempting to master it, but he mostly can move anything stone and can use fire as a defence and offence with long blasts and shielding properties. After an accident with a few shadow leeches, he somehow drained the darkness out of him, it's strange to think of what Leeches are capable of.

Personality and Traits:

Dark and brooding, yet he always keeps his sense of humour. He has always worked alone but has worked with small hunting groups before. He almost seems to be in his own world. He is swift in his swings of his scythe and sword, reportable faster than the eye can blink. He is intelligent enough to know advanced level mathematics and black smithing, where he builds weapons and armour for himself.

Armour and Mask: He has a fake six-eyed spider face on his chest to confuse his foes and he also, instead of a mask, he has a Rahkshi head that has fused to his head, giving him Norik's mouth.

His armour is made from half of the strongest metal on the island. Even though it is light and has no power enhancing abilities, it was used by a warrior only known as Umarak. He also stole a Skrall Shield and uses it as a hat and sun blocker.

History: Unknown to him. But it is rumoured that he is actually the embodiment of Artakha!!

Name: Kanonu

Species: Matoran

Element: Water

Gender: female

Powers: inactive elemental water powers

Description: her main colours are dark blue (mask, feet, calves, upper arms and torso) and normal blue (forearms, hands, thighs), her eyes are a yellowish colour and she wears Kanohi Iden. Other than that she looks like every other average Ga-Matoran. There's a portion of badly damaged armour right over her heartlight which is a dangerous health hazard.

Alignment: heavily neutral

Technological item(s): none

Weakness(es): fear of heights taken to extreme, cracked armour

History: at some point of her life she took interest in paint-making and mixing colours - after a few years she opened a small, yet unsuccessful, shop with paints. Currently, she works as a fisherwoman and a merchant, from time to time selling fresh fish Onu- and Le-Koro.

Personality: she has a tendency to overthink things, she gets stressed a lot, indecisive, she's not much of an adventurer. She just wants to stay at home allday making her paints - after her shop closed she started treating it as her hobby. Loves hearing old stories, a good listener, yet terrible speaker; she speaks in a chaotic and awkward way.
