He wields two hilts called Water-Bearers that he can use to create hard water constructs. He has a backpack that contains water and holds his Water-Bearers.

Weaknesses: He is weak to hot temperatures and being dry.

Appearance: He has black skin and a blond buzz cut. On his neck there are a set of gills that he hides when in public or undercover. He has two black tattoos of eels that he can use to manipulate electricity. His feet and hands are webbed. His superhero costume is a full body red and blue jumpsuit.

Origin: Kaldur 'Ahm is the child of the evil Black Manta. He was raised by an associate of Blank Manta, Calvin Durham in the city of Shayeris. One day, Ocean Master attacked and together with his friend Garth, Kaldur helped Aquaman defeat Ocean Master.

Aqualad took Kaldur in as his protege. The two trained together and fought evil together. In 2010, Aqualad teamed up with Speedy and Robin to raid the original Cadmus facility. This partnership lasted for several years as the Team.

In 2016, Aqualad went undercover to undermine his father and the Light’s operations as a double agent for the Team. He was able to defeat the Light. After the original Aquaman retired, Kaldur took his place.

Alias: Nightwing

Name: Dick Grayson

Age: 29

Faction: Justice League, supervisor to the Team

Alignment: Lawful Good

Luckily for Dick, Bruce Wayne was in the audience and he adopted Dick as his child. Dick was raised by Alfred and Bruce. He was trained to be Batman’s sidekick, and took the identity of Robin.

In 2010, Robin teamed up with Speedy and Aqualad to raid the original Cadmus facility. This partnership lasted for several years, being called the Team. The Team grew in number significantly, having 14 members in 2016, as well as 12 members who have left.

Appearance: She has long, blond hair. Her typical outfit is one piece black leotard and a blue jacket. She is of Caucasian descent.

Origin: Black Canary is really the second Black Canary, the first being her mother who was born in the 1940’s. She developed her Canary Cry when she was quite young and nearly deafened her class.

Alias: Sportsmaster

Name: Crusher Crock

Age: 70

Faction: Unjust League

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Equipment/Abilities: Crusher Crock is incredibly fit for his age, or anyone in general, with Olympic level fitness. He is agile, has a high pain threshold, is a weapons master, and has acute senses. For weapons, he has a wide selection, including a very heavy ball and chain and javelins.

He was hired by the Light as their top enforcer. He worked with several different villains. He worked as the handler for Red Arrow, and extracted information and assigned tasks for the cloned and brainwashed hero.

In 2016, he turned against his employers, the Light. After Artemis was ‘killed’ by an undercover Aqualad. He felt his pride was shattered and tried to kill Black Manta. He raided the latter’s submarine and fought him until he realized Artemis was still alive.

About five years after he left the Light, he started to create his own criminal organization for junior criminal wannabes. He set up a base in the remains of Mount Justice, calling Unjust Cave. Soon, many recruits flowed in.

Alias: N/A

Name: Vandal Savage

Age: Over 50,000. Biologically, he is considerably younger.

Faction: The Light, head member

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Equipment/Abilities: Savage has superhuman longevity, if not immortality. He has been alive for over 50,000 years, but is still a man in his physical prime. He has acquired a vast store of knowledge over the years. He also has above average strength.

Weaknesses: No one has defeated Savage in combat.

Appearance: A tall, strongly built Neanderthal man. He has three scars over his face, and keeps his black hair long.

Origin: Savage was born thousands upon thousands of years ago. One day, he was clawed by a bear, giving him his facial scars. He would have died if he had not found a radioactive meteor. The power of this rock gave him his longevity.

He believes in survival of the fightest, due to his caveman background, and founded the Light to try and make the world into an environment where this was possible. He recruited several important figures who believed in his ideals.

Soon before the Reach was defeated, Vandal Savage escaped with Klarion, one of the Light, and took over the Warworld, a heavily armed satellite. The two went to Apokolips, and allied with Darksied there.

I used to have a banner here.

But that RPG is dead.

Alias: TimeshifterName: Seth ReberAge: 16Faction: the TeamAlignment: Chaotic GoodEquipment/Abilities: Seth is a chronokinetic with major limitations. His powers fall into two categories, Boosting and Shifting.Boosting is his ability to slow time on himself, allowing superspeed and ultraquick reaction times. He can't totally stop time, so teleportation is impossible. The more effort he puts into it, the faster he can go, but he can't compare to Wally West. Momentum from his powers is the same as if he was running at normal speed.Shifting, on the other hand, is the changing of time on inorganic objects, allowing him to rapidly age or restore machines, tools, and the like. Restoring takes a lot more effort than aging. As for equipment, a pair of sunglasses that display current longitude, latitude, and temperature on the lenses.Weaknesses: Seth is only about as tough as a human, and while he's hard to hit, taking attacks hurts.Appearance: Seth is a tall, handsome teen with laughing green eyes, unkempt brown hair, and a perpetual grin. He doesn't wear a costume when fighting crime, settling for a t-shirt, jeans, and a leather jacket. The one thing he does use that qualifies as not-normal is his sunglasses. An hourglass is printed on the back of his hand, and it glows when his powers are in use.Origin: Seth's chronokinesis is the product of Reach, though his powers lay undiscovered until he was nearly run over by a bus. Time slowed, allowing a ten year old Seth to get out of the way. Continued experimentation lead him to be discovered by the Team, and he's been with them ever since.Preapproved by Bunda. Hooyah.

No such thing as destiny.

Alias: The Sage
Name: Abd al-Azrad
Age: Unknown, biologically speaking, he's about fifty-five.
Faction: The Committee
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Equipment/Abilities: Abd al-Azrad has tapped into the darker side of sorcery and by using it, he has lived much longer then a normal human would. Though his body still ages and dies, he has returned from the dead more times then he can count. Using his magical abilities, he can possess the mind of another and take over their body. This is normally a bandit or another criminal as only they would normally attempt to rob the opulent tombs he has constructed for himself. His powers aren't of much use in combat, his magic can be used for necromancy, conjuration and other such things, but he can't summon fire and ice out of nowhere to smite his enemies. His magic is slow and steady....and powerful if used correctly. He is no soldier, rather, he is a commander. His mind and his knowledge is his weapon.
Weaknesses: His powers are utterly reliant on rituals. These rituals are often long and complex and the more powerful ones carry a great deal of risk to the caster. Indeed, a ritual going wrong is one of the few things that could kill him completely. He meddles with forces that are extremely dangerous to say the least. In short, the more powerful a spell is the greater the chance it'll turn against him. He is also lacking in other powers, he is a normal human in terms of biology. The only real difficulty someone will have should they attempt to slay him is making sure he stays dead. Provided they can catch him away from his bodyguards. He tends to rely on his spells and bodyguards for protection. He has some skill in combat, but frankly, against supers, there is very little he can do on his own.
Appearance: A regal arabian man, his black hair is nonetheless starting to give way to gray. His skin is starting to wrinkle and though he is fit, his age is starting to take it's toll on his body. He is clean-shaven most of the time, but sometimes sports a small beard. He typically sports western formal wear alongside a middle eastern turban, both of these are often black, though on rare occasions, white is also seen. Sunglasses are also typical wear for him, if only because he's gotten into the habit and often buts them on as a reflex more then anything else. His eyes are brown and his skin, befitting his origin, is a light tannish brown.
Origin: Azrad was a sage and poet in the early middle ages, operating out of the city of Damascus. By all accounts, he acheived some fame, though compared to the greats of the time, his work was unremarkable. This all changed when, quite suddenly, he took a ten-year tour of the entire region. He learned the lore of hidden desert ruins, the secrets of Irem, city of pillars, and even dared to brave the tunnels of the Nameless City in his quest for knowledge. When he returned, he was much changed and set to work on his greatest work, the Al Azif, a practical archive of what he had learned. This book is stil l highly sought after in occult circles, though academia on the whole only has a slight historical interest in it. Eventually however, his meddling in black magic brought about his end, unseen demons reportedly tore him apart in his study.
That is what the myths say at least, in reality, Azrad survived this encounter by possessing the body of a passing burgler using his magics. Azrad has drifted through time, gaining knowledge, power and wealth as he went. He has served in the courts of sultans, advised Khans and, on one notable occasion, been blown apart by a french cannon during the invasion of Egypt. In modern times, he is a successful CEO, the owner of a large energy company based out of the middle east. Unlike many other companies, he has diversified his energy interests, investing heavily in wind and solar energy in preperation for the day when the oil finally runs out. Living through the centuries has taught him to think ahead.
He funds account for a part of the Committee's resources, and he serves it faithfully as an expert on the occult and the unknown. In his view, the only way for humanity to survive is to ascend to the top of the galactic political game....and one doesn't get to the top by being nice. The centuries have taught him this lesson over and over again. The universe is a harsh mistress.

Since the limit got upped to four characters, here's my little pre-approved brood

Alias: Mister Thirteen (The Aluminium Man!)Name: Truman BryceAge: 25Faction: Justice LeagueAlignment: Lawful GoodEquipment/Abilities: Truman is made entirely of aluminium and as such as all the physical and chemical properties of that particular element, such as electrical conductivity or resistance to corrosive substances like acid. Being purely metal means that whatever driving force keeps him moving no longer has any limits, since there are no muscles to tear, which means he has a much greater physical strength than humans. He also has no need to breathe, drink or eat, and does not age (though he does require sleep, as a mental thing). The malleable qualities of aluminium give him a limited capacity to alter his physical form, allowing him to morph his arms into tools, or to stretch himself out and so on. Summed up into their simplest forms his powers are Super Strength, Durability, and ShapeshiftingWeaknesses: His super-strength isn't as effective as it could be for similar reasons; being a lightweight metal he doesn't have as much oomph to put behind his punches. He cannot absorb new mass into himself, or get rid of mass he already has, which puts a limit on how much he can change his shape. Appearance: Big and silver. He looks kind of like an albino Oscar, with a human face smelted onto it. He's made a few aesthetic choices, such as giving himself a rather sculpted set of abdominal muscles, but remains bald as he found hair to tricky to make out of metal. It just looked like he was wearing a wire mopOrigin: Truman comes from a low-income family. As a child he did pretty mediocre at school, not a straight-A student but not an abysmal drop-out. When he grew up he became a mediocre adult and got a mediocre job. Just a janitor for a rent-a-schmuck company that hired out basic labour. It wasn't very well-paid, it wasn't very fulfulling, but it helped him get buy and helped him send money to his family, to help support them as his parents aged and his younger siblings went through their own education.Then...there was the accident. He had been working at a STAR labs facility, just tidying up during the night shift mopping up the floors. Then something happened. he just remembers it as a bright light that seared his eyes and made his skin tingle, knocked him out cold there and then. When he awoke he was as he is now: a walking, talking block of human shaped aluminium. Since his generally dull life had instilled him with both a sense of duty to help others and a craving for excitement the first thing he did with this sudden change was to become a celebrity superhero. Now he was Mister Thirteen, the Aluminium Man! He went out and fought crimes, a bright and shining representation of truth and justice! He become an overnight celebrity, and at first it went to his head. He took any endorsements and publicity that came his way, making himself rich through advertisement deals. You couldn't walk down the street without seeing something plastered with the gleaming face of Mister Thirteen (the Aluminium Man!) But it all began to feel rather...hollow. Fighting crime for fame and fortune spoiled it somehow. So he dropped out of all his deals and contracts and signed on with the Justice League. It might not earn him as much as it used to, but he gets by, and his soul feels all the cleaner for it.Alias: Professor Thirty-OneName: Thaddeus Blunt, PhDAge: 41Faction: NeutralAlignment: Chaotic EvilEquipment/Abilities: Made purely of gallium, so has all the physical and chemical properties of that element. This leaves him a liquid most of the time, which means he has an extremely versatile shapeshifting ability, and also means he no longer eats, breathes or ages. He also qualifies as a genius.Weaknesses: Vulnerable to cold. It freezes him up and severely limits his powersAppearance: Imagine a silvery candle that been half melted. Or the T-1000 mid-transformation. He looks kind of like that. A gooey half-formed mass of silvery liquified metalOrigin: Thaddeus grew up in rural Oklahoma, where he was quickly marked out as different and strange due to his heightened intelligence. When he grew up a little and went to college, a place he thought he could be among peers, he continued to be isolated as the others students picked on him for his upbringing. He wasn't a serious student to them, just some scholarship rube. This only spurred him to work even harder, so that he didn't just rival them but utterly crushed them academically. This got him noticed the government, who scooped him up once he graduated so he could work on one of their military projects. In this case it was using his knowledge of physics and chemistry to try and create a way of providing soldiers with subdermal armour plating; something that would protect their organs and bones, while keeping weight down and allowing them to maintain the sensitivity of human skin. He worked on this project for years, making little breakthrough until the sudden and spontaneous accident that ended up creating Mister Thirteen (the Aluminium Man!)This drove him utterly mad. It was the last straw. He'd poured his heart and soul into this work and all the credit and glory were being heaped on this nobody who'd never earned anything in his life! All he got were criticisms for failing in his project brief and bills for irresponsibly using the technology provided. With, in his eyes, everyone scorning him, he chose to forgo society all together. It had repeatedly spat in his eye despite all his good intentions, time to earn a little payback. It didn't take him long to figure out how exactly Mister Thirteen (the Aluminium Man!) had been given his powers, what had factored into the accident that he hadn't anticipated, and even less time to replicate it with the slight difference that he'd moved one step down in the periodic table. Taking on a supervillain moniker he vows to take the rewards he thinks should have been his all alongAlias: KeratinousName: Liam AndrewsAge: 18Faction: CadmusAlignment: Lawful NeutralEquipment/Abilities: Liam is installed with one of Cadmus' attempts at replicating the Beetle armours of the Reach. However, rather than have a series of nanomachines to extend metallic armour it has directly affected the biology of his cells, allowing them to self-replicate and form clusters of any kind of tissue, rather like hyper-active stem cells. As such he can create spikes or armour plates of bone, heal wounds by regenerating skin and muscle, or create a few primitive weapons out of organic tissue. The energy required for this is enormous though, and produces large amounts of heat as waste. As such he has a dynamo built into the aorta of his heart that both provides the energy and allows him to channel the heat, using it either as an offensive blast or to power a sort of crude levitation as he makes the heated air around him riseWeaknesses: As his armour is always organic and a part of him, it hurts a lot more if its damaged. Has to take injections of a specialised formula that maintain the device in his heart at least once a day (more if he over-exerts)Appearance: A pale skinned youth, with black hair cropped to a fine buzz cut and dark green eyes, there is a something a little...off about his proportions. He's a little too...triangular, his shoulders too broad and waist too narrow. Even for a world with Superman in it he looks a little too much of a caricature. Origin: Liam was, as many heroes start, an orphan. Just being churned along in the foster system. But then some people in suits came along to his orphanage and started doing some tests on the children there. Whatever they were testing for they found in Liam and got him sent along to one of the Cadmus facilities to undergo a solid decade of tests, experiments and procedures. He hated it at first, but it rapidly became routine. It helped when the staff started providing him with regular issues of superhero comics, to give him something to aspire to. That was when he started thinking the whole situation was kind of cool. Even injecting himself every morning with the stuff to keep his heart going stopped phasing him after a while. And figuring out how to use his powers was just plain awesome. There was this one time he coated his arm in what seemed to be one giant fingernail, acting as both shield and blade, which was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. One of the scientists referred to it as a "keratinous offensive implement" and while he had no idea what keratinous meant it sounded right in his head, so got picked as his superhero alias

Alias: Red Lantern

Name: Alesiu Enak

Age: 17

Faction: Neutral, for now

Alignment: Chaotic EvilEquipment/Abilities: A Red Lantern Ring, allows her to create projections of solid light based on the power of red rage. Can expel a corrosive blood-like substance from her mouth that burns like fire and acid combined. Can enter a coma-like healing state but this only works if she's been dealt a mortal wound first

Weaknesses: Her over-relience of brute force head-on tactics and ridiculously short temper make her easy to predict, out-think and fool. Positive emotions also have a negative affect on her, causing her physical pain and degrading her ring's power

Appearance: Reddish-gold skin, like the colour of old bronze, with hair the colour of silver. Pointed, elfin ears. Otherwise has a standard bipedal humanoid form

Origin: Alesiu is a Graxomite from an outpost on the moon of a gas giant. They were harvesting valuable gases from the planet below, and believed if they became profitable enough might become a full fledged Graxomite colony world. So the powerful began hoarding their wealth, leaving the workers in poorer and poorer conditions. This strain couldn't last, especially in the cramped space of the small outpost, and civil war broke out. The impoverished masses were more numerous and their tools and hardware for harvesting made dangerously effective weaponry. The private security of the oligarchs was overwhelmed, and Alesiu, the daughter of the outpost's 'mayor', got to watch her family murdered in front of her eyes. She was imprisoned for a few months before being sent into exile back into one of the Graxomite worlds, where she was forced to live as a pauper with no family or wealth to subsist on. All she had to keep herself alive was her hate and fury that increased day by day. At least until the day a mysterious red ring flew from the sky and onto her finger.

Oh she had power now...

Her first act was to fly to the outpost that had cast her out and utterly annihilate it. By the time she was done not even the foundations of buildings remained. She started heading back but was intercepted by the local Green Lantern, summoned by the fearful planetary population. There was a brief duel in the depths of space, where Alesiu's inexperience showed. Defeating largely helpless colonists was one thing, a trained warrior with powers similar to her own was another. The Lantern intended to taker back to Oa to have the ring removed, but underestimated her ability to corrode through constructs of willpower. She escaped from his cage but, with her power mostly depleted, fell aimlessly through space. Solar winds and currents of gravity threw her about until finally dragging her to a crash-landing on he humble planet of Earth

Alias: Wild FireName: Ricardo MendozaAge: 20Faction: Justice LeagueAlignment: Lawful GoodEquipment/Abilities: Control over fire, and can create some amounts of fire. Heat resistance, and can absorb fire, up to an extent. he cannot absorb a huge willdfire. He cannot go and do fire tornadoes, fire shockwaves. No, instead he can only create balls of fire. He carries twin short swords that are on his back, and carries a whip which he can turn it on fireWeaknesses: His back due to a football injury he sustained in a game. Also he is very naive.Appearance: 6,3 man with small growing mustache. People say he looks like a mix of Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman. He wears a special made fire suit colored in a matte black, with small flame designs on them. To cover his face he wears a biker helmet with a blue visor.Origin: When Ricardo was in high-school he was the star of the foot-ball team for his high agility. One day in the Nation Finals, he sustained a back injury which caused to sit out for the rest of the season. It wasn't until his senor year, that he felt a burning sensation in his chest. He took some Pepto Bismol to calm what he presumed was heart burn, but it didn't stop. It wasn't until he was out in practice that he let out his hand, and fire came out from it. It engulfed to field on fire, and seeing what he had done, he extended both hands out and absorbed the fire. Everyone was shocked after what happened, and he was tormented for the rest of the year.

To undo his wrong, he set out into the night in pure black, with the same helmet he wears today and a chain around his right wrist, to save those who cannot protect themselves. After he graduated, he was noticed by the Justice League, so they inducted him into the Team. This decision was made to keep him away from the Unjust, due to his powers over fire. He trained enough to be inducted to the League at the age he currently is right now.

I may make more.

Alias: The Red PrinceName: J'Azzon G'aln, Jason GalnAge: 33, 11 BiologicallyFaction: The TeamAlignment: Lawful GoodEquipment/Abilities: As a Red Martian, J'Azzon has several powers, but is not as adept as Miss Martian or Martian Manhunter
  • Telepathy
  • Telekinesis; by lifting himself, he can fly
  • Shapeshifting; This lets him change his coloring to give him active camoflouge and rapid healing
  • Slightly increased strength than a normal human of his age
  • He has a watch that has a holographic display, like Dick Grayson does.
  • Bio-clothing that responds to his shapeshifting.

Weaknesses: J'Azzon has extreme pyrophobia. Seeing a flame, even from a distance, would scare him out of his mind. He is incredibly scared of it, and for good reason. When exposed to heat, he can be easily injured.Appearance: In his Martian form, J'Azzon looks like a large humanoid. He has very long arms, and his pelvis is exposed. His main difference from other Martians is that he has red skin, a sign of royalty. This make him think he is better than others. He normally keeps in this form, but when he has to assume a human form, he shape shifts into a young child who looks like he is from England, seeing as how they were a great monarchy.Origin: J'Azzon is the nephew of the kings brother. (Not of the king: His aunt is his biological relative, not the uncle who is the king's brother.) This had led him to lead a pampered, spoiled life for all his life.
When the Light returned to the Solar System and humans colonized Olympus Mons, J'Azzon wanted to go and be a hero on Earth. His parents were reluctant, but let him do it anyways.
He wanted to join the Justice League, but they said he was too young and demoted him to the Team, where he acts superior to the rest of his team mates.
Alias: Umbra
Name: Jack Mire
Age: 28
Faction: The Light
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Equipment/Abilities: Shadow Manipulation.
  • Turn shadows into a tangible energy and maipulate the energy.
  • Creating objects made out of shadow energy, such as blades or other weapons
  • Cloaks self in shadow, making him invisible
  • Use shadows as doors to other shadows, letting him teleport.
  • He typically carries a katana for a weapon. He is very skilled with this.

Weaknesses: His manipulation of shadows has made him incredible vulnerable to light. High amounts of it can burn him, and even a small amount is painful to him.
Appearance: Despite being a shadow manipulator, Umbra is not goth. He typically wears a suit of practical, modernized combat armor that covers his entire body, preventing him from getting sun exposure. The armor is light. He has pale skin, and a light beard. His hair is dirty blond, and somewhat long.
Origin: Jack used to be an ordinary kid. When he was eighteen, he decided to run away to try and get become an actor on Broadway. Unfortunately for him, this was when the Reach was kidnapping subjects for their metagene research.
He was kidnapped and exposed to heavy amounts of light. This activated his metagene, and it gave him control over shadows to counter the light. He was freed by the Team.
When he tried to go back to normal life, his powers, specifically his weakness to sunlight, made it hard for him. He turned to the Light and joined them after they returned from parts unseen, seeing some use for him.

Alias: MagnonName: Real name unknown, calls himself Blake TrennanAge: Over 50,000 years old, but he is biologically 30

Faction: The Committee

Alignment: Lawful NeutralEquipment/Abilities: Magnon has one special power and a suit with several.

  • Extreme longevity: He has lived for thousands of years without aging
  • His suit has several abilities:
  • Enhanced Strength: The degree of enhancement is quite large.
  • Enhanced Senses: In the suit, he has enhanced sight, hearing and smell
  • Enhanced Agility
  • An energy cannon attached to the suits right arm
  • Magnon is incredibly intelligent. He has been alive for thousands of years, and his brain has a larger capacity than modern day humans.

Weaknesses: Outside of his suit, he is rather weak. There is a large vulnerability of a spot on his chest that is a structural weak spot to the armor system that he has built.Appearance: When not in his suit, Magnon is a a typical human size wise, though due to his being a Cro-Magnon, he does have some differences. He has a prominent chin which is bigger than present day humans, and his face is rather short and wide. His suit is very skin tight, and not very large. It is very decorated and ornate, using designs from different cultures.Origin: Magnon was born tens of thousands of years ago to a family of Cro-Magnons. One day, he was chasing a Neanderthal of a warring tribe when a meteor fell from the sky. He ran towards it, and was changed by the radiation.

This was the same meteor that Vandal Savage was changed by, and the two both gained near-immortality, being able to live for long amounts of time. The two remained rivals, however they started to battle on a larger scale.

Magnon supported those education and the advancement of humanity, while Savage was chaotic and tried to overthrow the civilizations that Magnon built and was manipulating from behind the scenes.

In the present day, Magnon has allied himself with the Committee, having been a huge supporter of humanity. He is one of the founding members. He cares deeply about humanity, and wants to protect it from threats as he sees fit, seeing Savage as not human, due to the Cro-Magnons evolving into Homo Sapiens, and not the Neanderthals. He is currently CEO of a large technology company called, 'Shining Industries'.

Basilisk- The Sage is approved.

LoAB- I don't see anything about Red Lantern having an adverse reaction to calmness or happiness like we talked about. Edit something about that in and your good.

Flaredrick: Powers are fine, but his backstory, no. If the League wanted to keep him away from the Unjust League, they would put him on the Team, and not induct him into the League. Sure, the League is open to 19 year olds, but only if they are very skilled and have a superhero career before they were inducted into the League.

Currently, for Justice Leaguers, there's a mission to take, but as far as interaction goes, Mister Thirteen and Timeshifter.

If you're referring to the Matrix, that will be available to everyone very soon. That was just a briefing for the leaders.

Can't say I'm crazy about the song, Basilisk, but it suits them quite well. :P As Heliogram is the only guy in the Unjust League at the moment, I'm going to stall a bit before accepting the mission. Alias: HeliogramName: Phillip GrantAge: 15Faction: The Unjust LeagueAlignment: Chaotic NeutralEquipment/Abilities: Light Absorption and Redirection

  • [*]Generation of near-perfect holographic illusions[*]Capable of turning himself invisible, along with other people or objects[*]Can drain all light from an area, cloaking it in total darkness, or unleash a blinding flare[*]Generation of lasers of varying strength[*]Hyper-acute vision allows him to see with great clarity, even at great range[*]Is naturally fast and agile

Weaknesses:

  • [*]Prolonged underexposure to light will render him powerless[*]Poor sense of tactics[*]Weak in hand to hand combat

Appearance: In his natural state, Heliogram is completely black. Not in that he has dark skin, but is literally, completely, impossibly black. No light reflects off of him, even in bright sunlight. As all that can be seen of him is a silhouette, not much can be told of his physicality, though he does appear to be a small male. He wears a skin-tight head-to-toe suit that is entirely transparent, to allow as much contact to light while protecting himself as possible. As Phil can make himself appear however he likes, his appearance is shifting. He prefers to look as he once did, however: Brown eyed with tanned skin and brown hair that is trimmed short on the sides, with the longer hair on the top of his head swept back. He is small, even for his age.Origin: Phillip doesn't remember much about his life. He has a vague memory of a laboratory accident and some kind of black vortex, but before that there's very little. He believes the vortex gave him his powers and transported him far away from home when he was very small. An independent child by nature, he soon adapted to life on the streets, and quickly discovered he was a prodigy with his powers. Having always had an artistic eye, it was easy for him to alter appearances. His ability to become invisible made him excellent at petty theft, so for food and entertainment he turned to crime. He joined the Unjust League soon after their inception. Despite his longtime membership, he has done little to gain favor with Sportsmaster, performing only adequately due to his carefree nature. Alias: Lady White/RevenantName: Lady White has taken the name Delphi WhiteAge: Unknown centuriesFaction: The CommitteeAlignment: Lawful EvilEquipment/Abilities: Emotional Influence and Incorporeal Form

  • [*]Capable of altering the emotions of those in proximity[*]Flight[*]Can take on an incorporeal form, in which she can pass through solid objects and appears as only a faint white glow[*]Her speed, grace and strength are exceptional

Weaknesses:

  • [*]Those of strong will can resist her influence, though not be fully free of it[*]Vulnerable to magical powers and other spirits

Appearance: Lady White is a tall, slender, and beautiful African woman with golden eyes and close cropped black hair. She seems to (and often literally) float as she moves. She prefers to dress in a flowing white gown, hooded and tied around her waist with an indigo cord and be barefoot, but she realizes that while interacting with the mortal world it is best to wear what the mortals wear. In these situations she typically goes for a grey suit.Origin: Long ago, she was the oldest child of the leader of a small village. When her father decided to pass on the mantle of leadership to her younger brother, she became angry, thinking she would be a much better leader for her people. She enlisted the aid of a witch, who helped her contact a spirit from another world. She asked the spirit for the ability to influence her people and control their lives. The spirit struck her dead on the spot, and she became a spirit herself. As a ghost, she haunted her old village. Her grief was so intense it began to leak into the world of the living, and she soon found the otherworldly spirit had not only killed her, but also granted her wish; those she touched became so wracked with anguish they would kill themselves or each other she had her influence. In time, her entire village had died by her hand. She has wandered the earth in the centuries since, and as time has passed she has gained the ability to manifest herself physically through sheer force of will. She has haunted places the world over, and many stories have sprung up about her. Her experience with the otherworldly spirit has made her bitter against anything that is not human. When she encountered the Committee, she found her own ideals lined up with theirs, and now aids them in their quest for human dominance. Alias: CavalryName: Jordan AlatyaAge: 32Faction: CadmusAlignment: Neutral GoodEquipment/Abilities: Personal Armored Warp Harness

  • [*]Warps the space around it, condensing matter in a given direction to allow near-instant transportation along sight lines and through small barriers (at the cost of barrier integrity)[*]Can warp matter to increase the distance between particles, weakening unit cohesion[*]Greatly enhanced strength[*]Major plates constructed from nearly impenetrable alien alloy[*]Boosters allow for limited flight and powerful jumps[*]Carries a large handgun on her right hip[*]Has a natural understanding of technology, and the suit is equipped with numerous devices, both software and hardware, that can be used for the hacking and reconstruction of tech

Weaknesses:

  • [*]Alien alloy becomes brittle in extreme cold[*]Outside of the armor she is merely human[*]Warp core on the back of the armor is a structural weakness

Appearance: Out of her armor, she is a strong, stocky woman of average height. She had brown skin and hazel eyes. Her hair is dyed blonde and cut in a bob.Her armor is constructed of several components. It has a dark olive green under layer of flexible mesh armor that not only protects her but increases her strength. Over this fit six armored plates, made of an alien alloy that is pearly metallic pink. Over her chest and upper back fits the largest piece. In the front it has an angular appearance, almost like a prow. On its back can be found the warp core; a hexagonal protrusion that is about 14 inches across and covered in horizontal armored slats. A faint red light comes from within the core when it is at rest, and it flashes brightly when its warp ability is activated. Her calves and feet are protected by large angular boots, made of the same material as her torso armor. On her hands she wears heavy gauntlets of the same material. The helmet has the strong jaw and black slit for eyes that is commonly associated with classical knight armor, though the overall shape is more aerodynamic and rigid. Directional thrusters can be found on her back under the warp core, on the soles of her boots, and on the front of her chest armor by her shoulders.Origin: Jordan was born in Bialya, but when she was small, she and her mother fled to the United States to find a better life. She performed admirably in school and became adept and familiarizing herself with unfamiliar technology. When Cadmus discovered an alien ship of unknown origin, she was contacted to aid in the salvage. She showed great ability dissecting the craft and was assigned as overseer to the projects involving the adaptation of the alien ship into new technologies, despite her young age. Her baby project was the PAWH, and she not only oversaw it but did almost all the work herself. She is intimately aware of its functions and controls and is currently the only person capable of safely using it.

Alias: As of right now none.Name: Kella Tor-LanAge: 19Faction: None at the momentAlignment: Neutral GoodEquipment/Abilities: Though capable of feats of super strength, speed and durability beyond that of the human standard Kella is far weaker than most Kryptonians. She is able to fly and also able to produce massive beams of solar radiation from her eyes, though she has a harder time doing so when she isn't motivated. She has mostly Enhanced lungs. She also has superior hearing and eyesight.Weaknesses: Kella Is extremely childish. Often acting more off her first instinct than anything else. When it comes to knowledge in general, she is more than lacking, she is practically oblivious. Due to the after effects of the fatal disease she once had Kella's powers are weakened. The amount of time Kella spent within the stasis pod caused her to have underdeveloped lungs and she is therefore incapable of producing any of the more noteworthy effects of her lungs. The presence of a red sun in orbit will cause Kella to weaken even further than that of the normal Kryptonian. The fragments of her home planet Krypton i.e Kryptonite, have a series of adverse effects on her. Magic though not a exact weakness is something Kella's Kryptonian DNA isn't impervious to.Appearance: Tall with long blond hair and crystal blue eyes. A bright childlike white smile opposite her soft fair skin. The youth in her face is obvious, from the smoothness of her soft cheeks, to the brightness of her beautiful pink lipped smile. The concept of clothing means nothing to Kella yet and therefore she wears Practically nothing, excluding the suit she was wearing when she first awoke. Though Kella has not yet developed a sense of clothing, she does have a fondness for bright colors.Origin: Kella was born on Krypton. Kella childhood was an interesting one. At birth she was diagnosed with a fatal Kryptonian disease. Terrified by the prospect of losing his daughter so soon after she was born, her father decided to look for some kind of cure. Her father found something though not an exact cure but more a method to halt further deterioration. Once administered the cure prevented Kella from any further cell degeneration. A little while after the operation, news was received that Krypton's sun was going to explode. Determined not to let his daughter's life and all his work go to waste, Kella's father put her into a stasis pod, that was intended for him and launched her to the stars.Though the pod managed to get off the planet in time, it's stasis mechanism was damaged in the blast and it was knocked off it's predestined course. After this for an unknown amount of time Kella drifted through space, aging slowly, pulled this way and that by meteor showers and other such anomalies. The drift was interrupted when on it's way somewhere the Warworld pulled her into it's orbit. Her journey stopped when the Warworld reached it's destination. Through all of their time being pulled by the Warworld's orbit, she only trailed behind it. The only time they ever came in contact was when the Warworld stopped at Earth and they were flung towards the other planet. When the Warworld stopped, the stasis pod, and all the debris it had gathered around it over the years, were flung forward into the other planet like a meteor storm. When the stasis pod's shower came to Earth, it's appearance was noted as just another effect of the two worlds being in such close proximity to each other. So, much like the tsunamis, tornadoes and other natural disasters, the stasis pod's landing was disregarded as a natural effect. The amount of force the debris field of the stasis pod crashed with forced it to tunnel deep into the ground and over time merge with the ground itself. For years the stasis pod was left to itself and slowly the ground around it recovered more and more until eventually there was almost no sign that the pod had ever been there at all. Though several people passed by the ground-site, it wasn't until years later that the pod was discovered as the area around it was turned into a dig that searched for archaeological remains in altered terrain. The dig was funded by Luthor Industries so when the damaged pod was found, it was delivered to a Luthor lab for further study. The scientists were terrified when they found something within the damaged pod, something alive. Much to the scientists surprise when they tried to open it all the vitals of unconscious girl they found within were stable. Once the girl was awake it was obvious to the scientists that though she may look it, the girl was in no way human.Though it took some time to get the girl adjusted to the world outside the pod, aka the premises, they managed. Once she was adjusted it was more than obvious that unsupervised out in the world the girl would be a hazard. Once confirmation was received from on high and she was convinced to stay, it was a fairly simple task to train her until she was ready. For a little while the girl stayed with Luthor Industries. But during one test a scientist brought in a piece of recently obtained Kryptonite test to it's effects on her. When the Kryptonite was put in her presence, the girl unused to the pain and frailty induced by Kryptonite, assumed the scientists were trying to hurt her and panicked. The result being a rampage, in which several people were injured, that lasted long into the night. Though the rampage lasted a long time, the amount of time the girl slept was longer. While she slept a few scientist who considered Kella a danger, snuck her away from the facility in the night.Once away, the men left hoping that without aid, the girl would fade away. When the girl awoke she had no idea where she was. She just knew she was surrounded by what the scientists called sand. Though the girl struggled, eventually she made it to a nearby city. Never having seen anything like it, she only had one thought. Survive.

There are currently no planned missions for Leaguers. There is one planned for Team, Cadmus and Unjust, which is the Raid Cadmus Mission. Go ahead.

Kair'l is not approved. Reasons below:

  • That is not proper Kryptonian name. A true name consists of a three letter (approximately) first name, and a last name of about the same size, separated by a hyphen.
  • Why do you call her JOKERBRAND? I thought she doesn't have a codename.
  • Scarabs aren't allowed, even if it is inert. It could be reactivated. How would her father get one, anyways?
  • Kryptonians aren't allowed. They are way way too powerful. If you want a Martian, that would be allowed.

I used to have a banner here.

But that RPG is dead.

Alright, thank you for the name thing, cause I wasn't really sure how to name a Kryptonia woman.

The Jokerbrand...well that was a mistake. It was something I was using as short hand and forgot to take out.

Her father got lucky and found a scarab.

Can I at least make her a half- Kryptonian?

Before you go and edit the profile, me and Bundalings had a talk. If you could tone down her powers, so she wouldn't have all of them, or they would be weaker, she would be allowed. But the scarab is a definitive, absolute no.

Half-Kryptonian wouldn't be necessary. You can make her have weaker powers some other way.

I Right, forgot about that. Before marriage, the first surname is the father's surname, and the second name is the maternal grandfather's surname.

Alias: Solar AngelName: Eriara'e (goes by Eria) Civilian alias is Erika Andrews.Species: Tamaranean (Starfire's species)Age: 23Faction: Justice LeagueAlignment: Neutral GoodEquipment/Abilities: Eria lacks Starfire'a ability to naturally throw bolts of energy from her hands, instead requiring the aid of a pair of gauntlets that cover her forearms and hands. In addition, these deprive her of the trail normally left by her species when they fly. Which brings me to her other power: flight in the presence of ultraviolet radiation. Her gauntlets can hold a charge that allows her to throw the bolts when not around said radiation, but not many shots.Weaknesses: Eria is no stronger or tougher than an ordinary human in top physical condition.Appearance: Eria has the same copper skin that the rest of her species has, but other similarities are few. For starters, her straight black-violet hair only falls to her shoulders, and her eyes are a purple grey instead of bright green. She's beautiful, to be sure, very well proportioned and a pretty face. But she feels no need to flaunt it. Her clothing is drawn just tight enough for maximum mobility. Her upper arms are left bare, her gauntlets covering her elbows, forearms and hands with sliver-blue and green metal, bolt throwers a glowing circle in the center of the palms.Origin: Eria was born on Tamaran, the unwanted child of an already too large family. You might say her family didn't care when she was grabbed off the street one day at the age of seven. The next three years were... Difficult.Let's put it this way: the gauntlets are not a natural addition, and while she can take them off, she still has nanowiring in her arms. After a while she was shot into space as a failed experiment, landing on Earth at age 14. Between scrounging for survival and learning Earth customs, she found the time to protect the weak and alone, applying for membership in the Justice League at age 20 after six years of solo heroing.Preapproved by Bunda.

Alias: Typically referred to as "That Lazy Bugger", his actual alias, Aegis, is not well known amongst his peers.
Name: Samuel Jade
Age: 22
Faction: The League, though he identifies most with the Team
Alignment: Neutral Good
Equipment/Abilities: If you were to ask his comrades, they would tell you that Samuel's only ability was somehow not getting kicked off of the Watchtower the long way down. His abilities are not well know, and if the veteran members are asked, most will only sigh and tell you to ask Sam himself. But the only response is typically a snore when they find wherever it is he is napping that day. Despite this, he was recruited for a reason. Sam can create energy constructs, typically shields, though other simple shapes are possible. The strength of these constructs depends directly on how much energy he puts into them, though even the strongest could be shattered with a strong enough blow. He is not limited to only one construct, but it becomes harder and harder to maintain their existence the more of them he uses. Each construct has a deep blue tint, that grows more opaque the more energy is put into it.
There is a, however, a second level to his power that it is doubtful that even the veterans are aware of. For obvious reasons, he has never once used it after his recruitment. Samuel is capable of constructing a barrier before a person that could, in theory, stop any attack. However, there is a catch. Any damage that the target would have suffered, Samuel suffers in their place. As such, he rarely makes use of this ability.
Weakness: Samuel's two greatest weaknesses are inherent to his powers. Extended use of powerful barriers or multiple constructs tires him, and the use of his secondary ability deals harm due to its very effect.
Appearance: Samuel is, in his own way, rather handsome. He stands at slightly above average height, clean-shaven, with bright eyes that gleam with an intelligence uncharacteristic of his behavior. His eyes are hazel in color, and as such, vary in color and shade dependent on the level of light around him. His dark brown hair is of medium length, extending to roughly halfway down his forehead, in an almost stylistic, messy way. His outfits vary, ranging fro jeans and a t-shirt, to an array of coats and hats. Most often, however, he is seen in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt.
Skills (Yes, I did add this. It just feels wrong not to have it. :P): Samuel is far more than his slothful appearance would indicate. He is remarkably fit, and quick on his feet. He has experience with multiple styles of hand to hand, as well as armed, combat. In addition, the wit that serves his sarcasm so well seems to not just exist in that area.
Origin: Samuel Jade was recruited into the Team eight years ago, after largely unknown circumstances revealed his power to them. In the years since, he has made few changes to his lifestyle, or apparent abilities, His work ethic showed serious flaw, and most of his teammates saw him sleep his days away, as if he didn't bother sleeping at night. On the few missions he actually accepted, he showed a remarkable competency in his tasks. Since then he has gone about his life more or less the same way he always has, eventually transferring to the Justice League when he turned eighteen. Despite this, his habits have hardly changed, and he still identifies the most with the Team.

Alias: Runewalker (or the Reaper, as some called her earlier)Name: Alexandra IcaniaAge: 17Faction: Unjust LeagueEquipment/Powers: Alex's powers come a bit out of left field. First off, she has a scythe bound to her, by preference. She can summon it with sufficient concentration. It seems to be indestructible, but a sufficiently strong being might break it. Second, she has an encyclopedic knowledge of power channeling runes, which she inscribe on objects with the tips of her fingers. Third, and where this is all leading up to, she can channel magic through previously inscribed objects, such as her scythe. It can take many forms, including flames, extreme cold, or even pure destruction, though only her scythe blade can withstand those effects for any length of time. She also has an inscribed cloak, though it, being mere fabric, is only good for a small amount of time.Weakness: Get her away from her scythe or any unliving objects, and she's a normal human.Appearance: Alex's body is concealed by her dark green cloak normally. She's about 5'4" and exotically attractive, with dark green eyes, dark brown hair, olive skin, and a slender form. She wears jeans and a t shirt under her cloak.Origin: Alexandra's story starts back in Italy, where she was born. Her powers developed following a school trip to Egypt in strange circumstances. She came to the States soon after, falling under the leadership of Crusher Crock. And, villainess. Preapproved.Final profile coming soon.

Second profile. Linked profile will immediately follow.

Alias: Ironfist (Rarely used)
Name: Erza Merldor
Species: Exxorian
Age: 17
Faction: Currently none
Alignment: True Neutral
Equipment/Abilities: Erza is her own armory. As a mutant Exxorian, she has access to an innate ability. In her case, she can create and manipulate metals. Form is limited only by how much she has at her disposal, while creation is limited by how much energy she has to invest into the effort. However, her abilities are limited alone. When in close proximity to her twin, Rone, however, the finesse with which she can manipulate metals increases substantially. In addition, her physical attributes (Speed, strength, etc.) are boosted. Not nearly to superhuman levels, however. She has a slight empathic connection to her twin, enough to know his general mood.
Skills: Erza is surprisingly swift and agile, capable of using her power to powerful effect against any foes she comes across. Though a skilled combatant on her own, her effectiveness is greatly heightened when she works with her twin. In addition to the increase in abilities, she has worked alongside him since birth. The two have an innate understanding of how the other fights and works, capable of watching their back and backing them up whenever necessary. If you fight one of them, you fight both of them.
Weaknesses: Away from her twin, it is almost like she loses a part of herself. Without her other half, she is less effective in almost all respects. Though still an extremely competent fighter and individual, her effectiveness is halved.
Appearance: Erza is of roughly average height with long black hair that reaches to roughly halfway down her back. Her green eyes are sharp and alert, though set within an eternally cheerful face. Her clothing is fairly standard, jeans, durable sneakers, and a lightweight spring jacket over a t-shirt emblazoned with the German flag. Despite their differences, Rone and Erza are distinctly similar. Their facial structure and features are very, very similar.
Origin: Erza was born on her home planet to a relatively normal family. She learned of her own abilities around the same time as her brother learned of his own, and they worked to better them as they grew up. A few years back, for reasons unmentioned, they set out from their planet. They landed on Earth a short time ago in Germany, which explains why even when speaking English, Erza's words always carry a slight accent; she learned German first. Since arriving, she has been working to learn more about Earth's culture, and the nature of the metahuman conflict.

Alias: ShadowkeeperName: Rone MerldorSpecies: ExorianAge: 17Faction: None, currently.Alignment: True NeutralEquipment/Abilities: Rone has the ability of shadow control. Namely, the ability to control and create shadows and shadow constructs, similar to a Green Lantern with green light. Shadowtravel is included, the ability to travel through shadows so long as they're contiguous. His physical attributes and power control go up closer to his sister(not near superhuman), though he doesn't require physical contact like the Wonder Twins. Slight empathic connection to his sister.Weaknesses: Light. Light burns through his constructs, though at no small cost to itself. In addition, separate him and his sister at interplanetary distances and he loses a great deal of his power.Appearance: Of average height, with pitch black, unkempt hair and eyes only one shade lighter than nearly black blue. Rather handsome. Distinctly similar to his sister. Rone has the pointed ears normal to Exorians. His clothing is usually just a basic T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. He speaks with a soft English accent.Origin: Rone was born the twin brother of Erza and the son of a basically ordinary family. His sister and he learned of their powers at roughly the same time, training together afterwards. For unspecified reasons they left home a few years ago, landing on Earth in Germany. Unlike his sister, he learned English first, giving him a different accent from hers.Approved by Bunda.

It is, no doubt about it. It's just my personal opinion that if we're going to lump powers under the Equipment/Abilities heading, then it makes things somewhat cluttered to put physical skills in there too. It's more a matter of, for me, liking to have information in clearly defined headings. It's not actually a big deal.

But it's humans doing the snarking, so clearly they are only fighting back against the vile and hateful xenos. :P

I believe you find life such a problem because you think there are the good people and the bad people. You are wrong, of course. There are, always and only, the bad people, but some of them are on opposite sides.

Alias:Sound Master

Name: Michael Arnston

Age: 40

Faction: The Light

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Equipment/Abilities: Can harness the ability of sound to neutralize his foes. Can shoot out sonic blasts and use harmonic frequencies to unleash a power he calls, 'Ultrasonic,' which is basically a large blast of sound around him which can cause damage to ears and body. Possibly some slight body damage. He has a weapon which looks like a modified tuning fork, in which he can use for CQC or to harness his powers. Also has a pair of small ear muffs

Weaknesses: Due to his sonic powers, he also has sensitive hearing, meaning he can hear a dog whistle blow. Give him a high pitched sound to him will make him lose control of his powers and mind. he also broke his back when he fell down a hill and landed on a rock.

Appearance: Tall slender-built man with a scar running down his left eye. He was blonde hair and blue eyes which makes him Caucasian. He typically wears a leather jacket with a ivory shirt underneath, and denim blue jeans with biker boots. His 'secrete form' looks like a metal suit colored gun metal grey that turns sliver when it hits the light. he wears a dirt bike helmet which he specially built in a noise canceling headphone in it. He has purple colored goggles which seem to not make his eyes show if you look at him face to face.

Origin: Born in the era where music was the coolest thing next to neon colored clothes, Michael was a prodigal son of a famous musician. Which no doubt, he had a very good taste in music. Though when he was an adolescent in music class, someone stuck a string at a high pitch which caused Michael to have sever headaches, and ultimately knocking him out. Later on when he dropped out of high school and now 20, he began drug-dealing and hostage takeovers that ended up bad in the end for the other guys since he always killed the hostages once they gave him the money, by putting his hands on their ears and unleashing a high pitched sound which killed them. Later on The Light took notice of him when he was in late 30's and recruited him. As a sound master/DJ Ultimatum and killer psycho who seems to be talking about logic and using high and low based sounds to kill people.

Sound Master is a go, though you may want to look over it again because I noticed a few typos.I was hesitant to make another member of the team because there seem to be lots of those and so few Unjust Leaguers, but recent character additions make me feel okay about "planting" (haha jokes) this guy with the Team.Alias: IronwoodName: Hezekiah GlassAge: 16Faction: The TeamAlignment: Lawful GoodEquipment/Abilities: The Green

  • [*]Chlorokinesis[*]Can grow plants out of his body, or generate seeds that mature in seconds[*]Strength and power increases when near good earth and natural plant life[*]Black ironwood staff whose dimensions can be altered by chlorokinesis

Weaknesses:

  • [*]Fire[*]Ice[*]Power weakens the further he is from nature

Appearance: Pure white skin with green veins and strikingly vibrant brown eyes. He is fair featured, and his white hair is a short and tangled mess, filled with leaves and twigs. Of average height, narrow shouldered and moderately muscular, he probably wouldn't stand out too much if it weren't for his color. His only apparel is some brown shorts made of the material typical to superhero outfits. His ironwood staff hangs off a clip on them in its condensed form, being only a foot long.Origin: Another runaway stolen by the Reach, his torment was being bombarded with spores that caused him great agony. In the midst of his pain he heard a Voice, giving him the chance to be free, at the cost of his life. He told the voice he would sacrifice himself if it would save him from the pain, and the pain instantly ceased, though the spores still filled his containment tube. After he was rescued, the Voice haunted him. He hasn't heard from it again, but the promise of sacrifice looms over him. When he was twelve, six years after the incident, he began to feel a change. Then he started to see a change. His skin was becoming whiter and his eyes changed from green to brown. Afraid that the Voice had come to collect him, he ran away from his home in Metropolis once more, not wanting his parents to see what he was becoming. Not long after, his appearance had fully shifted into the Ironwood of today. He encountered a Justice League patrol fighting some standard crooks and aided them. One of the Leaguers, Beast Boy, asked him to whom he belonged, and he answered "no one." As he showed promise, they took him to the Watchtower and he received training, soon becoming a member of the Team. He still fears the Voice, and is hesitant to make real friends lest he be taken by it.

Alias: FrostbiteName: William StrausburgAge: 32Faction: The CommitteeAlignment: True NeutralEquipment/Abilities: Can control ice and create objects from ice. He can only do this if the temperature in the area where he is in is not too hot for him to do so. Carries two short swords that use uses well in close combat, which he is good at. He also carries a special made gun that can fire ice bullets. Only he can make such bullets. Carries six on his belt, three on each side. The gun appears to be a cross between an assault rifle and a sniper rifle.Weaknesses: Fire and areas that are not in room temperature or lower.Appearance: 6,1 slight muscular man with a scar running down his left eye. His skin is pale as snow, and hair is dyed a light blue. He puts on some type of gel that makes it spike. His alternative form is a sleek nanowire suit that helps him keep his body cool up to a outside temperature of 100*F. It's painted white and he wears sport/safety glasses tinted a light blue.Origin: William was born to a rich family that lives in New England. He was born with a blood disorder which makes his skin pale and his body temperature lose heat quick. When he was seven, he was given a specially made jacket made to keep his body temperature in check. When he was 13, a bully assaulted him. The situation was that he was calling Bill racial slurs since he was pale as snow. So when he told him to back off, he lunged at him, but William let out him hand and froze his head in ice. He left the scene of the crime and went back home. They deemed the incident that he was crazy. When William was 20, he remade his jacket into a suit that he can use to fight crime or defeat his enemies. This is were he became the meta-human known as Frostbite. Years after the Reach was defeated, he teamed up with The Committee to fight alien forces and any other threats to humanity. He currently supplies The Committee with money and supplies for research.

Powers are fine, but Basilisk is going to have to see if the guy makes sense in his organization.

About Sound Master: I revoke his approval. A forty year old will not be allowed entry into the Unjust League. Change that to Light and you're fine.

I used to have a banner here.

But that RPG is dead.

What now?

Well...Hm. Where does he get the money? Just curious.

The Committee is a big organization and considering two CEO's are sitting on the ruling council...well, they won't be wanting for money.
