What is the problem? There's nothing wrong with that.

There isn't a problem at all. 12:43 AM is the same as 43 minutes past midnight, or on a 24 hour clock, 00:43.

Doesn't there need to stand 0.43 pm then also, weird thing was that I replied to a pm but the reply send time was 3 hours earlier????, it was in the same conversation but I deleted the message.

There's nothing wrong with this. 12:43AM is a completely valid time.
