*quietly enters and dusts off the cobwebs*<br /><br />Hello all! It's been quite some time since I was here, 3 or so years. My interest sorta waned over the years until finally other things sorta just crowded out Bionicle and BZP. Wow everything looks the same as when I left, but so many different people!<br /><br />Back then I was a super active member, goodness I joined back when BionicleZone and Kanohi-Power were still separate websites. I collected every Bionicle that came out at the time and kept on doing so up until the first Metru-Nui story arc had ended. It's been quite some time since I bought one, but the ones I have I'm quite fond of. Kopaka (original, not Nuva) still sits up on a shelf proudly. I wonder how many people I used to know are still here...<br /><br />Well I'm back for now! I'm glad to be able to return to this site and see the community still thriving. Lego sure knows how to hook people! I suppose I should actually add some interests to this since that's what it's for...<br /><br />Well, as far as interests, my greatest interest is easily drawing. I simply love to draw. My place is practically littered with sketchbooks. I draw anime/manga style quite a bit, but in my own style sorta. My goal is to be able to create a manga, perhaps a webcomic if it ends up being suited to that. No easy task but it's just something I've always wanted to do.<br /><br />Since I mentioned Anime I'll list some that I enjoy. I like... *deep breath* Fullmetal Alchemist, Ghost in the Shell, Death Note, Wolf's Rain, Lucky Star, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Full Metal Panic, School Rumble, Sketchbook full color's, K-ON!, and of course Cowboy Bebop. To name a few.<br /><br />Aside from that, I do take an interest in assorted Video Games, I suppose I have an affinity for Strategy games, but really I'll play anything as long as it's good. Except Horror games, I really don't like being scared. I own pretty much every game console except for the Xbox 360. Not because I have anything against it, simply due to insufficient finances. lol. I own a good deal of games, and it would be exhaustive to list them all, but my favorite games/franchises would have to be: <br /><br />Mario of course, Total War series, Silent Hunter, Spore, LittleBigPlanet, Xenosaga series, Star Ocean series, Burnout series, World in Conflict, Mount & Blade, Mirror's Edge, Mabinogi, echochrome, PixelJunk Eden, inFamous, and my all time favorite games are:<br /><br />Beyond Good & Evil, Homeworld and Homeworld2, Tetris, anything with Kirby, and Okami.<br /><br />This probably sounds really nerdy but I do enjoy History. Pretty much any Era of any part of the world, it's quite fascinating. Roman Times and the First and Second World War are particularly interesting to me, can't say why aside from the fact that the were the first History subjects to interest me.<br /><br />I'm also trying to learn Japanese, but it's kind of hard to devote alot of time to it since I've got lots to do around the house, these days most of my free time is devoted to my Art than anything.<br /><br />Well if you've read this far, then wow thanks!
