Okey I have one e-mail in my inbox, but the storage space is up to 65! What's wrong?

I now have no added folders or tract messages. Please help!

If you mean PM, check your sent items folder, you've most likely sent PM's and didn't know.

If your talking about E-Mail, couldn't help you, I don't have my own email...
though sometimes my parents let them use there's...

It might be copies of sent items...Try getting rid of those.

Yeah, just because you deleted all PMs that were sent to you doesn't mean you've gotten rid of everything. ^_~

Your BZP Messenger also keeps a cabinet filled with each and every message you sent out called your Sent Items folder. To access this, the top right-hand corner of your Inbox should have a "Jump to" menu. A drop-down list should be next to it. Drop the list down (PUN! Hahah!...) and select Sent Items. THEN delete the messages and see if this works.

Yeah, I think that WS answered it. if you still have problems, then I guess you're stuck... of course, try deleting the one PM to you... it might have tons of pictures or something holding up your space.

k, here is my big explanation again, good thing I saved it in my notepad.

To delete messages click the checkbox at the back of the messages that you want to get rid of, then scroll down a bit to delete, then click it. now if you want to get rid of the stuff in the sent folder, scroll down until you see a box with a little down arrow next to it, the box says "quick clicks", now click the little down arrow and go down the selections to "sent folder", then do the same deletion technic you used for the normal messages in the inbox, and to prevent build up of messages in the sent folder, everytime before you click send message, look up a bit until you see a checked box that says "Copy message to sent folder"(or something like that), now uncheck that and send your mesasage, then the build up of sent messages wont happen any more, but you do have to uncheck it every time you send a message.

You can do that and do what I do: there's a little checkbox in the corner above the send button asking if you want to save a copy. I always say no, because my Inbox is 90+% full so I can't afford to have that junk. So I don't keep copies unless there's something I want to keep. For example, my talk with GregF.

Wow! You guys were right! The sent e-mail folder was THREE PAGES LONG!! Man thank you soo much!

Oh and is there any way to get rid of the sent e-mail folder?

no but there is a way to keep stuff from building up in there, before you send a pm look a little above the "send pm" button and there will be some check boxes, two of which are also shown in normal posts, the other one that says "Copy message to sent folder", uncheck that before you send the pm and it wont send the message to your sent pm box, but you have to do that every time you sned a pm, i've done it so much its a habit now.

No problem , also there called PM's, or Private Messages, not E-Mails. .
