There aren't any other skins. I think this is because this board in particular is heavily customized from the base software. So, if the admins were to create new skins, they would have to adjust them to accomodate every single tweak. Since that would take a lot of time and effort, they're not ever going to come. Sorry, kid!

If you mean BZP skins, it's not possible. The Admins would have to keep the two skins in sync, and considering the number of tweaks, hacks and extra features on this board, it'd be a nightmare trying to keep a new skin working.

Because that's the default setting for the board. I'm sure the name could be changed, but it might as well stay as it is.
