5 days without a blog entry? Shame, shame.

Aaanyways, it's wonderful here. Except for the mosquitoes maybe... ah well. Lots of sea, sand and sun, and lots of fun.

Sooo... how are you guys?

Urgh.
Sleeping in a car ain't funny. Especially because I couldn't sleep at all ><

So, yesterday we let home at 4 a.m., and today at 10 a.m. we finally found a place where we will spend our vacation.
To sum it all up: I spent almost 24 hours in a car, didn't really find time to sleep... but I'm in Italy. ^^

How it came to this:
Originally we wanted to go somewhere near Ravenna, but we didn't find an appartment. Everywhere we went there was nothing for rent that would have been suitable (and affordable) for us. Still we kept on searching until it was about 8 p.m., then we decidd that we'd spend the night at a motel, and then go 'upwards' to where we possibl could get an appartment (= the same place we've been to many times before already without booking) Motel was full.
Soooo... sleeping in a car is horrible. I didn't even sleep a lot, maybe a total 3 hours, but... I never knew that nights can be that long. But of course, my dad had been awake since 3 a.m., and driving a car when you're tired/didn't get enough sleep is extremely dangerous. Therefore the breaks.

I saw some quite interesting things, though. When we first stopped near a gas station, I was able to see firewoks in the distance. At this gas station there also were frogs. Yeah, frogs. They sat there around the building... my mother and my brother counted over 15 of them. ^^

When we got to Jesolo today morning, nobody in my family wanted to go on an endless search again. To quote my mum, "If we don't find an appartment before 11 a.m. we'll go home" And of course, we found one.

... that's it so far.

'Cause tomorrow my family goes on our annual Italy trip, aka 2 week-vacation. ^^
Everything just as always.

But wait - there is something new. This time I've got mobile internet! So that means I'll be able to stay in touch with y'all ^^

Back, and feeling better than ever

Watercolour work

Oh my, this turned out better than expected. I still need a lot of practice with those, though

So, I guess I'll go get my watercolour paper, the colours and a pencil. Let's hope that I'll get an idea of what to draw

So... modern art is interersting. Different, and I definitely have to get used to it.

Poem aside, today didn't start out too well.

Let's hope that today the situation will get better. >< (Otherwise I sense depressions coming)

Graphics card was the problem... I'll get a new one soon. ^^

Whee, back on my "normal" computer with the bigger screen!

My Computer died. Twice.
Now I'm using my netbook.
