I don't care that the hair is a little flat.
IT LOOKS GREAT.
I'm not a big fan of the eyepatch you've given him, i'll admit, but you done that pretty well too. The red eye really jumps out at you and I think that would have done great if you could see his right one.
The coat looks like an actual coat strapped to a painting. It, just like the hair, is visually amazing.
And you got the same tablet as me! I just wish I was half as good.

If you don't get the gist of it all, he's awesome. Great work, Lady K!

Me likes. Lots. You captured the menace that makes him who he is, almost every detail a human TSO should have. The scars, the red eyes...brilliant. And the title was pretty neat XD.

The only thing I'd recommend, if it's not too hard, is to take out the eye patch. It slightly ruins the feel IMO.

And what's that...thing he's wearing? O_o

I don't think the eye patch ruins the feel, it seems like something he would have. And he is wearing a cloak.

Very high quality. You've obviously got the talent to do extremely well. However, I don't know if this was intentional or not, but his eye is the wrong shape. If it wasn't intentional, I'd suggest practising drawing eyes, as they can be difficult - if it was intentional, ignore that, because it gives him a slightly inhumane look, which suits him perfectly.

Though I need a lot of practice either way, I practice with eyes a lot. Dx Realistically speaking, the eye is off. But as this is also slightly manga based, then it is not since I can get away with oddly shaped eyes.

I like the eyepatch, so I’m not removing it. True it’s slightly storyline off, but who says he can’t take it off and use is lazor beams that way? =P

And like Tarik said, it’s a cloak.

It's nice to see you fixed the stiffness of the bangs, though it'd be nice to see if you could establish a sense of form with the hair, since I imagine it is further back the further it is from the center of his head. Also, I think the neck is rather long. The shoulders, especially for this guy, should be a bit further up (the collar would probably be up to his ears). I also think there might be a bit too much of a highlight on his forehead.

Well, since it still has a hint of anime I didn’t worry too much about the accuracy of the hair and made it however I thought would look good. The neck is a tad long, but after doing some studying with the original PS file, I don’t think it’s worth going back and fixing. Same goes for the other oddities, but that’s mainly because I’m too lazy to go back and fix any further. xD

If it were allowed, the emoticon would be the only thing in my post. The drawing is simply amazing. Awsome detail, cool hair, and yay! Eyepatch!!!!! For me, there are no flaws in your art piece. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Did I mention amazing? That's all I have to say.
