22 minutes usually, but that's because they have to cut out alot of scenes
 40 minutes is a stretch, but it's happened before.season Finales are also 40 minutes |

Hour with commercials. And series final was about 100 minutes, two hours with commercials, and two 1 hour slots on Sci-Fi split into two parts.  Well, yeah, the film's gonna be about 45 to 50 minutes.

The special effects you are using are premade, Gimp has them set up so you can use the shapes for various effects, such as the semitransparent for a glow, the blue, and the lens flare.
All premade. And it's 'Accept it' not 'Except it' EDIT- It's not a flame war yet
