Chapter 1: A new hope has risen
It had been two years since Kihlef had sacrificed himself in the Great Temple. The greatest hero this world had ever known, had given his life. With his elemental energy and life force, he brought the worlds strongest tiran down, he had made an end to his empire, but instead of peace, it had brought fear and robbery. But as smart as Kihlef was, he hadn’t left this world unguarded, he gave this world a new hope, six actually, and they were about to face the greatest adventure of their lifes.

Nobody trusted eachother anymore: Metru Nui had it’s borders still closed, on Zakaz, there still was a war, this time with Hydraxonn, instead of all the Skakdi against eachother, Xia had made their weapons more expensive, and Artakha still remained a secret. Therefore Solek, Ma’u, Kazi, Balta, Velika and Mazeka had split up, all guarding an island, with some help of the Hand of Artakha ofcourse.

Toa Ma’u stood on his homeland, the island of Aku Nui, where he saw a statue being build for Kihlef, he got emotional by it. He had seen many statues, like for example, the one of Matoro in Metru Nui, he was an ancient hero, who had given his life to save the universe, and Ma’u had decided Kihlef deserved one too.
When Kihlef had defeated Teridax, Mz’u tought everything went back to normal, but instead, the “Servants of the Empire“ had formed, wich led to catastrofical events, they had unleashed vicious rahi on some islands, made the island of Kurak to be washed away with an enormous tsunami, and nobody knew where this would end.
“Toa Ma’u! Toa Ma’u!” jelled a little matoran who came towards him, “according to Osiray, you have to go to Metru Nui, with the rest of your team!”
“Bruti,” said Ma’u to the matoran, “how many times do I have to tell you, they’re not my team. I just have an agreement with them, and that’s to guard you and your villages.”
“Okay, Toa, I know, but you and your team... I mean, you and your fellows-who-have-an-agreement-with-you are expected in Metru Nui, Osiray will come with you.”

In Metru Nui, Ma’u greeted Kazi, Velika and Balta. Later they joined with the guardian of this city, called Mazeka, Solek arrived wome minutes later.
Before them sat the head of Metru Nui: Turaga Gali.
“Welcome, my friends,” she began, “I have some news wich I want to share with you: the Servants of the Empire, loyal to their leader Gorast, has found some information that was stored in our Great Temple for ages. They got past Mazeka’s guards and stole it.”
“Wow, you’ve done a great job then,” said Balta.
Gali ignored it and went on: “Luckily for us, it’s only one of four pieces, wich are hidden all over this universe, don’t ask me where, because I cannot tell you. But I know someone who probably will.”
“Who is this then? Where can we find him?” rushed Kazi.
“Last time I heared about him was many millenia ago, but I found somebody who knows where he is, and will lead you to them, meet Toa Isiga, Toa of water.”
Ma’u looked at her, she looked brave, kind and smart at the same time.
“Groundbase to Ma’u, can you hear me, over?” said Velika.
“What? Ohw, right. So, you’re a Toa, how, when, why?”
“I’ll tell you that on our trip,” she said.
“Where are we going anyway?” asked Solek.
“To Keetongu...”
