As reported first here at BZPower yesterday, the first batch of 2003 kits are now for sale at selected Argos stores in the United Kingdom. We are pleased to show you some images of four of the Bohrok-Kal, and share some surprising new twists to the tale of Bionicle.

Notice that pic that's half Kal, half Mata-Nui? The glowing spot is right in Po-Wahi. That's probably where the Bahrag are hidden. They had the map to them on their head the whole time!

Man,the Lehvak-Kal and the Kohrak-Kal just look sweet(so do Tahnok-Kal and Nuhvok-Kal but I already have them).Need Lehvak-Kal,need fav Bohrok-Kal.

This adds a whole new twist to the story The Kal are trying to block off the Toas elemental powers and if you notice in the pic of the BohrokKal hidding frome something theres exotoa in the background strange huh

Yea h I agree that if the Toa lose their elemental powers, they would have to rely on the Exo-Toa. Hmmm.....I wonder if the Exos will get mad at them for leaving them down the Bahrag nest to get pounded by the rocks?  EDIT: Yahoo I'm an Armoured Protector!! The Toa Nuva are currently searching for the other Kanohi Nuva to use, also. This just fortells a few things, much like the pictures in 2002 did. Anyway, I've noticed that the symbols on each of their heads are different! Look really closely. The one we've been seeing everywhere it Tahnok-Kal's symbol! Does this mean something?
 I also noticed the two CD-Rom pics at the bottom are of Pahnok-Kal and Gahlok-Kal! Do people already have ALL SIX!? So, as you can tell, I notice things often.  P.S. The Exo-Toa shouldn't be a surprise to everyone. "Return of the Exo-Toa!" was at the end of issue no. 10 of the comic in the list of things to be in Comic 11.

Well, the Kal are still a re-hash, no matter what. But then again, this is my chance for an all-black Nuhvok...
 Kohrak Kal has a lot of attitude, and Tahnok Kal's handplates are pretty wicked...I'm really going to have to watch my Bionicle money spending here, but at least the Krana don't look that special. I won't be getting those, surely not with colourless Kanohi in the packs. Phew! But still... NK  KK TK

Just a quickie - I was looking at the Krana Kal's codes (you know - The three-letter codes on the back of the krana in Mata-Nui-ese) and they're the same as the old krana's codes, at least for the two Krana Kal I checked.

Yes, they will. Do you recall Tahu telling all the toa to shed their armor when they were fighting the Bahrag, "Shed your armor! It hinders our elemental powers and they are our only hope!!!" So what I think will happen is that since they lost their powers, they'll have to use the Exo-Toa for the strength they can't get from the elements any longer. Also, at the end of comic 10, the bottom of the last page gives you an update of the next episode: RETURN OF THE EXO-TOA, TOA NUVA VS. KAL, MYSTERY OF THE BAHRAG....REVEALED!!! Just a thought. I looked at the pics, and I noticed a few things. one, the Exos are in some of the picture, one is standing next to Gahlok-Kal, so maybe the Kal control the Exos? two, that picture of a stone being pressed into the Nuva cube? I think that's Tahu's symbol, so that's why he loses his colos in the pic below. --------------------   |

Some things I noticed that might tie past to present. The Nuva symbols make a circle when all together, when the toa went down to face makuta for the first time, the needed those six stone peices of theirs access it, and they formed a sphere. Also, judging py the picture of the kal on the ledge, I seems that they will steal the exo, because you can see one in the background of the pictures. Also, what does "greyness" do to a toa. THe only time the toa were ever grey before was when they built themselves, up until they put their mask on. hmmm, strange. Maybe greyness hinders the power of their masks as well.

I must say, Lego has done a fine job on the Bohrok Kal! It seems as if the weaponry, or tools, of the Kal are more detailed than any Toa Nuva or Bohrok weapon! The silver is grand, much better than the silver kanohi from the krana packs. The only flaw is that they are pretty much the same. Just different colors and different weapons. Oh well, I guess there's some reason for having them all the same. I can't wait until the retail stores start to sell them in the USA!

I saw him on the forums when I was a guest.  On-topic: I think that the Bohrok-Kal look much better in the plastic than in the CG pictures. I actually might buy all of them. I think, now that we have the Kal, that the Kal look better than the Bohrok. But there's no way I'm going to spend money on the silver Krana packs. If I buy any, I'll buy Nuhvok Kal. Wow, thanks for the pics, BZP staff!
I can't believe it; Lego Bricks doing it again! I thought no way was I ever going to get these, but they're looking better by the minute! But I'm STILL going to wait...at least until they drop in price! Nuhvok-Kal is the best BY FAR! But Tahnok-Kal and Kohrak-Kal are close seconds... And that's very interesting about their losing their elemental powers that way...I agree completely with Lieutenant Akua, because before, they couldn't use the Exo-Toa because it "hindered" their elemental powers, but now they don't HAVE any elemental powers! So the Exo-Toa may be their only hope... man cool picks but there was one thiing i noticed is that i appears that the exo-toa are garding the nuva cube because you see the cube in behind the exo-toa in that on picture. that would mean that the exo-toa do have minds of their own. Also what happesn when the toa nuva turns dull colored do they just loose their elemental powers or do they also loose their mask powers
