After all the duplicate “What is my Kraata’s level” topics, I thought we could all use an official Kraata level and color topic and Raptordx1 agreed, so here it is.

First are the levels.

GregF told us that the Kraata levels went from 1-6 on the back of the Rahkshi instruction manual with level 1 being on the bottom and level 6 being on the top.

Here is the picture that is on the back of the Rahkshi instruction manual.
user posted image

And here is a picture I took showing the levels from the top so that you can see the differences better.
user posted image

The second portion of the Kraata differences are the color combinations.

GregF has also told us that there are 252 Kraata (plus the Shadow Kraata but that isn’t out yet so we won’t be including it here) so with 6 levels for each color combination that is 42 different color combos.

In order to describe these color combinations, I will be using the following descriptions. I have included the corresponding Krana or Krana Kal so that we can all understand which colors I’m talking about.

Copper – Nuhvok Kal
Bronze – Tahnok Kal
Metallic Gray – Pahrak Kal
Metallic White – Kohrak Kal
Metallic Blue – Gahlok Kal
Metallic Green – Lehvak Kal
Green – Pahrak
Light Green – Nuhvok
Blue – Tahnok
Light Blue – Kohrak
Orange – Gahlok
Red – Lehvak
Tan – Pahrak VA
Black – Nuhvok VA
Yellow – Tahnok VA
White – Kohrak VA
Light Gray – (No corresponding Krana or Krana Kal color, it is lighter than the Lehvak VA gray)

On to the pictures!

First we have the Rahkshi color combinations. Note that these are not quite the same as those pictured on the back of the Rahkshi instructions. I have included the names and Rahkshi powers associated with each of these Kraata for your information.
user posted image

Next we have the other “wild” Kraata. These are Kraata that have been wandering the island for years and which the Turaga have been capturing and placing in stasis tubes in the cave by Po-Koro.
user posted image

I hope you all find this information useful and informative.

If you find an error with this list, please let me know.

Do all kurahk come with a stage six kraata cu? Is the level of the kraata random when you buy a rahkshi?

The names of the kraata are the same. The only things that a kraata changes are it shapes and stage, not it's name. And when I bought Vohrak, I also got a stage one kraate VO.

Okay, guess what? I'm an official BZPower drop-out! yay!

Yes, the Kraata with the Rahkshi are random levels. And I'm glad you all are finding this list useful.

And yes, MakutaNuva, that is a strange coincidence.

Very well done ccso35, I'm sure many members will find this useful, I know that I myself have already found it useful! I just can't remember the order that those things stages go in...but now I remember! And would the light gray be the same color as Turaga Nujus Kanohi? Because if it is, just say Nuju Kanohi colored Krana.

<manas>, thats a good idea on the discription of the gray but I think I'll use Kopaka Nuva's arms and legs since more people have him than Turaga Nuju and its the same color gray. Thanks!

Great piece of info. I just bougth 3 kraata tubes ( my first) to accompany my only (so far!) rahkshi, Kuurahk.
However, one of the tubes only contained 2 kraata instead of 3... Ah well, enough complaining. happy.gif

There is also a misprint Kraata. There has been an article in Purple Dave's site.

I've heard about the misprint Kraata but my intent with this list is to show the regular colors and levels so that people can figure out which ones they have and figure out if they go to a Rahkshi or not.

Theres always different ones that show up but their not common enough to be considered normal so I didn't include them.

Another idea. How about putting the Shadow Kraata on there, with that new scan of it in the comic 14. Good idea?

Also, seeing as this is now an official topic, I would like to point out that I have a fully inclusive Kraata Checklist . ccso35 has one of these, and I'm sure he'll tell you how good it is.

I'm making a few minor changes to it at the moment, and I think that when I'm done, I'll post it right here in this topic for you all to benefit from.

As promised just before, here is the Kraata Checklist that several members have, which I would like to be publicly available, just for you guys smile.gif

For best results, print in landscape.

Thanks to ccso35 for some of the pictures.

PS. C35, this is not much different from the last version, so unless you want to re-check all your Kraata, just keep the other one smile.gif

Thank you to all who put up the following info on the Kraata. I dont feel so lost now.
I've been picking them up from Wal Mart but people have been opening the cannisters

Do all of the kraata for a specific level, level 3 for example, have the same head/face, or does it differ depending on what kraata it is?

All Level Three's look the same. All levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 each are
different, but all of the individual levels look the same.

For instance, the only thing differenciating Xi 5 with a Copper/Black 5
is the colour.

It's like saying "Does the Hau look different in Green than it does red?"

Yes, thats correct. The differences are in the levels not in the colors. If they were also different between levels and colors we would still be trying to piece it all together.

More info from ccso35:

Well after spending way to much on Kraata canisters (I got 100 of the little things) I believe that I have identified all of the Kraata color combos. I asked GregF if the color order made a difference, if a red front and a blue back was different than a blue front and a red back, and he said that it did and that they would be two different breeds of Kraata. Also as for the various "3 colored" Kraata, I believe that they are simply mixing artifacts and not really in the 252 number.

Also for clarification, all the colors from the Kraatas are the same as the Krana and Krana Kal except for the Kraata VO (Vorahk's) which seems to have a new light gray color on the back. If we all begin to use the Krana and Krana Kal colors when discribing these it will really help to cut down on the confusion.

Ok, on to the list, the first color is on the head and the second is on the tail:

The 6 Kraata combos included with the Rahkshi
1 Kraata UL Metalic Blue / Light Blue
2 Kraata XI Bronze / Tan
3 Kraata CU Metalic White / White
4 Kraata ZA Copper / Red
5 Kraata YE Metalic Green / Light Green
6 Kraata VO Metalic Gray / Light Gray

The other color combos
7 Metalic Green / Red
8 Red / Metalic Green
9 Tan / Green
10 Green / Tan
11 Yellow / Bronze
12 Bronze / Yellow
13 Metalic Gray / Metalic Blue
14 Metalic Blue / Metalic Gray
15 Metalic Blue / Metalic White
16 Metalic White / Metalic Blue
17 Green / Metalic Green
18 Metalic Green / Green
19 Yellow / Light Green
20 Light Green / Yellow
21 Blue / Red
22 Red / Blue
23 Metalic Blue / Metalic Green
24 Metalic Green / Metalic Blue
25 Metalic Gray / Metalic Green
26 Metalic Green / Metalic Gray
27 Light Green / Metalic Gray
28 Metalic Gray / Light Green
29 Yellow / Copper
30 Copper / Yellow
31 Bronze / Copper
32 Copper / Bronze
33 Bronze / Black
34 Black / Bronze
35 Copper / Black
36 Black / Copper
37 Orange / Black
38 Black / Orange
39 Yellow / Black
40 Black / Yellow
41 Red / Black
42 Black / Red

42 times 6 levels equals 252 Kraata so I believe this is all of them. (I know there is a shadow Kraata but it is a promotional item and is not included in the production number typically.)

One thing to note. Of the 300 Kraata I got in canisters, none of them are the Rahkshi color combos? Makes me wonder how you are supposed to collect them all if they aren't putting them in the canisters in greater numbers.

Anyway, I hope this helps those collectors and everyone else out there who have been struggling to identify all the different color combos.

Great job. I think you have all of them.

Nevermind. Can you add this to your list?

I hope this is useful.

Well, I got more Kraata, and the thing is... I THINK I have a Shadow Kraata, but it is not possible because it is a promontial item. I will do my best to describe it. It is colored Neon Purple at the head, whilst it is Black at the tail. The head design has 7 small bumps arranged like three on either side, like a 6 on a dice, then there is another bump right in the middle. Sorta like this:

- -
- - -
- -
That is the best I can do. What do ya think?

I think a picture would be needed here to show us what you are talking about. And according to Lego as of Thursday, the Shadow Kraata is only going to be available through a Target promotion, so I don't think thats it. But post your picture or get ready to be disbelieved.

Takutanuva 3000, you WILL need a picture of your "Shadow Kraata" or no one, absolutley no one (except people that believe gullible has been taken out of the dictionary) will believe you. glare.gif

I for one do not believe you. Shadow Kraata are NOT going to be put into Kraata Cans. They will only be available at Target stores in the US in specially marked Rahkshi Canisters.

PROOF IS NEEDED glare.gif

Wait, I'm sorry, it was my mistake. It is a Wild Kraata who's colors LOOK purple in the light, but is actually that kind of dark blue. The bumps are a extra in the molding, like left over residue. Sorry. blush.gif

I'm pretty sure that you have the levels backward because the Shadow kraata looks exactly like what you said was a level 1 except purple.

Yeah, you're right. Anyway, I just got a few new ones, but nothing you don't have up there. One is actually pretty neat; it is Black at the head and Yellow at the foot and it's Level Two. Neat, huh? Do you have that up there?

Silver Akaku, I know the "Shadow Kraata" shown in the recent magazines and comics appears to be a level 1 and I wonder about that myself. But why should that indicate the levels are backwards? GregF was the one who gave me the info on the Kraata levels so I'm going to stick with what he gave me unless he changes his mind (And I really hope he doesn't since all the trading here and also all the shops at Bricklink are using this level system currently).

And Takutanuva 3000, I do have that Kraata but I don't believe that its picture is posted currently. As soon as I get my collection complete I will be posting a large number of pictures of all the Kraata. So if you know anyone who has a Red/Metallic Green level 6, a Yellow/Black Level 5 and a Metallic White/ Metallic Blue Level 3 I would appreciate a trade for them as it would help me get that much closer to getting all the pictures done!
