It looks pretty good. I don't think I'll get it though, it seems to have a lot of repetitive information.

Its been a While since BZP has seen a Reveiw...and even longer from you.
I never knew thats how you Pronounce Turaga, too-RAH-gah ,I thought it was Tuu RAH Gah...learn something new every day.

Kopa
The last Review was the Matoran I think and the last one from you was the Boxor or the Matoran Adventures game...At least that what I think it was...

I was wrong about the Matoran...the last reveiw was the Books...

And the last reveiw by you,I was wrong again,It was the Card game...

Not at all. What I said was that Scholastic Press sent us an advance print of the book several weeks back, but we weren't able to publish the review or photos until now due to legal red tape.

But now we can, so we did! biggrin.gif

Great review, Dimensioneer.

Here's a tip for anyone looking for the books in their local bookstore. In the kids section, the Official Guide as well as the sticker book will probably be with the "activity books". The other books can be found in the "chapter books" section of the kids department. Look hard because when these books are on the shelf with other books (without the cover showing), they are easy to miss.

Does that mean that nobody has read it before yesterday? Because I had it reserved at my library and I got it on my anniversary(the 25th). It is pretty good, though there aren't that many new pictures. One thing not mentioned was that it has the rest of the clues you need to figure out where the 7th Toa is.
Speaking of the books, judt as I got on the computer, the phone rang next to me and said that Tale of the Toa is in on reserve.

It's a good book.If you are new to Bionicle or haven't had a chance to keep up with the story this is great to carry around. And even if you already know everything about Bionicle It's still a good idea to get it because there are lots of clues about where the 7th Toa is and even though almost all of the pictures are old there are a few that aren't really seen a lot anymore. The only thing I didn't really like about it is that it still shows the old Matoran but they all have their new names (the ones that got their names changed like Hewkii and Macku and Jaller).I have all of the Bionicle books that are out so far except the Mask of light novel and I think this is my favorite. After that that the sticker book and then the chapter books.I am looking forward to more guides in the future. biggrin.gif

If you know spanish, you just have to pronounce the names in spanish.

So I knew, know, and will know how to pronnounce any Bionicle word tongue.gif I mean cool.gif...

What does the Matoran message means? Maybe some secret about the Turaga...

There isn't too much new stuff, but it's the most info about BIONICLE thats ever been made portable. It's the kind of thing you can keep in your desk all day and take out when you start doing pointless subjects like spelling, and while you're reading the comics, sometimes it's nice to check for info about a word you havn't heard much before. I think it's a great deal.

Personally, I didn't think it ws very impressive. The first section, with the Toa, had a minor glitch. The name for Tahu and Tahu Nuva were messed up. I know it may have been minor, but it could really mess up a new fan who didn't know his stuff. The part with the Bohrok and Bohrok Va had a glitch too. The picture for Pahrak Va was actually the picture of Lehrak Va which is shown two or three pages earlier. That also could messup a new fan who didn't know his stuff. I think they definitly could have done a better job with editing it. Besides, it's just things we already know; heck, even the Matoran Messages were tedious. All they did was lead us away from certian villages five times over by saying the same thing with diferent words. Like, "The seventh Toa cannot be found near fire or Ice." then, "Do not seek the seventh Toa near lava or snow." and finaly, "You will not find the seventh Toa near volcanoes or mountains". It really didn't help much, overall, I give it a 3. bored.gif

great review! I'll probably get it, seeing as how I forget the turaga's mask names and such. also, if I ever want to introduce someone to bionicle, I don't have to go through the long explanations...

While some of the content sounds a bit redundant, I agree with those who say it's nice to have it all compiled in one place, complete with nice pictures. I think I'll give this book a look next time I'm at the bookstore.

By the way, nice review and pictures. They gave us a good sampling of what to expect in the book itself. Well done!
