Seeing as The Gate is closing up... Name: Zorten Alliance: Kin Clan/Koro/Metru: Ko Gender: Male Element: Mineral (more commonly called Crystal) Kanohi: Silver Hau Appearance: Zorten Weapons: Diamond Blade. By covering his arm in a concentrated layer of carbon-based minerals, Zorten can intensify the carbon level in this layer of crystal and vary its shape and size, to create a diamond-hard blade of his choice. He can vary this blade to a short, double-sided blade, a long, light katana, or a more heavier broad sword. He can also coat his fists with diamond-like gauntlets, making physical attacks brutal. Additional Abilities: Immense knowledge of martial arts and sword-work. He's wise and always thinks about his actions before making a move. Profile: Originally from the Western Islands, Zorten was a skilled warrior as a Matoran, and led many exotic adventures. At one point, he was given a Toa Stone by a Turaga and he took on the role of a traveling Toa who helped where he could. He eventually sailed to Metru Nui, where he got word of the Kanohi Elementa, and is now taking part in the quest for them. He believes that the Academy can not be trusted with such powerful objects, but he has yet to decide what to do with them if he were ever to find one. He is wise and always calculates his moves and other's before acting. As for personality, Zorten is mostly cheerful, always focused on training and reaching his goals. He makes friends well, but at the same time enjoys his solitude. Some say he has a darker past, one that he does not share with others in his stories, but no one can really confirm this. He has a great love for music, and finds it strengthens the fighting soul. He is modest and does his best in his work, and is always striving for better. He can make a great, lasting friend. Zorten often acts cheerful and cocky around others, but really, this is only a disguise to hide his inner feelings, and the memories of his rather dark past. He is also a romantic, deep down. Current Status: In a Ko-Metru town; unconscious. Name: Xor Khan Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Unknown Gender: Male Element: None Kanohi: None Appearance: A large, feline like warrior. His thick coat is grey with black stripes and his has high-accented eyebrows. His eyes are bright blue. He wears no armor, but wears pants and a belt where he keeps a single, short knife. Weapons: Claws, fangs, knife Additional Abilities: Extreme strength, agility, cunning, and stamina are all powerful assets to Kahn's arsenal. Has mastered every form of weaponry and can use even the most mundane objects as deadly weapons. He also can pinpoint key pressure points in an enemy's body in order to disable them into a paralyzed state. Profile: Hailing from the far Northern Continent, his people, the Tan clan, have been in war with the Serillians for as long as anyone can remember. Khan himself was the prince of the Tan before he betrayed them for a Serillian weapon. In payment for his traitorous act that let the Serilians into the Tan capital, he was banished and sent to the unfathomable prison pits below the Tan mountains. He recently escaped, and seeking the ultimate power he has come to Metru Nui. He seeks a worthy opponent (for he has never lost a fight) and is in a constant life journey for the Ultimate Weapon. He refuses to carry any permanent weapon until he finds this, with the exception of a very small knife. Current Status: Yet to appear Name: Vataar Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Serillian Gender: Male Element: Ice Kanohi: None Appearance: Credit to Khote Weapons: Duel assassin katana, gauntlets, spiked tail, claws, teeth, and horns. Within his armor the four of the Gems of Kings rest. Additional Abilities: Agility, strength, cunning, and experience are Vataar's deadliest qualities. He has natural control over Ice, but with the aid of one of the four Gems of Kings he possesses, he can also briefly control Earth, Fire, Water, or Air. Profile: Vataar is one of the Ka-Seril clan of the Northern Continent. The Ka-Seril do not enjoy open war, as their species is currently in just that with the Tan species of the misty mountain ranges and forests. The Ka-Seril work as assassins and bounty hunters between skirmishes, never participating directly and always acting on what is in their own best interest. Vataar was one of the renegade Ka, and chose to leave behind his war-torn home to seek a more successful life as a full-time bounty hunter. Before he left though, he managed to steal four of the eight Gems of Kings, two from holy Tan temples, ad the other two from the To and Go-Seril temples, successfully escaping as well as marking him as a permanent traitor to the Serillians and number one most wanted of the Tan clan. Both have sent assassins after his hide, but he cleverly eluded or dispatched of them with ease, leaving him only one two Captain War of the To-Seril clan and Krusha of the Ono-Serils. With the four Gems he can for a limited time control one of the four elements they represent: Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. He has arrived at Metru Nui in hopes of making some buisness, hearing news of the great disruption that had recently occured surrounding the workings of The Academy. Current Status: Somewhere between Le-Metru and Ko-Metru Name: War Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Serillian Gender: Male Element: Fire Kanohi: None Appearance: War Weapons: Claymore, gauntlets, and solar shield Additional Abilities: Extreme strength, stamina, and tactical genius Profile: Respected leader and Captain of the Guard of the To-Seril, War hunts down Vataar in revenge for the thief's traitorous actions of stealing four scared objects, two of which belonging to his own people. He is relentless in his pursuit, but has a great compassion for justice. He will not rest until Vataar has paid for his sins, but until then, he feels compelled to help in the events conspiring at Metru Nui. He is skilled with large weapons, such as his trusted claymore and brutal melee gauntlets. His solar shield takes energy directly from the sun's rays and converts it into energy that can either be used as weapon or as a restorative in times of weakness. War is an invaluable friend and a deadly enemy. Current Status: Visiting the abode of the Lightbringers Name: Valan Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: For'Dusag Gender: Male Element: Unknown Kanohi: Kanohi Pensev, Mask of Memory (carved in the form of the Vahi) Appearance: Valan Weapons: Sword of Time, The Reaper Additional Abilities: Brief control over time, stealth, shapeshifting, and agility. His Aura Projection has yet to be seen, but it is rumored to be terrifyingly powerful. Profile: A mysterious, hooded figure who wears a mask carved into the shape of the Legendary Mask of Time. Little is known about him other than that he is playing as an assassin for multiple factions and that he is also killing many specific victims for his own gains. Who he really works for or what his goals really are can only be guessed, for as soon he is seen on the battlefield, he is gone in the blink of an eye. He can shapeshift into a raven for short amounts of time and carries two deadly weapons, a sword he claims as a Sword of Time, which slows or speeds up the enemy's or wielder's movements at the controller's will, as well as another weapon he calls The Reaper, in which he uses for all assassinations. The scythe's name is justly so, for very few have seen it and lived to tell the tale. New light has been revealed that it may be possible that Valan may have been, or is, a Dusag. There is no was to confirm such accusations, however, until more info is shed. Current Status: Unknown, although last seen leaving a weapon depot in deep Po-Metru with two others. Name: Salaena Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Vortixx Gender: Female Element: Shadow Kanohi: None Appearance: Salaena Weapons: Grappling hook and Multi-Purpose Disarray Blaster Additional Abilities: Cunning, speed, and accuracy Profile: Much is unknown about Salaena's past. All that is known is that she is currently trying to find weapons of mass destruction that she can bring to Xia for some sort of top-secret project she is working on. She has a deep love for all weapons, and will not hesitate to steal them if she so fancies. Her Multi-Purpose Disarray Blaster has any functions, including portalization, laser fire, short bursts of concentrated energy, energy webs, and when she get her hands on them, short range missiles. Current Status: Has yet to appear Name: Hrogth Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Gender: Male Element: Unknown Kanohi: Kanohi Pakari, Mask of Strength (shaped into a neon Miru) Appearance: Hrogth Weapons: Large War Axe and flamethrower Additional Abilities: Brute strength Profile: Hrogth was once a Matoran who wished for a way to skip the destiny thing and become Toa, a jealous streak in his heart for the chosen defenders of Matoran for as long as he could remember. He was a war-monger, always trying to gain appreciation from his fellows through battle, but always ended up pushing them farther away. Eventually The Shadowed One found him and promised he could turn him into a Toa, in return for his services. What came out of the experiment is what you see today, a dumb monstrosity bent on destruction and revenge. He broke away from the Dark Hunters in a dangerous rage upon seeing his present form, and somehow found his way to Metru Nui, hopeless and lost. He can do nothing but destroy and cause pain. He does not like it, but his own nature compels him to continue his violent behavior, only feeling truly at home when doing so. He has promised his allegiance to anyone who can turn him into a true Toa. Current Status: Has yet to appear Name: Akkrah Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Gender: Male Element: Light Kanohi: Kanohi Hau, Mask of Shielding (among many others) Appearance: Akkrah Weapons: Twin long spears Additional Abilities: None Profile: For unknown reasons, Akkrah cannot access his elemental power. He doubts himself most of the time, despite his incredible ability in combat. He is true of heart, and is constantly seeking ways to unlock his hidden away power. He collects masks to compensate for his lack of elemental power, making him a dangerous foe. He hopes that Nui may be able to unlock his untapped ability, but has an equal fear of the consequences of participating in the Elementa search, causing much confliction. Current Status: Has yet to appear Name: Sorn Alliance: Santun (although he is rather roguish) Clan/Koro/Metru: For'Dusag Gender: Male Element: Ephemeral Light Kanohi: Unknown Mask carved into a neon Miru Appearance: Sorn Weapons: Laser crossbow that can be split into two swords, as well as a dagger revolver. Additional Abilities: Stealth, accuracy, and speed. Profile: A dark Toa gone as sour as they can, Sorn is a long-lost friend of Toa Akkrah. He betrayed many heroes of light to the Dark Hunters, in return for dangerous new weapons and some friends in high places. He still roams Metru Nui occasionally, but does not have many friends there, apparently. He is one of Metru Nui's most wanted, but not many want to go after him for the rumors of the growing pile of dead surrounding the now phantom like legend. Or, at least that is what he'll tell you. In reality, he is a renegade Dusag, working both in and out of the Santun, and has had dealings in the past with the Dark Hunters. What his true goals are are uncertain, but he doesn't mind helping a friend in need, depsite his otherwise dark reputation. The full extent of his power has yet to be seen, but as of now, it would seem he has similar powers of that of an advanced Toa of Light. Only his light, is green. And deadly. His Aura Projection is a massive intake of light, creating almost complete darkness, and releasing it into a large, controlled beam of raw power and energy. This attack takes consdierable amounts of energy, and Sorn can only use it about three times a day, before passing out. This is a particular handy move when there is a base to destroy. Current Status: Is waiting for the Sorath meeting to ajourn with the resting of the Santun Name: Ruhtoja Alliance: MA Clan/Koro/Metru: Gender: Male Element: Sonic Kanohi: Mask of Density (shaped into the form of a Hau) Appearance: Ruhtoja Weapons: Duel blades Additional Abilities: Cleverness and a tough sense of justice make him a compelling foe and a valuable friend. Highly skilled ins stealth and sabatoge Profile: Ruhtoja is a proud Toa who has been with Metru Nui since the very beginnings of The Academy. He has been in almost every major battle surrounding these dark times, and has a rather strong knack for sabotage and reconnaissance missions. Current Status: Rebuilding the MA defenses Name: Bolero Alliance: Kin Clan/Koro/Metru: Ta-Metru Gender: Male Element: Fire Kanohi: Kanohi Pakari, Mask of Strength Appearance: Coming soon Weapons: Sword and Ocarina Additional Abilities: Musical talent and agility Profile: Unlike many of the Kin, Bolero always tries the non-violent approach. He always will try to sway his enemy to make peace before battle, even going so far as to strike a tune on his Ocarina or singing them a song to soothe them. If this fails, he resorts to his incredible reserve of strength, using the very ground around him as a weapon, creating pockets of heat to make a mini-mine-field. Bolero is extremely kind, always seeking for new friends and will give almost anything to learn a new song or tune. Current Status: Evacuated with the rest of ex-Kin and MA, and on his way with the rest to Le-Metru Name: Thorzann Alliance: Santun (a bit on the roguish side though) Clan/Koro/Metru: Dusag (disguised as a Skakdi) Gender: Male Element: Shadow Kanohi: None Appearance: Thorzann Weapons: Cursed Skakdi sword and two tri-blades Additional Abilities: Lightning vision, shadow abilities, and limited shapeshifting Profile: What Thorzann will tell you if you ask. He was once one of the elite Skakdi Spiriah was working on, Thorzann was once Zaktan's sword mentor, and thus inspired his pupil to carry on with the art of the tri-blade. Thorzann is often called The Crow due to his ability to transform into a very large, nasty winged creature. The cursed sword he carries is from a Skakdi King he assassinated, and now is on the run from his people. The blade he now carries is sacred, as well as cursed. What that curse is not yet identified, but the power-hungry Thorzann cares little, for he now travels to Metru Nui to fetch a bargain price for the priceless artifact. In reality, he is in fact a powerful Dusag working in and out of the Santun, a supplyer of powerful objects and artifacts. He deals with the dark arts and can shapeshift into many terrible beasts and forms, and can cast cast a horrible curse called He||Fire, a terrible sight to behold. He works with the Santun, but does not like taking orders and doesn't care of what people think of him. Contradictory, he sticks the the lie that he is a Skakdi, the favored form he prefers, and is on the run from their King. Little else is known about him. His Aura Projection has yet to be seen. Current Status: Is waiting for the Sorath meeting to ajourn with the resting of the Santun Name: V.2 Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Gender: Male Element: Time Kanohi: None Appearance: V.2 Weapons: None Additional Abilities: Able to slow down and speed up movements of others or objects in close proximity to himself, as well as able to speed up a victim's aging speed Profile: Shortly after Voporak's failure grew public, the scientists who had worked on the original quickly set on a new project, one that would be twice as effective as the last and twice as potent. The experiment took much of their lives, but eventually they did it. However, the result was not exactly what they had wanted. V.2 has all of the listed powers above, as well as a smaller, more agile body. Unfortunately, with the improvements also came an incredible intelligence spike, allowing V.2 to rebel against and destroy his makers. The Brotherhood hunt him down to analyze him and use him as a weapon, while the Dark Hunters strive to enlist him. All V.2 seeks is a place to call home and a purpose in life, having no memory of life before the forced experimentation. He is prone to violent acts, and often looses control in difficult situations. Current Status: Unknown, although last seen leaving a weapon depot in deep Po-Metru. Name: Arrahk V.3 Alliance: Unknown Clan/Koro/Metru: Originally one of the Academy servants, before being destroyed and rebuilt by someone else. Gender: N/A Element: None, although is a frequent user of Lightning Kanohi: A Mask of Adaption was melted down into its armor, explaining its ability to not take harm from direct elemental attacks. Appearance: Link Weapons: Mainly his plasma-lightning staff, among other things, such as intangible wires, hologram receptors, spy units that can detach, and various other dangerous hidden surprises Additional Abilities: Has an intelligent AI, and is roughly equal to some of the most hardened warriors of Metru Nui in combat and strategy. Profile: Little is know about this mysterious, upgraded Arrahk other than that it has the skill to successfully infiltrate the Citadel with two others. A.3 has a strange loyalty to Valan. The exact details of this relationship are unclear. Current Status: Unknown, although last seen leaving a weapon depot in deep Po-Metru Name: The Clown Alliance: The Syndicate (for now) Clan/Koro/Metru: Gender: Male Element: Unknown Kanohi: Unknown Appearance: Weapons: Knives, as far as anyone knows Additional Abilities: Unknown, althouh it is suspected his has mental shielding Profile: Unknown Current Status: Currently with the rest of the Syndicate in Le-Metru Name: Bellator Alliance: The CAS // CIS Clan/Koro/Metru: Po-Metru Gender: Male Element: Earth/Stone Kanohi: Will be updated later Appearance: Will be updated later Weapons: Samurai katana, grenades, and a sniper-rifle. Additional Abilities: Has mastered his element so well that he, like Snow, can control both Earth and Stone, as well as several types of minerals. He is a war verteran and skilled tactical strategist. He knows when to act, how to act, and what is best for his men. Profile: An aged and experienced Toa, one who has seen many wars and many political strifes. Wishing to bring Terros Nui and Metru Nui out of their despairing state, he organized and leads the CAS // CIS with an iron fist, working along side several other notable warriors. He can be gracious and merciful at times, while at others cold and merciless. He will lay his life down on the line for his men, and is even considered slightly crazy due to his strategies. He has had many victories and defeats in the past, but he has braced himself for the oncoming battle yet to come. Current Status: Po-Terros Name: Crax Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Unknown Gender: Male Element: None Kanohi: None Appearance: Will be edited later Weapons: Two enormous drills for hands, as well as various cannons and particle beams lining his arm armor and shoulders. He can also gouge out particularly annoying people's eyes with his horns. Additional Abilities: An exceptional kanck for creating chaos when needed. Profile: An elite criminal of sorts, just not one for plans. Once he knows what to do, he is nearly unstoppable. Fairly intelligent and more than a little sinister, Crax is one of those up-for-hire criminals that everyone wants. Current Status: Le-Metru. Name: Beazel Alliance: Dark Hunters Clan/Koro/Metru: Unknown Gender: Male Element: None Kanohi: None Appearance: Beazel Weapons: A special, Xian cannon that was attached to his arm when he lost his right arm in the same wars that Toa Koran lost his limbs. The cannon can fire chain lightning, ice particle beams, missles, energy blasts, and plasma bolts. Beazel also a mechanical hand which can detach and float freely, and even be used for spying. He always keeps a knife and pistol on him at all times, and can use his long, serraded tail as a whip when he needs to. Additional Abilities: Flight, stealth, accuracy, and cunning Profile: Beazel was once one of the top-class Dark Hunters in his day, but after the Northern Wars and the loss of both lower halfs of his legs, his left hand and right arm, he was forced to take an early retirement. The Shadowed One graciously equipped him with new limbs and weapons, but ever since the Hunter has had a particular grudge for the organization due to the fact that they had sent him there in the first place. Nevertheless, he still participates in various missions in payment for his limbs, but is always seeking for a way out. Lately he has been seen hanging out in many of the taverns and bars of the darker regions of Metru Nui. Current Status: TUS Citadel Name: Skull Kid Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Le-Matoran Gender: Male Element: N/A Kanohi: Unknown cursed mask of Power Appearance: Skull Kid from The Legend of Zelda, Majora's Mask Weapons: Cursed Mask of Power, knife, flute Additional Abilities: Brief and limited control over nature, as well as the ability to conjure forest spirits (normally in the form of puppets). He can play a pretty fine tune as well as a game of hide and seek. Profile: Skull Kid was once a Matoran, known for his over-the-top pranks and playful schemes. He was rejected by his own people as a nuisance and a freak, and was banished into the far forests of that land. In his sadness he stumbled upon a cursed Mask of Power. As he swapped his mask for it, he became possessed by its power and now wreaks havoc to all who enter his forest, forcing them to play games under life or death situations. Using the Mask he can summon spirits as well as briefly control nature, to a small extent. He carries around a small knife in which he hunts with, a flute he uses to cast spells and summon his spirits, and a small cloak that camouflages him in the foliage. He is highly dangerous despite his size, and all are warned against approaching him. Even more caution goes to the mask he carries, which should never be touched upon. He is currently haunting the forests of Ga-Terros. Current Status: Alone in the Ga-terros forests Name: Krusha Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Serillian Gender: Male Element: Earth Kanohi: None Appearance: Krusha Weapons: War spear, tail Additional Abilities: Brute strength and tactical genius Profile: A Serillian General also after Vataar, but for much less wholesome reasons compared to Admiral War. Of the Onu-Seril clan, he values power and strength above all else, and sees this as his one chance to attain the Gems of Kings without directly disobeying the laws of his people. Because Vataar is a fugitive and outside of Serillian law, no one can uphold it as he takes the Gems from Vataar's corpse and returns to conquer his own land with their power. He is nothing more than a Barraki, and likes to think he is above everyone else around him. Current Status: Ga-Terros Name: Yonel Alliance: Whoever is the nicest to him Clan/Koro/Metru: Unknown, but it is assumed he came from a very rural background Gender: Male Element: Unknown Kanohi: Kanohi Pakari (Mask of Strength) Appearance: An extremely tall and muscular Toa, often times scarily so, but his face is almost childish in its vague simplicity. He wears farmer's overalls and big boots, and his hands are enormous and beefy. Weapons: None Additional Abilities: None Profile: Yonel is a very tragic soul.He has the mind and behavior of a very small child, and many of his needs and wants or almost natural. He responds well to kindness and fears those that are cruel and scoff his disease. His enormous strength often gets him in trouble, for he has a great liking for petting small, furry things, and he will do almost anything to get what he wants. He is never mean or angry, and always has been a kind soul. Due to his intelligence level, however, he is often taken advantage of and used by others for their needs. Yonel does not realize this, but he often can see that he is no longer wanted in certain places. He is constantly on the move and always wants a friend, but has grown to become suspicious of strangers. His one dream in life is to have a bunny of his own that he can pet whenever he likes. Current Status: Somewhere in Po-Metru Name: Xeth Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Fe-Turaga Gender: Male Element: Iron Kanohi: Mask of Invisibilty, Mask of Illusion, and Powerless Mask meant to trick others Appearance: Link Weapons: Magnetism Disruptor/Lightning Particle Blaster, Bo-Staff, Protosteel knuckles, knives, Core Blade, and rocket boosters. Additional Abilities: Excellent tracker and world-class assassin. Profile: Xeth is one of the rare gems of a Turaga. Xeth completed his destiny fairly early on, and tricked by his own Turaga, unwillingly gave his Toa power up for the life of a Turaga. Enraged, he murdered the Turaga and took up the life of an assassin, much of his youth and power still retained, due to much of it never being used as a Toa. He doesn't care who he hurts and or who he kills, as long as he gets paid and he has fun. Due to his size and appearance, he is often underestimated in battle and assassinations. This is Xeth's key weapon, allowing him to easily defeat many of his foes before they even realize he is a threat. His large array of weapons keep him ready for any target, and he has already taken four Makuta down under his belt. Hearing rumor of a Makuta Hunter in Metru Nui, Xeth has appeared to make some buisness. Whether to rival this Hunter or to make some money with the locals is unknown, but it best to keep your distance from this legendary Turaga. Current Status: Po-Terros Name: Lt. General Snow Alliance: The CAS // CIS Clan/Koro/Metru: Ko-Toa Gender: Male Element: Water/Ice Kanohi: Undetermined Appearance: A tall, muscular Ko-Toa dressed in light blue robes and white furs, as well as ranking military uniform. He seems to emanate wisdom and discipline. He has rather long sleeves, oddly. Weapons: Gauntlets Additional Abilities: Has mastered his element so well that he can actually control both ice and water. He studied with Ga-Toa for many years, but he is excepted as a master in both elements. He is a legendary leader and commander as well as a rather competitive chess player. Profile: Lt. General Snow was once the legendary high ranking general of the MA, but after a while he fell back as a sort of senior adviser, and then altogether retired. He is a legendary idol among the soldiers, for his reputation of being able to control both ice and water, as well as even plants from time to time have inspired many. He traveled all of Metru Nui for a time in retirement and study, but has recently returned to Ko-Metru to make his permanent home. Although quite ancient, he is one of the most elite warriors of the MA, and his often cheery, old geezer attitude puts many of his enemies off guard. When he does fight however, he is lightning fast and brutal. Current Status: In private discussions with General Kaldun in Ko-Metru Name: Leinad Alliance: Neutral Clan/Koro/Metru: Po-Toa Gender: Male Element: Stone Kanohi: Golden Kakama (Mask of Speed) Appearance: A normal, brown and tan Toa, similar to the Toa Mata in appearance Weapons: A plain sword Additional Abilities: When enraged can access any element, but when he does do this he is no longer in control of his actions and often goes on a rampage. Profile: Leinad once was the proud leader of a team of Toa, long before the Academy days. However, as time progressed, the team slowly fell into decay throughout their missions. Toa Cire left to join the Dark Hunters, and later became an enemy to the team. Then Leinad's best friend, Revilo, was sent through another dimension in an epic battle, deeply scarring Leinad's usual pleasant attitude. Next came Nivek, who too betrayed the team too the Brotherhood for power. Slowly, the team crumbled, even with a new recruit. Then Toa Eylk simply left, having nothing to do with the remaining three, despite Leinad's feeble attempts to restore the team back. Finally, with only Toa Mada and Toa Nayr at his side, Leinad was too, thrown into another dimension in a dangerous mission. Sadly, he saw a glimpse of Revilo, who had lost his memory, and did not recognize Leinad in the short time they saw each other again. This drove Leinad to despair, and upon reaching this dimension, he met four lovely female Toa, but due to complications, he knew he could never be with any of them, despite becoming great friends. Now on the brink of war and easily on the line of madness, Leinad, now a schizophrenic nut case must deny his own insanity in his path for happiness and redemption at his past failures. As for his strange powers, that is a tale for another day. He is covered in light, silver armor and his mask has been upgraded to have an Akaku-like Lens. Link Weapons: His ice cannon, which can also be used as a Rhotuka and a Kanoka launcher. He is aslo skilled in martial arts. Additional Abilities: Skilled in martial arts and an excellent marksman. Profile: Koran fought in the Northern Wars, where he lost three of his limbs. He gained auto-mail, or artificial limbs for his services as a soldier, and went on as a traveling bounty hunter (not a Dark Hunter, just to clear confusions). He eventually stumbled upon Metru Nui and is currently working with the Kin to find the Elementa. He believes if Nui is ressurected, then he can grant him his original limbs back. He prefers to be alone, but secretly wishes he had more friends. His appearance often scares people away, and he uses his emotions in battle, effectively making him stronger and more unpredictable. Using a combination of his element, weapon arsenal, and physical combat, he can take down even the biggest adversaries. He, like Zorten, cherishes music, and finds it helpful in times of stress and doubt. The righteous nature that seemed to flow about him made him popular among many Matoran, but made him more than one enemy in a Toa. In fact, his ego and narcissism was so enormous the Toa began plotting against him, watching his every step. He was defending a Ga-Metru settlement from a Zyglak attack with his team when the other five Toa turned on him. They threw him in the ocean, leaving him for dead. When he awoke he was on Terros Nui. He had no recollection of his name, nor the names of the teammates who betrayed him, nor the names of anyone he had ever met. In a panic he stumbled into a Po-Terros village where they healed his wounds and named him "Terrane". He then left by boat to Metru Nui, to gain revenge for his betrayal, to protect the Matoran from any harm, and to stop all evil in the islands of both Terros Nui and Metru Nui. He can either recharge his own energies or expel it in a blast of the same element absorbed. Allegiance: Bounty Hunter, neutral, some ties to the Academy Bio: Jizak has no memory prior to his life in the academy, he was made into a toa and placed under the watchful eye of Zyrul. Resentful of his unknown past and whatever role the academy and its headmaster may have had in it, he dropped out and became a freelance bounty hunter. Though the term "bounty hunter" can only be used lightly, as he is willing to perform a large variety of dangerous tasks for the highest bidder. But, out of respect for Zyrul and the Academy he will not willingly take a job against the Academy, its leader, or its students. Before leaving he told Zyrul he would be willing to take jobs from him and that he could count on him to do it right, regardless of pay. Zyrul has yet to take him up on his offer, but Jizak has kept busy with other jobs, minor snatch'n'grabs for the most part, but occasional merc jobs as well. After getting paid, he'll usually blow it all on booze and rent. He can usually be found populating taverns in Po-Metru, ranting about his missing past and other nonsense about his day-to-day life. Other: Has two silver nodes set into his shoulders, underneath his armor, sending electrical signals through his central nervous system, giving him massive mental fortitude, allowing him to throw any alien presence out of his mind and retaliate by sending massive mental shocks back into the invader's mind. It's not normally fatal, but it will give them a heckuva migraine for twenty-four hours. Places combat emphasis on close range combat, stealth and acrobatics, however, in order to achieve the level of agility that he has, he's had to reduce his weight by dropping several layers of armor, making him rather fragile, but his level of combat proficiency and agility reduces his risk of injury to normal levels. He is proficient in the use of his mask and in putting an electric charge behind his blows, putting a double whammy on its recipient. Appearence: Spordak usually takes shape of Toa Lihkan, having green armor, mask, arms and legs, and a black torso. He conceals a pair of Nivawk-like wings beneath a large black cape. Affiliation: Brotherhood of Makuta - Weapons Crafter and Space Expert History: Spordak crash-landed on Metru-Nui within a meteor. He awoke with vague memory of what had happened, and gradually regained his entire memory, except for how he initially got inside the meteor. He came from a distant planet known as Ganthlax, originating on the island of Jora-Nui. He seems confused by the ways of the people of this planet, and often implements his own, strange ways into situations. Antaeus wears a Pehkui shaped like a Noble Kiril. He carries a spear that looks like a larger version of Turaga Whenua's badge of office. Finally, Antaeus carries a silver shield typical of a Hagah. Mask: Pehkui (shaped like a Noble Kiril) Weapons: Shockwave Spear, Shield that launches a rhotuka with the power of psychometry. Bio: Antaeus' past is lost to the sands of time in most cases, but it is obvious that he is a Toa Hagah. He does occasionally share information about his past when he sees it as benefiting others. From this, others can piece together that he was able to deduce when the Makuta his team was assigned to defend was going to "eliminate" them after Norik's team rebelled. As a result, the team split apart and never saw one another again. To this day, Antaeus does not know whether they are alive or dead. Obviously very old, Antaeus is skilled and wise. He relies on the past to guide him in decisions of the future, as his rhotuka power of psychometry implies. However, he has a habit of taking too long to make a decision and has trouble focusing on the snap decisions that are some times necessary. Well I finally decided to join so...
Name: Echo (True name unknown) Species: Toa Gender: Male Alignment: Neutral Appearance: Mask: Huna (Invisibility) Weapons: Echo carries a sword similar to Matoro Inika’s. However his is slightly shorter, and thinner. Bio: Absolutely nothing is known about Echo’s past. He suffers from amnesia, and can’t remember anything. When he awoke on the shore in Ko-Metru, he had no recollection of the past, and had no idea, where, or even who, he was. He has completely forgotten how to use his powers, or even what they were. However his powers will work whenever he experiences extreme emotion, although he has very little control over them in these cases. There are also strange markings carved into the hilt of his sword, is it possible these could give clues to his past? Or perhaps to his former name? Not even he himself knows the answer to those questions. Echo is no normal toa either, for one, when he speaks, his voice echoes slightly. His voice was what gave him the idea for his new name. Another ability of his, is to cancel out anyone’s powers, and drain their energy, whenever he is in direct contact with them. Although this could also be considered more of a curse than anything, for he has to be careful that nobody ever touches him, or vice versa. This could lead to him becoming a loner, and could possibly make him develop a cold, distant personality. You must also be careful as to what you say around Echo, because seeing as he has absolutely no recollection of the past, he might very well believe every word you say... (Hint, Hint) Name: Vaedrax Species: Unknown Gender: Male Alignment: Neutral Appearance: Gallery Mask: N/A Elemental power: Fire Weapons: His claws, and a cordak pistol. Bio: No one is sure where Vaedrax came from or what species he is. Some say that he's a mutant rahkshi or toa, others say he was a brotherhood experiment, and some have even said he's a completely different species from somewhere in the south. Vaedrax himself will not say. He came to Metru-Nui not too long ago, and since then he has built up quite a reputation. He started out joining an illegal street-fighting group. This group would hold fights between different competitors, for matoran to bet on. These fights are usually held in dark alleys or old, abandon buildings, places the law enforcement wouldn't check. The fighters ranged from any of hundreds of species, including toa, matoran, zyglak, vortixx, skakdi, and many others, including Vaedrax himself. These fights rarely ever restricted any elemental powers or other abilities, and would sometimes go 'til the death, something he quite enjoyed. Vaedrax proved himself as an elite fighter winning many matches and becoming a more well-known fighter. However it didn’t take long for Vaedrax to get bored of these fights, and he’s now going about Metru-Nui looking for ways to cause general trouble, pain and chaos mostly to the toa in the area. This has earned him warrants for arrest in about three Metrus, those being Ta, Po, and Ga. Vaedrax is quite cruel, and mean. He has an unusually bad temper and is angered easily. He can be merciless at times, and absolutely hates toa, believing that they rely too much on their powers, and that they're weak without them. This usually leads to him either ignoring the matoran’s pathetic heroes, or killing them on the spot. Depending on how he feels at the time. Although if a toa allies with Vaedrax, and shows immense skill with, and without their powers, they may earn some respect from him. Vaedrax rarely ever uses weapons, just his claws, and instincts. As an elite fighter, he has no need for anything else, although he does carry a cordak pistol, just in case. The pakrai on his left shoulder is also capable of enhancing his already strong muscles to the point where he is slightly stronger than an average toa wearing a pakari. ))Z((

Species: Toa, at one point Gender: Male Loyalty: Neutral Mask: Kualsi Element: Shadow, formerly Iron Appearance: Dark, creepy, rarely seen. Those words describe the being known as Ghost perfectly. He is gaunt and tall. His form is entirely black, spare his silver Kualsi, though this is often hidden beneath his black cloak. His hands are more claw like than hands, though he is still capable of using them for fine motor functions. His left shoulder also has three spikes that protrude from it. Ghost also carries a scythe. Bio: The Toa, if you can call him that, now known as Ghost was once a Toa of Iron and a great protector of his homeland. His home land is an obscure island chain west of the Southern Continent. One day a ship was wrecked off the coast of one of Ghost's island. The Toa of Iron went to investigate but found the ship oddly abandoned. It was obvious that this was a Matoran craft and Ghost searched it for any sign of the crew. There wasn't one. All that was left was a map found in the control room of the ship. Silently, Ghost gathered the map and returned to his home island, dismissing the event as an oddity. Until it happened again. The night was pierced by the screams of Matoran of the village. Swiftly the Toa of Iron rose and grabbed his scythe, preparing for a rahi attack. What he found was far worse, Matoran were running and screaming and then those scream were cut short. No attacker was evident, but Ghost would have preferred that. Finally he saw what was happening. Somehow the Matoran's armor was being eaten away and killing them. Ghost raced to the shore and found foreign Matoran lying on the beach with Matoran he knew. Apparently this ship had found its partner ship, but had suffered the same fate. Only this time they had passed it on to Ghost's island. From that day forward, the chain of islands became known as the "Dead Isles." Ghost fled, knowing that there was nothing he could do to save his friends. Taking the ship he sailed away, listening in horror as the screams died down and he passed out. He awoke to a horror, his armor was beginning to deteriorate. Being a Toa of Iron, Ghost was able to fight the effects for a time... but he knew his days were numbered unless he could reverse the effects. Finally he took a good look at the map he found. It was to an old Makuta lab. Following the map, Ghost found what he sought, but he was dead inside when he reached the island. He had turned to the darkness and given up hope after all that he had seen. Guilt racked him, he just wanted to be free, and that made him rash and would cost him dearly. After what seemed like hours of searching, Ghost found what he sought, a vial of energized protodermis. Hoping that the virus was not destined to change, Ghost prepared to inject the EP but it was booby-trapped. A stasis field dropped and slithering could be heard. The light in the room seemed to be devoured, there were only screams, shadows, and the shattering of glass. Then silence. Most don't even hear that much of Ghost's tale, mainly because they are to afraid to even be near him- or he has killed them. All that is known is that Ghost emerged from the fortress healed, though the effects are arguable. He is cold, angry, and mostly malevolent now. He is an expert at stealth and recovery missions. His team once fought a group of Rahkshi, and only him and another Toa from his team survived. His native island is unknown even to him, and he has no clue of his past.... They used to hunt the shadows, until an employer made them do the impossible, and they quit their job. They now protect Matoran in general, and Kotaru has become even more cold since his team's death. Name: Srizz
Appearance: Tall, slim but wiry. Srizz is as tall as a toa, with huge wings protruding from his back, a long, thin tail and a generally reptilian visage. Srizz’s main color is red with lightweight black armor adorning his body. His fingers and toes are clawed and he seems to walk on his toes rather than full feet, like the hind legs of an animal. Srizz’s mask resembles the face of a Zyglak with a shorter snout. His tail is about one and a half times his body length. His wings are similar to a Lohrak’s wings, except in their size. His eyes are red, glowing slightly in the dark. Srizz’s mask appears to be fused to his face, with two long, silvery lines flowing down over his shoulders to what used to be an amulet before becoming fused to his heartlight. The amulet/heartlight glows three distinctive colors at once: Red, green and blue. Bio: Srizz was a mercenary and assassin hailing from a small island chain far to the south. The elders discouraged travel and so few of his people are ever seen. His story is a long one, involving betrayal, murder, theft and general Piraka-esque behaviour. Suffice it to say he is not welcome among the peaceful people of his homeland. He is, however, an uncanny athlete among an already strong and agile people. Srizz carries his elder's sword, a hand-and-a-half sword with a wickedly curved blade sharp enough to cut protosteel, as well as the Zamor launcher he got from a Xian many years ago. The launcher can hold up to four Zamor spheres at any one time, and Srizz's personal favorite is a sphere full of acid. He also has an ammo belt filled with throwing knives, some Zyglak-made, and a Zyglak longsword at his side. Srizz’s amulet (or heartlight – fusion is confusing) enhances his strength, agility and perception noticeably, but not on the level of a Pakari or Kakama. With it, his already uncannily quick movements become lightning-fast; his unusual strength becomes noteworthy, though not exactly epic; and his already uncanny senses become attuned to even the slightest sights, sounds, smells, sensations or tastes. His mask allows him to breathe fire out to ten feet away. Srizz himself is highly resistant to fire, up to the point where even a toa would have trouble burning him. His tail is roughly a bio and a half long, prehensile and very strong. The warrior also carries a stone that allows him toa-like control over the element of Fire, though he need not be holding it – the stone only has to be on his person to allow him its powers. Aside from this, he has no elemental or supernatural powers of his own. His wings are even stronger, capable of lifting his (surprisingly light) weight to great heights and flying him around with both speed and agility. His amulet (now fused to his heartlight) enhances his already formidable physical abilities. Srizz cares nothing about the lives he ends to get what he wants, and will stop at nothing to achieve his own selfish ends. It seems a bit overpowered, I know, but consider that he has no elemental powers of his own - it's all skill and powerful items. Species: Matoran Mask: Aquamarine Zatth Gender: Female Loyalty: Light Element: Water Weapon: A small water dagger Appearance: Medium-size all round, with a small pouch which she keeps her water dagger in. She has an average Matoran build, and has aquamarine armour. Bio: After finding out about the Civil War and seeing one of her best friends being killed by a Muaka, Trossi never wanted to see violence again. She likes to think of herself as a civilian, but even she admits that she was part of an army in the Civil War, and will never be able to live it down. She is often the voice of reason in any group she is travelling in, though she doesn't use sarcasm to get her point across, as she thinks that it is not very friendly and could spark a fight if used too often. Name: Trortor Species: Toa Mask: Brown Pehkui Gender: Male Loyalty: Light Element: Stone Weapon: Stone Sword Appearance: Very tall, with a sheath on his hip for his Stone Sword. He also has large hands, foot additions on his feet, and Nuva Torso armour. Bio: The last surviving member of his team, the Toa Hortoc, Trortor was very lonely. He tried to join other Toa teams, but they didn't know who he was, and thus ignored him. After wondering around longer, he ended up in the welcoming arms of Terros Nui. There he made friends with a Matoran named Trossi. They make a great team, and were both loners. ![]() A protector to his core, Xatu is quite possibly the last Toa of magnetisim alive. He sees all matoran as precious life, and will do anything to gaurd their lives... even if it means sacrificing his. Xatu can utilise the power of magnetisim- he's able to draw objects towards himself, or forcibly repel them. He wears the kanohi Mahiki, the mask of illusion, which he often uses to disorient opponents or conceal himself. |

Type: Toa Native: Metru Nui (Originally Voya Nui Prior to it splitting into Voya/Mahri) Element: Shadow Mask: Kanohi Volitak, Mask of Stealth Weapons: A Double Bladed Style Weapon which can split into Two Single Blades. Appearance: A Toa with Metru style Bladed Armor. Black and White in color. Other Info: Used to be a Toa of Light but was attacked by a shadow leech and ended up having all his light drained. Although he now has no power of light he is not an evil toa. But simply a toa with shadow powers.
