Does anyone have a mini comic from the bohrok sets?
If you do, have you realised at the beginning of the comic it shows bohrok, folded up in there cans right?well, in the cans is some kind of liquid. could that be protodermis?

More likely it's some kind of nutrient fluid to keep the Krana alive. As far as we know, liquid protodermis is an opaque, silvery-white color.
