So, Metal Gear Solid 4 in a few more days. Any of you guys picking it up? That game is pretty much the sole reason why I'm buying a PS3.

I have heard that Crysis 2 won't be PC exclusive, so maybe that's what you heard.
It's just weird, Im' a big Crysis fan, and I haven't heard any confirmation of it.  Oh well... It would be nice for it to be ported, though, since it would gain more popularity. -D- --------------------  |

About two years ago, I doubted the PS3 and thought it would flop badly. But now I see that Sony has begun to pick up the pace and get things working again. I'm planning to get the MGS4 PS3 bundle pack.

To clarify, the coupon is for the game PAIN. I just downloaded it today after looking through the bundle box again and finding the coupon. It's a fun game, and it's normally $10. And the extra storage is really useful, I transfered all of my music over to my PS3, and now I can play it through my family's speaker system.

Right now it's that first. Once GoW3 comes out though, it'll probably be that second.
The Wii isn't up there because it's generally intended for either extremely casual older gamers (Or wannabe Mario's >.<) or people in the 7-13 age range. in my opinion the ps3 is a good console and has a lot of potential given the chance, but sony have made a lot of mistakes with it meaning i wont buy it, mainly the high cost and the fact that theres no backwards compatability
theres only been many mistakes with marketing etc, in an attempt to try and beat the xbox 360. sorry sony you just cant cut it i have a 360 becaus they have a good choise of games (the ps3 does to but not as wide a range) and my brither has a wii cos hes a nintend nerd =P This post has been edited by -CP-: Jul 29 2008, 03:56 AM -------------------- |

Final Fantasy and Playstation were like apples and oranges (as they say). They just went together. I couldn't have imagined seeing a Final Fantasy title on the 360 of all systems. And since it's number 13, you'd assume the game would be quite massive and detailed, something the PS3 would be adept at running (plus the BD-ROMs have superior space). I can't imagine how such a game would work on the 360. I thought it'd be on the scale of, say, MGS4. Something truly only the PS3 can run.
