OOC: As far as I can tell it only happens to beings on the surface of Mata Nui. Since there haven't been many of those so far the revelation of elemental energies being drained just came in a bit late, the way I see it. But I digress.
IC: Krantek looked expectantly between the two Vahki.2 that had survived the mini-battle (the other three having been melted down by the fire toa). Eventually he decided they'd never reach a decision on their own (Robots, he thought with the mental equivalent of a sigh) so he randomly pointed at the Bordahk. "You stay on the island, the other one relays the message to Metru Nui. Go. Now. As in before I have you recycled into paperweights." -VM- This post has been edited by Vorzahk Master: Jun 9 2008, 01:09 PM -------------------- Everybody with your fist raised high,

OOC: Since I am in command of all Vahki operations...^^
IC: Neither of the Vahki moved. "Inefficient plan." Bordakh commented. He went over to one fo the wrecked Vahki and after looking at it for 3 seconds he punched a hole into its molten armour and extracted a technical device Krantek immediately identified as the Vahkis communication array. Bordakh loaded a pre-recorded onto it and jumped into the crater and hovered over the hole. He dropped the device into the spire and turned back to Krantek. "As soon as it gets in range the message will be transmitted. Satisfied?" he asked monotonely. OOC: Sorry Nihhz, but I am used that changes are introduced in the topics for the successing RPG, not before. -------------------- |

OOC: Just for future reference (and I've said this more than once) Temrud is a 2.8-bio tall axe-weilder who can comtrol plants that already exist. Not a Toa.
Congrats, Tanuki, for the First Nova Blast in the Devided City. IC: Temrud got blasted to the wall of the Guardian base from the Nova blast thet this Toa had preformed. He had better resilense than mots, being 2.8 bio tall as he was, but he was still covered with burns. He got up, tried to reach the Mask, but was once again hit by a mental blast. He felll to the ground, screaming. IC: Guard.1 stepped out of the Guardian base and grabbed the Pakari Nuva, then dashed back inside. -------------------- Official project leader of the BNG RPG! Kadriit grunted. That wouldn't have hurt this much if Aurion wasn't wearing heavy armor. Ow. Kadriit bent over as Aurion stepped back, his palms lighting up again. Haha, I forgot to tell you. Kadriit projected, gaining his breath back. I don't know what 'leave' means. Naturally, this was a total lie, meant solely for show. No, it was 'convinced' he didn't know. Kadriit jumped up, unleashing a tremor below Aurion. A hole opened up beneath him, tripping him. Kadriit didn't wait to see what happened next. He bolted down the hallway until he found the nearest door. He hit it, sending the two halves flying to the other side of the... Vahki storage room. Kadriit jumped back as hundreds of dormant Vahki greeted him. He turned and ran to another door. Locked. Aurion was coming up behind him. Somehting flew by Kadriits head and smashed into the wall, blasting a sizable hole in it. Next door. Locked as well, and also made of steel. It was the last door here, and there was no weakness in the foundation in this area. Kadriit shook the handle. He rattled it. He pounded the door. He kicked it and launched tremors at it, all the while turning around periodically to see how close Aurion was. Finally the door pretty much exploded, as if it could retain any force from impact until it got to a certain point, and then, well... boom. The beast dodged the shrapnel, and ducked into the room, Aurion launching blasts of energy at him. Kadriit took cover behind a counter, waiting for his eyes to adjust. When they did, he welcomed the room with a gasp. He had just ran into the... *to be continued* OOC: TL007, you get to pick the most horrible (yet reasonable -FD This post has been edited by FireDawn: Jun 11 2008, 06:09 PM -------------------- |

IC: Aurion
Aurion progressed forward with labored steps, each one an attempt at warning Kadriit that he needed to leave before the Vahki.2 were summoned. Aurion did not want to see another prisoner end up in the Wastes, so he had refrained from sending the signal. Of course, so absorbed in this was Aurion that he missed the gaping hole in the floor, causing him to stumble, allowing Kadriit to escape. Aurion wrenched himself free and flew after Kadriit, who had a sizeable lead on him. Security sensors were going wild as Kadriit threw door after door open, and Aurion knew exactly which room he was heading for. It made even Aurion hesitate before entering the darkened chamber. "System check: locks." Aurion said, accessing the mainframe. It was as he feared, the locks in the room had failed. He was just glad he was on the outside, it was far better than what Kadriit was facing. Chiikt... Chiikt... Chiikt... that was all Kadriit heard as he turned around. Three Tahnok had surrounded him, apparently they were awake and freed from the stasis tubes they were in after the shrapnel had flown into the room. The flame from their sheilds illuminated any number of rare or dangerous rahi, all of them slowly waking up after what had transpired. There was the sound of mechanical footsteps as Aurion stepped into the room, capturing two Bohrok in an energy field, shoving them into a stasis tube before activating it. Swiftly, more beams of energy split from Aurion's palms, each hitting the locking mechanism on a particular Rahi's cage, but he wasn't sure he would be fast enough. -------------------- "Valiant young soldiers singing songs: Fear not my downcast brothers, we are the strong arm of the law. OOC: Mind if I join in?
IC: Krantek casually strolled through the lobby (or what was left of it) looking for the hallway he had seen Aurion in through the security sensors. It wasn't that he particularly cared about his little scrap with the beast, but he knew Aurion best among the Order, so the skakdi preferred to report to him. Giving up the hope that he could find Aurion by chance, Krantek viewed the sensors again. The armored toa seemed to be standing just inside a particular room where the other sensors showed the beast had gone. It looked like he was trying to contain a bunch of rahi that were trying to escape. Perhaps they had only now been released from their cages. Krantek didn't much care how. It was time to earn some more bonus points. Using the sensors in the building to guide him, Krantek ran down hallway after hallway, occasionally backtracking, until he finally reached the place Aurion stood. The technopath took a proper look inside the room. Oh. He thought. That's a lot of cages. A lot of the rahi had yet to leave their cages. Aurion was rapidly shutting several, but an overwhelming number looked about to spew forth even more beasts of every description. Luckily they seemed to be mechanically sealed. Krantek reached out with his mind into the room. It was a big one. He almost couldn't feel all the locks. Taking as many as he could handle at once, he began mentally locking the cages before the rahi could get out. Almost a score of cages closed at once, the lights turning green to indicate a safe lock. Now to do the rest. -VM- -------------------- Everybody with your fist raised high,

IC: Gurnok scowled. The Kanohi was out of their hands again. They would have to fight their way through these Guardians to retrieve it. But first he had to get to Kakriok. They would only win this if they stood united - a very un-Skakdi thought, but true.
Kakriok got punched in the face. It didn't hurt. In fact, Agni didn't even feel the punch connect. He saw it hit, but for some reason his fist seemed to stop in its tracks as soon as it touched the Le-Skakdi's skin. Kakriok grinned and returned the punch with a much harder and more successful once. Agni was nearly thrown onto the ground. An energy blast fed by the Toa's own muscle power struck his feet, and this time he did fall. Kakriok ran towards Gurnok, trampling Agni on the way. On purpose. Vines wielded by Tassy and Temrud together assailed him, but Kakriok took one ax in each hand and sliced the vines to shreds faster than they could grow back. He jumped over the sprouts that replaced the first batch and arrived at Gurnok's side. "Five to two," Kakriok mumbled. It was not a complaint, just a statement. "Yes," agreed Gurnok, launching binding beams at Dranex. The energy ropes stabbed through the porous earth wall like bullets and wrapped around the Guardian second-in-command's ankles. A swift j'erk of Gurnok's head brought him to the ground like a felled tree. "I almost feel sorry for them, don't you?" Tassy whispered through grinding teeth, She summoned two large poisonous fines and sent them after the Sadki, after grabbing them they emeediatly grinded against their rugh bodies letting the poisonous asid out to drip onto their captives bodies. OOC: Actually, the Pakari got snatched by Guard.1 and returned to the base.
IC: As previously mentioned, no physical damage could penetrate Kakriok's invulnerable body. This included poisonous spines. But Gurnok felt the poison enter his bloodstream, felt it flow into his veins, setting his blood aboil. His breathing rate quickened. It was like a fever, and he was sure it would get worse as it spread. "Gurnok!" Kakriok yelled. He grabbed the vines constricting him and his brother in his fists and angrily ripped them apart. As soon as Gurnok was released, his brother rushed to his aid. "What happened? Are you okay?" asked Kakriok, concerned. Gurnok gruffly pushed Kakriok away. "I'm fine," he grunted. "I can stand up by myself. Don't be so melodramatic, Kakriok." But beads of sweat had accumulated on his forehead, and his cheeks were flushed. It seemed a strain just to lift his Cordak blaster. "All right," Kakriok said doubtfully. Nevertheless, he obediently withdrew. "Whatever you did," he shouted at Tassy, "I'm gonna make you wish you, uh, hadn't done it!" It was not the most creative threat, as threats go, but it had feeling behind it. Kakriok launched the last of his kinetic energy reserve, knocking the female Toa back. Gurnok swept in, dragging his feet, and grabbed the Toa of Plant Life roughly around the arms while she was recovering from the blow. His eyes glowed, launching yellow beams that wrapped around Tassy's throat - not tightly, but with the impression that it would soon become a whole lot tighter. "All right, I don't think I have to tell you do-gooders how the hostage thing goes," Gurnok shouted. "But everyone is going to drop their weapons - that includes you, gardener," he added, stepping painfully on Tassy's foot. Tears welled in her eyes and she dropped the dagger; one or two bones nearly snapped. "Now just give us the mask, or I kill the... the girl. Yes. Girl." He smiled satisfactorily, proud of himself for remembering. OOC: Nih's suggestion, just so you all have someone to blame for the cliche-ness. -------------------- |

OOC: *Steps in*
What? You've got them outnumbered six to two. And besides, all the explosions and stuff--easy to spot and stuff. Or I could have just tailed Krakkers and Girly. That works. IC: "Oh, threats already, kiddo?" a disembodied voice exclaimed gleefully. "So un-Toa like... but then again, what's a petty code to you?" With that, a golden and black mist lazily floated in... and then condensed. Black mingled with gold, squeezed together, and formed the body of Dharrakh, the rakhshi... with the usual grin on his face. He was standing at ease, almost as if this was a mere skirmish to him. To reinforce the nonchalance that he possessed, the rakhshi yawned. The Nash may not give a widget about each other, but they cared enough to send backup--just in case things went south. Like this situation. Concealed backup, in case of potential betrayals or snags. And Dharrakh was said backup. "Now, now, boy. If ya feels like it, you could drain all the heat from Girly there. YOu could possibly kill us all. BUt then--what's the next step to downfall, I wonder?" Dharrakh drawled. "There ain't none." WIth that, he leveled his staff at the Guardians, who didn't move, lest they accidentally cause GUrnok to blow Tassy eight ways to Sunday, saying, "An' lemme add to the hostage situation here. You there, stop acting shifty. Give us the thing, or you'll likely be breathing asphalt and cement, ye ken? Cuz, ya see, we don't need your man here. Upkeep and all that. And really, I betcha that you need him. More than you need some old mask?" OOC: Gender confusion is the BEST insult EVAR. This post has been edited by Albino Panda Nihhz: Jun 12 2008, 12:51 PM |

IC: On a deserted street, a wind blew through a side alley, across some trash bins, and too the spot where a large column had risen up. The wind was not the beginning. The Wheel of Time has neither beginnings or ends. But it was a beginning. The wind found its way to where poeple were standing around, looking at the misterous structure. Among them were many motoran. But one matoran stood out. He was lime green, orange, gray, and white. He carried what looked like two curved swords fastened toghether at the hilts, so that the blades stuck out in opposite directions. He had green eyes.
The matoran looked up at the column, searching for a way in. There were many holes in the bottom, true, but there were also Vahki.2 with orders to let no one pass guarding those holes. Other beings had gotten in, but they all had mad their own entrances. Maybe this matoran could do the same. But first he needed a way across. He wished he was like Solek. Then he could just make a bridge of Light and wal across. But he was not Solek. And thus, he had to find another way to the island this misterous structure rested on. The Matoran looked around. He saw a few bits of metal lying around, and one big one. The matoran went for the big one. It was hard to move, but the matoran somehow managed it. He pushed the metal into the water, jumped aboard, and started paddling. When he reached the island, the matoran jumped off of the metal and looked at what he had come to. It was just a bid rock, if one that seemed infininte. The Matoran showed his ID to some Vahki.2, and they let him pass. The matoran looked up once he was in the Spire. It was a long climb up. But he could do it. He was Phalop. [color] This post has been edited by MuakaForce: Jun 12 2008, 01:10 PM -------------------- Official project leader of the BNG RPG! Check it out |

IC:
Kadriit was actually having a good time. I mean, aside from the monstrous things jumping out from all sides, this fight was just becoming more and more fun. Seriously. The coliseum was like a playground for messed up people. It had everything imaginable in it. And Kadriit was said messed up person. The Bohrok were re-caged. While the chaos ensued, Kadriit had slipped around to the back of the room, a nasty surprise in store for Aurion and... Him again?! Kadriit thought as he saw the armored being from the parking lot helping Aurion sweep the room. Geez, this is going nowhere fast. He thought as a tremor rocked the bottom of two stasis tubes, sending the Bohrok occupants flying into the warriors. Kadriit walked over to them, smirking at their yelps of surprise. Two against one? Kadriit asked, raising his claws above the other warriors face. From what he had heard Aurion say, this one was called Krantek. That's not nice. OOC: I don't mind at all. And with our destination at the end of the fight, this will just keep getting interesting. This post has been edited by FireDawn: Jun 12 2008, 01:28 PM -------------------- |

IC: As Akimae hovered around where he guessed Kini Nui was supposed to be (at the center), he frowned. How to get in... how to get in...
And frankly, he wasn't entirely sure about whether he wanted to be inside by himself... chiktchiktchikt He heard it. However faint as it may be, he heard it. The ominous sound was getting stronger... OOC: In all fairness, I'm not sure whether the bohrok should be intro'd yet, so perhaps you should get back down, or unless TPTI okays it? Plus, you wouldn't be able to tell that it's bohrok just by that sound. |

IC: Krantek glared at the two bohrok. As soon as he saw them, he knew he was looking at some prime work. But that was a point for another time. He saw the organisms controlling them, and saw exactly how to get rid of them.
Reaching out with his mind once more, the technopath took control of the bohrok away from the weak-minded krana. The creatures were used to having their Bahrag telling them what to do. With that voice absent from their thoughts the slimy little things were reduced to mindless carnage. Krantek's far more sophisticated mind easily overpowered both of theirs at a distance, took control of the bohrok and started using them to drive back the rahi. Easy as madu pie. Luckily the instinct-driven rahi feared fire (in most cases, anyway) and shied away from the short jets of flame wielded by the tahnok. With them under his control it was relatively easy to drive the rahi back into their cages, from where Aurion locked them with his gloves. "Ahh, simplicity itself." He said casually about halfway through the room. They ran into the occasional rahi that wasn't afraid of fire, but it was generally afraid of a plasma blast right in front of its nose. "You can thank me anytime, by the way." He added, grinning inside his armor. -VM- -------------------- Everybody with your fist raised high,

OOC: Bad grammer as well Nihz. You loose your credibility after a while through it. Unless Yoda your name is.
IC: Agni contemplated for a moment. "Big words sluggy." he taunted. "If you are worried about my code of honour, why don't we duke this out without hostages, eh? Or are you afraid your kingpins might cut something of value off of your bodies?" He knew fully well that the Nash wouldn't give up there advantage. That would be stupid and Rahkshi weren't exactly dumb, but right now the Nash had no way out of their situation. Tassy had made her standpoint clear and if the Nash killed her they wouldn't get the mask. A stalemate so to speak... -------------------- |

VENGEANCEWILLBEMINBEMINEBEMINE IC: The jaws of Dharrakh split into a macabre version of a grin--it was all that Agni could do to NOT chuck a flaming ball of slag into it--and he spoke again. "Whatcha on, mate? You outnumber us, ya know. 'Sides, I suppose that your friend would kinda disagree. We wouldn't be the ones getting stuff cut off." "Friend?" Agni asked. "Yeah. You know him. IC: Kakriok edged over to the Guardian base and smashed his forehead into the outside wall, with all his might. Then he did it once more, and again. A few of the Guardians watched the stupid Skakdi go insane with some interest. It was more fun to watch than the hostage situation. But Agni and Dharrakh remained focused on shouting at each other and acting smug.
An energy beam came out of nowhere and caught Agni in the shoulder with the force of a sledgehammer. He spun around a little and went flying backwards into Temrud. "'Nuff talking," Kakriok grunted, smoke rising from his outstretched palm. "Now's killing time." With no apparent regard for his own safety or the mission, ignoring the odds stacked against him, Kakriok charged boldly into the crowd of Guardians, swinging his blades like a berserker warrior. "That idio..." mumbled Gurnok. "Gonna get killed..." His brain had been telling his legs to keep the rest of Gurnok propped up. The legs stopped paying attention, and Gurnok went down. Tassy was dragged down with him, the bind vision still in effect, pulling her down behind the Skakdi and nearly choking her in the process. -------------------- |

OOC: You do realize that he's got antoher bargainign chip--Onua?
IC: "Ow!" Dharrakh winced. "Kay, guess that means your legendary pal's not so important, so we can just gerron with it?" A wall of fire rushed up to meet him. "Guess so." With that, Dharrakh spun away, evaporating the ground before the wall of flames. The gasses formed, absorbed some of the impact, lessening the power-- but some of the flames still hit him. Dharrakh was sent back, although he managed to cushion the impact of rahkshi into wall by slamming the point of his staff into the ground. Balance regained, he advanced on Agni, staff spinning. Agni readied his weapon--only for the ground under him to evaporate in a haze of tan gas, causing him to sink. People didn't eat asphalt. He didn't want to see what happened to those who breathed it... |

OOC: No he doesn't realize. He's focused on the "now". IC:Luckily Agni knew the ideal removal of anything undesired in the air: incineration. Another cloud of fire burned up whatever gas there was in the air around him, in the meantime using his mask of flight to get clear of the ground. Crack-crack-THUD.
Tanuki started shifting the rocks and rubble off of him. He had no idea how long he'd been unconsciences or how badly the blast had hurt him. But based from the muffled yells and shaking ground, it would apear the battle was still going. Putting his shoulder against a bouler, he pushed the rock aside. Once he was free of the stone prison, he began to examine himself. His armor was scorched and scratched. His muscles were screaming at him. He was, overall, a mess. But the worst part was his elbows and knees. The armor on them had apparently been completely destroyed. The tissue underneath was scorched and thin, stringy like old dried out meat. Doctor or not, he knew that would never heal. But I can't leave that as an open target he thought. So, he picked out four fist sized rocks and fused them to his joints. Normally this would be near impossible, but apparently the experiance was causing much more than normal amounts of energy to be leaking out from those places, making it very easy to fuse. Turning back to the battle, Tanuki sprinted towards a berserking Skakdi. Catching the blades on the rocks on his arms, he slammed into the Skakdi with all his might. Problem was, that wasn't much at this point. While Tanuki went sprawling into the Guardians, the Skakdi was only stopped. However, the blades had been thoughly dulled on the stones. "Good thing about rocks," Tanuki smirked, "they're so hard-headed that they don't know when they're supposed to be cut." -------------------- The black sun rises in a crimson sky

Agni groaned and struggled, but as he saw the Skakdi raise his arm again he burst into flames. Kakriok howled and let go. The Toa kicked him off of himself and, superheating his palm, raced at the Skakdi, seizing him by the throat and slamming him into the wall. Agni heard a gagging behind him and quickly turned before Kakriok recovered. He hurled a ball of flame amidst the cloud of gas, missing Tassy's head and incinerating a good portion of the Rahkshi, before turning around again facing Kakriok with glowing palms. "Come on brickhead, show me what you got." -------------------- |

IC: Kakriok felt the sting of the lightning blasts crashing into his body, but he endured it. Skakdi were built to last, otherwise they would have all wiped themselves out thousands of years ago.
"Outta my way," said Kakriok, through gritted teeth. He lifted his twin cutter and slashed at Temrud. It certainly wasn't the best he had ever done, but the blades were sharp, and that was what mattered in the end. -------------------- |

Tanuki slowly pulled himself up. "Karzahni, did I get knocked out again?" he muttered. Sometimes he wasn't sure if having one of the worst cases of permanent insomnia on record was a good or bad thing. It certainly made hard to work in the mornings. Dragging himself to his feet, Tanuki winced at a throbbing pain on his head. " Oh yeah, I owe that skakdi something. Time to pay it back... with interest." Once inside the guardian base, however, Tanuki stared blankly at the few still battling. The only ones that he knew which side they were on was the Guardian creating vines and the skakdi. Time to help... him( Tanuki still hasn't been told Temrud, or anyone else's, name) he thought. Shuffling through his bag again, Tanuki finally felt the familiar shape of a kanohi. However, he was looking for a kakama, not a pakari. He looked inside the bag to find it only to see- "It's not there. Of course, Karzahni take me should I ever have good luck, it's gone." Guess strenght it is then he thought replacing his argos with the new kanohi. Charging towards the skakdi, he slashed his sword against the twin cutter, leaving a deep gash in one of the blades. The skakdi raised a leg to kick him but Tanuki caught it. Just then another blast of electricity rocketed towards them. It passed right through them, knocking them apart. Then the blast hit a large protodermis door. Oh no, Tanuki thought. That blast turned it into a MAGNET!(Yes, this actually IS possible) And predictably everything metal object in the room flew towards the door, including... My hand?! Tanuki thought. He looked down. He hadn't defused the sword from his arm yet, meaning that it along with him and a hundred other razor sharp weapons were all about to collide against that door. Just another ordinary day for me, huh Karzahni? -------------------- The black sun rises in a crimson sky

OOC: To turn metal into an electromagnet, the current has to be continuous. A blast wouldn't do it.
GM: "No Tassy!" An earthen wall sprang up around her, preventing her from getting to Dharrak, at least for the moment. "Toa do not kill!" Oh Dranex made excuses for her to stay in the base, but he never divulged the real eason. The fact, if she was allowed to go an be a warrior, a fighter, a slayer, she might be very good at it indeed... IC: Dranex, while 'concerned' for Tassy's adherence to the code and Dharrakh's safety, didn't realyl care abotu the collateral damage done to the rakhshi. And thus, some 'careless' earthen walls smashed him into the ceiling, reducing him to little more than a paste.
Literally. They could barely see the look of 'surprise' on Dharrakh's features, as he was swept up, although they coudl hear something else: "Nrrgh... killers..." Said paste remained on the ceiling, before dripping back down on the floor. It appeared that Dranex, in his haste, had accidentally become the killer. The Onu-Toa was too distracted with Tassy, and vice-versa, that they never noticed that a bit of the ensuing black and gold mush slowly creeped away... uphill. IC:
Pestilence made it a personal requirement to be able to recognize and identify any Guardian member immediately, by voice or appearance, to prevent any embarrassing "Uh... yea, who are you?" moments when a Guardian requested a mission. So he immediately saw Tassita get swallowed by a wall of earth, and became cautious. He was sitting behind a metal bunker, peering through it and watching the fight. He had been able to figure out most of the fight patterns, but there were still some missing links. Particularly how in Karzhani he had been suddenly thrown from his cover (along with the bunker) and toward a door where, unbeknownst to him, a plethora of weapons and a confused matoran were heading. The magnet stopped, the source of whatever caused it ending. Pestilence hit the ground, his arm aching slightly. He grimaced as a burst of agony tore through his arm and then vanished. I have to get to the medical facilities fast. This cast won't hold forever. he thought. The fight outside seemed to be fine, while inside seemed more... well, to some blood crazy axe wielding Skakdi, fun. Pestilence wasn't a blood crazy axe wielding Skakdi, but did need to get into the bunker. So a simple swing of his mace tore through the door, and he stepped through the gash in the metal. "Knock knock everybody. It seems I have visitors." he spoke, more to himself than to the... oh. What do you know, blood crazy axe wielding Skakdi. Huh. -FD This post has been edited by FireDawn: Jun 18 2008, 04:37 PM -------------------- |

OOC: Where did you get those Kanohi, Tanuki? Because, the rule is only one per person, unless you get an extra as a reward.
IC: Gurnok had lapsed back into consciousness, and was expecting (hoping) to drift back into the wonderfully painless darkness when he caught a snippet of the words being spoken in the nearby battle. "Yeah, they only fill you up with poison until your brain's half-melted," he wheezed, and was unconscious again. Couldn't resist. IC: "You again," grunted Kakriok, displeased. He leaned forward and punched Tanuki in the face, knocking him to the floor. "Now where was I?" said the Skakdi, looking back at Guard.1 and the mask in its robotic hands. "Oh yeah." Forcing himself to move quickly, though a reasonably fast trot was all he could manage, Kakriok lunged for the mask, barreling into the robot. As the robot fell back, metal feet screeching against the floor, Kakriok's claws closed on an Pakari Nuva eyehole. "Good job, Kakriok," he muttered to himself, making a strained grin. But now he had to go back the way he had come, and there was certain to be more unpleasant surprises waiting for him. But he was halfway there. -------------------- |

IC: Dharrakh didn't appreciate being smacked. No sirree no! And that hurt. Even as he marshaled parts of the Dharrakh mass away, to find the mask, he wondered how he'd get said mask out of the Guardian's hands.
So, it came as a very pleasant surprise, that in his wanderings down the corridor (staying hidden in the shadows), to find the brute... holding a mask. He wasn't entirely sure whether it was the mask, but he'd have to gamble on it. Inching forward, staying hidden in Kakriok's shadow, he hissed lowly, so that only the Le-skakdi could hear, "Hey, keep looking up." Kakriok, on any other given day, would have ignroed the command and looked down. But when you had about five people screaming for your blood, you had little choice but to keep on your toes. "Good. I'm here to get the mask... just drop it, kay?" Kakriok seemed reluctant to do so, so Dharrakh threw in an extra snippet. "Oh yeah. They kinda killed yoru bro and then stabbed him. And poisoned again. Oh, and teabagged." |

tertrax IC: As tertrax ran into the hallway he found a weapon room and unlocked it with his arm then grabbed his weapons. Then he blasted open the wall which turned out to be a vahki base filled with about 100 vahki. So he decreased his own gravity and flew up into the air as the vahki shooted then increased his gravity and busted through the floor and then went through the halls and looked for a way out.

Shaikan IC: Shaikan felt her surroundings change, and she looked up. She was in the Po-Metru chute station. She got up and slipped into the control room. The controls lay in front of her. She grabbed the two Matoran that were at the controls' necks and cut them. She then grabbed a lever leading to Ga-Metru, and pulled. She did this to all the levers, stopping all chute-flow. By now security had noticed and they barged into the control room. Shaikan hurled a white-hot ball of fire at them, melting their armor. More came in, attacking her. She pulled out a transmiter and quickly yelled into it, "Calling all Nash members near or in Po-Metru, please assist me, Shaikan, at the Po-Metru chute station. This is an order from the kingpin of Po-metru.
OOC: And they won't even know why. -------------------- |

IC: Kakriok had been just about ready to collapse while Dharrakh had been talking before, but at the news of his brother, his eyes flashed red, and his limbs flooded with raw hate and rage, and his muscles bulged with adrenaline. He shouted some words, but they were garbled into something like, "GSHNVKNKRVRRRRK!" by his white-hot anger.
"OK, great," said Dharrakh, wiping Skakdi spit off his face. "Now, be a good little boy and give Uncle Dharrakh the mask, k?" To the Rahkshi's displeasure, it didn't work. Kakriok did not hear him, did not drop the mask, but instead jumped to the wall and punched through the solid stone, holding the Pakari Nuva in the same hand. Dharrakh cringed when he heard the wall crack, but the Kanohi was amazingly unharmed. It was glowing, too, which was odd since Kakriok was not wearing it on his face and wouldn't gain anything from that in any case. Yet there was the mask, glowing bright red. Thin tendrils of energy flowed up Kakriok's arm from the mask, seeming to feed both his power and his rage. Huge veins bulged in Kakriok's neck, and he smashed another wall, this time with his head. He didn't really seem to be trying to achieve anything by this, Dharrakh observed. He was just sort of blowing stuff up for no purpose. Looked like Kakriok was trying to blow off a little steam before he went outside to face Gurnok's supposed murderers. Perhaps he was waiting until he had calmed down enough for the thinky part of the brain to start working. Either that, or he was trying to collapse the Guardian base. And at this rate, he might just succeed. -------------------- |

OOC: Toa MoE, you can't do it just liek that, I'm afraid. You can't just walk around increasing gravity, breaking vahki.2, and then escape like that, especially in a post that short.

Agni floated back to consciousness. He looked and stared at Garvons eyes, then he suddenly was clear-minded again, despite the pain.He grabbed Garvons shoulder hard. "The Mask!? Where is the mask?" Both Toa looked at each other for a second, then they heard a smashing sound, simoultaneously they turned their heads towards the source, looked back at each other and one blink of an eye later they were on their feet, Agni running despite it hurt like Karzhani, thanks to Kakriok. They found the Skakdi by following the noise he made, which was unable to be not heard, but hesitated for a second round the corner. "Can't be harmed physically...any idea?" Agni asked under his breath. -------------------- |

The dust in the room had settled, and now Pestilence could properly see his surroundings. The fight had moved down the hall, everyone in the main bunker recovering from their wounds. As much as Pestilence would like it, he was never one to recover from his wounds while a crazed madman was being chased by another crazed madman inside his home. Pestilence ran down the hall, a puddle-like... thing, entering his view. A stone flew into his face, essentially clothes-lining him. He collapsed, skidded across the floor, and came to rest about ten feet in front of the baffled liquid. -FD This post has been edited by FireDawn: Jun 18 2008, 05:29 PM -------------------- |

IC: "No, not a clue" Garvon replied. "How 'bout a few rounds of energy bursts?" he asked raising his gun for Agni to see. "Either way they'll still be distracting, so what if I go in there and cause a distraction for you to sneak up on Mr. Noisy and take him out?"
