IC: Storm walked out from the shadows and kept his hand on his magnum, "Good work." He told her.

IC: Jenny was surprised to hear this and turned around, "oh thanks" she replied, "what are you doing out here"

OOC: Use IC and OOC please, Kensei.

IC: "I'm here because this is my home and I want to eradicate these Krux from all of England" Storm replied.

IC: "well, that makes sense" replied Jenny, "I just wasn't expecting you to show up in this particular spot, anyway, my names Jennifer, but if you want you can just call me Jenny and you are..."

IC: "Storm Marone. Pleased to meet you."

Josh looked at Alex.
“Now that you mention it, I know you. You’re the kid that got out of the army base back a few months ago. Oh, what was the name? New Vancouver Fort, that was it. Krux over ran the place, and some how you survived. Something foot men talked about. I always thought it was some trick that the government made to rase moral. Something like, “if that kid can do, you can” thing. But then the was reports of you beaching some high level bases. Of course, should it not be for my rank, never would know about it.”
“I’m not sure about this, but I’m the rank of major. You are?” Silvia asked. Josh turned to look at her, and stated
“Army Captain.”
“Well, I’m a higher rank, but I never heard of this kid?” Silvia asked, looking at alex.
“Well, that’s do to me. The army was sending out a coded message to all the personal, but I destroyed the sender. Guess never got to you.” Alex said, smiling. Josh looked at alex, and said,
“you’ve got a good reason to leave. But you can stay-“ josh was cut off be a krux jumping out of the portal. Alex tossed a knife at the krux, and it in the leg. Then josh cont.
“Your friend, seeing the rank she’s in, could save you. But more army personal won’t be here for a long time. This go’s ageist my training, but I’ll not going detain you, as long as you don’t run off.” josh could see that Alex wasn’t to happy about it.
“Fine, fine. I’ll stay. But I get my share of krux kills.”

IC: Storm reached into the shadows where he was and produced a large energy blaster (see my profile). He aimed and fired which took out the Krux but the recoil knocked Storm back into the wall.

IC: "well that was fast" said Jenny, she then turned around and looked at Storm, "are you ok" she asked, "I think so," replied Storm, "I can see why you want to get rid of them," said Jenny, "that was a huge one, very unusual, was it some kind of elite unit or boss or something"

ooc: Thx, TNoA. That wasn't too bad.....

ic: "You'll get a pair of handcuffs, if you even so much as move for a weapon again," Josh said, signaling for one of the Seraphs to come forward. He turned to him and said,"Watch him, and make sure he doesnt make a break for it. I want you to stick to him like glue, got it?"
The Seraph nodded, and then Josh turned to the rest of them,"All right! Listen up! I want all of you to spread out and gather all military personnel within 100 yards of this position. Meet back here in a half hour. You have your orders, now follow them! No excuses will be accepted for being late!"
The Seraphs all moved out in various ways, some teleporting, a few levitating off, some traveling in other ways, but most of them traveling by foot.
"Now, we wait," Josh said, moving over to one of the buildings, sitting down, and pulling out some gun polish to begin polishing his weapons.......

IC: "So, why are you fighting them?" Storm asked.

[Atton Rand]

IC: "well what do you expect me to do" replied Jenny, "just stand there and let them take over the world and kill me, although there is probably a better way to defeat them than just fighting them, because they just keep coming," suddenly she heard something...

[koji toa of ice]

IC: Storm drew his magnum at the sound, "I guess you're right. The main reason I'm doing this is they killed my fiancee."

ah, I’m a underworld guy, and I’ve got a superhuman guarding me.
IC:
Alex was disgusted. He was a free spirt, and now he was stuck. But of course, he didn’t go to the underworld for nothing. He had a history of stealing, and stealing form the army. He’d been detained more than once, but he always broke out.
Just like he was going do now. He looked at the Seraph guarding him.
“Mind if a walk around to a bit?” the seraph grunted, and alex began walking. But he saw that the army personal didn’t stop watching him. Alex had saw the seraph put his gun on ‘high stun’, and knew that the man wouldn’t flinch before shooting him. Alex did a test. He shot his hand out, and saw that the seraph rased his gun faster than the eye could see.
very, very fast reflexes. Alex knew he couldn’t run away, and that these “seraphs” weren’t going be as easy to kill as a krux. And the same day he blew up the sender of a message with all of his info, he saw something few eye’s saw. It was a file on data for the seraphs. Of course, that file had been destroyed to some part. But every thing that it said, or form what alex understand, the seraphs had one weakness. They would some time’s let there guard down if they got talking. It was a one out of eight chance, but it still was enough. Alex began to think of some way to get the seraph talking...

sorry bout adding this weakness, but it’s a very small weakness, and the chances of it working are slim.

ooc: well, actually, it wouldnt be a weakness shared by all Seraphs, but.....it could be a weakness that one specific Seraph has.......
anyway, I'd appreciate you editing out the fact that all Seraphs had that weakness.....

ic: Josh watched Alex out of the corner of his eye. He was testing them, without a doubt. What he didnt know was that Josh could stop him easily with just a small blast of water to his feet to knock them out from underneath him. Then, he would get handcuffed.
But, if he were smart on any level, he wouldn't try anything.....

IC: Grif reappeared on a rooftop. Looking down, he could see some sort of robot guarding a child. This is going to be way too easy, he thought. Jumping down, he looked at the kid and his guard. "Why hello there, soon-to-be-dead man," he said.

OOC: It's your turn now, TNoA.

[Atton Rand]

IC: "understandable," replied Jenny, "they killed a lot of people, but if we don't find a way to end this war there will be even more dead, I only kill them in self-defence" she drew her pistol and walked slowly down the road, she approached the wall, apparently something was behind it, she aimed her pistol at it, somewhat frightened, several bricks smashed out of the wall and a large krux charged through, knocking Jenny over, and slightly cutting her, it ran towards Storm who was just about to fire the Magnum at it, however Jenny grabbed her pistol (which had fallen next to her) and fired several shots at the Krux until it fell, she got up and looked at Storm, "we should probably get out of here before any more come" she said

IC: Silvia was flipping around one of her combat knives and slipped it back into the compartment on her rifle. "So, Captain could you tell me more about this special installment of the military?"

OOC: After watching CoR, I see that Silvia's fighting style is much like Keira's (if that is how you spell the name)

IC: "Yeah." He holstered his gun and picked up his energy rifle, "Do you have any idea where to go?"

ic: "I could, but then I'd have to kill you," Josh said,"Intel on our outfit is strictly classified. About all I can say is that we've each been genetically enchanced by experimental methods and have subsequently gained powers, each to a varying degree of strength. The armor we wear was specially designed for us. The shields are some of the strongest ever created by the human race.".................

IC: "If you are as good as you say, why the need for armor and shields? I was never given any and here I am today. I guess that you could kill me right now and not face reprecussions, as I am only a Major who left shortly after." Silvia said quietly.

IC: "probably away from here" replied Jenny, "come on," she lead Storm down the road and down a few other streets, "now we'll be found too easily out here, I have an apartment not too far from here if you like" she said

IC: "Fine, let's go there."

IC: Storm walked around, "Nice weapons. Classic. But I still prefer my magnum or any sort of revolver like weapon."

IC: "yeah, I can understand, but if you have a large Krux charging at you and you've somehow lost your gun, then a bayonet can be pretty useful," replied Jenny,

IC: "Yeah, I just haven't come across a good blade yet."

[Atton Rand]

IC: Jenny smiled, "well, a good switchblade works pretty well too" she replied

IC: "I'm looking for something longer, more like a kodachi or a dagger."

IC: "well that will be much harder to find" replied Jenny, "but there might be one or two lying around here"

IC: "If you have a dagger it would help me out."

[Atton Rand]

IC: "well," replied Jenny, "let's see," she opened up a closet door, revealing a whole storage of weapons "always good to be prepared" she said, "now let's see," she looked at a few compartments, until she opened up one full of various tools that are good for stabbing, she pulled out a few items, including a bayonet, switchblade, swiss army knife, and a broken sword, then opened another drawer, "I think this is the one you're looking for" she said, the drawer was full of a few knives, "that should solve you're knife problem,"

ic: Josh looked over at the woman.
"Why do we need them?" he asked her,"Quite simply because if the best soldiers have the best equipment, like we do, then they're that much more effective. This armor can withstand photon grenades without falling apart, and thats after the shields fail. It's got refractive coatings on it to deflect some of the impact of light based weapons fire. In short, its the most protective armor in the world today, but it's experimental, which makes the Seraphs the guinea pigs. Which, of course, all of us are used to. We've been guinea pigs for 13 years........"...........

IC: "I still prefer the old fashion way when it comes to equipment." Silvia said killing a Krux with a shot. "I would advise to take cover, but seeing as you basically wear your cover perhaps there is no point for you to."

ic: "Not true," Josh said, getting up and putting his gun polish away as laserfire went past him from behind. Quick as a whip, he turned, pulling one of his pistols out and firing it right into the head of his attacker.
Then, it was silent.
"We still need to take cover when in combat, because as good as this armor is, it isnt impenetrable. The shields, as strong as they are, take about 6 hours to fully charge back to maximum strength, and the armor itself can only withstand 3 blasts from a plasma grenade before it begins to fail. So, even though its highly advanced armor, it still doesnt replace the need for good old fashioned cover.".........

[Rakaru]

IC: "Whatever." Silvia said as she fired and nailed a Krux in the face.

OOC: Wow, this is moving fast, I was gone for 2 pages.

IC:

Robert continued driving around New York, watching for any Krux that could jump out at him. His pistol sat on the passenger seat, easily accessbile in case of emergency.

IC: "you're welcome" replied Jenny, "is there anything else I can do to help you"

Alex looked at the Krux.
“Do me a nice favor, kill him first?” the Krux did not reply. The seraph had turned his gun on the Krux, and began to yell, when Alex jumped on him, and covered up his face. He stumbled, and then fell to the ground. Alex got up, and said,
“kill me later. I still have some things left in life to do.”
*else were*
Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Alex run. Josh smiled. It was going be easy than he thought. Kill a Krux, and get the kid. Plus, judging the fact that the kid was wary of them, he maybe knew stuff about them. He had seen that look in his eye’s. The kid may need to be killed. But... his thoughts were cut off by a Krux landing in front of him. It was taller than most, but it seemed due to a armor.
“Ah, rats.”
Else were, the seraph got up. A kid! He got over powered by a kid! He was meant to be one of the super humans that could over power ten’s of Kruxs! And now a kid fooled him! True, his mind had set to the huge Krux in front of him, but now he had to explain to Josh!

Josh saw that Alex was heading this way. The kid boasted about being smart, and he was running the wrong way? Then he saw ten Krux after the kid. The kid tried to get past him and Silvia, but Silvia caught him, and Josh shot down the ten Kruxs. Then he looked back to the Krux.
“Um, I may want to say this, but I think this isn’t a day to day Krux.” Alex said, looking at the Krux.
