Pieces do not merit a space in the Price Guide, nor do prototype sets that have been only been seen on pics.

I'll think about the Sand Tarakava though. wink.gif

In future, PM me with any more suggestions you may have. wink.gif

Hey, I'm new here, so if my first post is supposed to go somewhere specifically, then i'm sorry for my ignorance. Anyway, wasn't there a promo called kraatu sometime in 2006 or something? And what exactly is a Bley rhotuka?

QUOTE(Setsuna @ Jul 28 2008, 06:12 PM) *
Why's the WMKK so much more expensive than before? I've never seen one reach 200 in the last year.

Thought about putting up the value of full sets?
Like:
Full set of kanohi.
Full set of Krana.
Full set of Kanohi Nuva.
Full set of Krana-kal.
Full set of Misprints.
Full set of GPKK, VMKK, ...

I did. I am going to be puttin up some items on eBay soon and I'll base my estimations on those.

There was. I just didn't put it up because I had no idea when it came out. The set database did not have it listed under any year. Thanks, though. biggrin.gif

A Bley Rhotuka is a Metru Grey Rhotuka that was available with early Bomonga sets. wink.gif

In case you need some early estimates for those full collections, I recently sold several. Krana ($100 for 104), Krana Kal ($50 for 48), Kanohi Nuva ($50 for a nearly complete set of 40), Euro misprints ($90 for 14), and my Kraata appear to be going for $800 in total value.

How much would an opened Hewkii Mctoran with Disk (all in Good Condition) be (No instructions)?
W/o The Disk?

And how much would a Pakari Disk cost?

How about an opened, complete Sukkorak w/ Can and Instructions and Two Rhotuka (Like the set should have)?

It is worth $12 USD because it was with an expensive playset at the time (BoMN), the playset got cheaper over the years but also got rarer. This is why it is worth $12 USD.

Airborne Kopaka, I'd say 50 cents, those launchers are fairly common.

Since people are making a huge deal over something so simple, I might as well put it just to please the crowd so they get what they want.

Since the Brown Komau, Dark Blue Matatu, and Dark Red Huna were never sent into BZP for confirmation of it being a misprint, they should be removed from the list and be labeled as faux misprints.

I'll go see if I can find the post.

You cleaned up the messes, and you glued down the strays. Oh oh oh! Now you're ready for love
I don't do the dishes, and I won't pay the bills, and I like to leave the laundry piled up in little hills
You can take me or leave me, 'cause I do what I will. Oh oh oh! But I'm ready for love.

I won't change if I'm too much girl for you. I won't change 'cause I don't want to, no I won't change 'cause I don't want to
No-o-o it's a shame! But I'm tellin' you the truth. I won't change 'cause I don't want to, I won't change 'cause I don't want to, no I don't no I don't

Iʼm sick of pretending, no I donʼt understand all the time that we spend playing games we never want to land
So Iʼll make this one easy, yeah if you want to please me then youʼll take me as I am

I don't want to run around in circles. I get dizzy my legs get tired. You tried, you started with a purpose, but all the things that you denied

You wrestle and you try to fight but youʼve been swallowed by this night, and now youʼre wanting to be free, you never should have changed for me

Ikki told me that the AB guys from the Chribbis Calendars had Lego make them for them. Which means we would have to ask the HQ in Norway. But that isn't exactly easy. Ikki said to ask Roger about this since he knows more about it than him. So I'll wait till he gets on MSN for more info.

Perhaps, but Roger C-T is. So point still stands.

And his status should have no effect on his reliability. Many people aren't a part of this site, doesn't mean they aren't reliable.

Reliability has nothing to do with being banned. Ikki left because he got bored. I completed my trade with him after he was banned and even received a free VMKK from him.

Let's just wait for Roger.

Sure it does. He hampered his reputation by getting himself in trouble. He didn't leave cuz he was bored.

Anyways since you want BZP to confirm everything, practically a good majority of this topic is deconfirmed.

And even if you get a possivle source of the Komau, that doesn't prove it is real because BZP didn't confirm it. Boy I love this game.

What majority? Make a list and we'll see which stays on and which doesn't.

Ah, but you have the mask to confirm it. Roger may have solid proof, besides just his knowledge on the subject. If it was made in Norway, records exist of it in Lego HQ in Norway.
Remember, either BZP has to verify it or we need proof like the prototype manas showing the yellow rurus.
If Roger can show us this, it wouldn't matter.

And being banned still doesn't affect credibility. You can't tell if someone is going to be banned in the future, so we can't believe anyone? Ikki was indeed bored with BZP, as he has confirmed over MSN just now.

There's also the fact of several other people finding the masks, Ikki even found it in a maskpack. At the time, he was not banned and you believed him back then. Either admit your policy of handling misprints in the past was not good enough or you're contradicting yourself and are wrong about this.

By your logic, Binky's mask is fake because you can't verify it either unless we have proof Lego made it.

As a Lego Ambassador, he recieved it from Lego Employee Jake McKee.

If you cannot take that as a reputable source, then I will not confirm the Brown Komau to be real. Ever.

And I am not using "my" logic. I am using your logic. You logic pretty states that if Lego didn't confirm it, then BZP has to.

Alright then.

I have the Brown Komau. It is tangible. It is brown. But I cannot verify its authenticity because it could be fake.

So Brown Komau isn't a Lego collectible.

There your logic wins. I am wrong. Brown Komau, Yellow Huna, Dark Red Huna, and Dark Blue Matatu are not official Lego collectibles, but are fakes.

If you can't tell real from fake, then we have a problem about what to put it as? You can't say it's fake because it was sent in and you can't confirm it to be a copy. But we can't say it's true either, but at least it was sent in and your test was inconclusive. Make a policy for these situations and we can avoid these discussions in the future.

May have missed my edit so reposting.

Jake McKee?

One thing we know is that these masks were not mass-marketed like the other clone companies that copy the canister sets (alliteration!) They were produced by LEGO for Trendus AB.

Present it to one of the Lego Officials,

I did that once. They didn't even know what it was.

Binky's mask would be fake too. Unless you wish to say how he aquired it.

It is real, since he acquired it from a Lego employee and I know the employee he got it from.

Jake McKee?

Since you seem to know a LEGO employee who has given out prototypes and misprints in the past, why don't you just ask him?

It isn't on a personal scale. I only know him through Bink. And I haven't seen him in ages.

Then it is clear that we need to contact the LEGO employee(s) who worked on BIONICLE in the early years, because it seems they may be the only people who can say for sure if these masks are real and why they were made in such limited quantities.
