Demons Of The Dawn Rpg, Approvified by Toaraga, and boy am I excited! Options

Hello, and good morning to all of you who have woken up, fallen down the stairs(I know you did), come to this flourishing forum and found this RPG! Now, as most RPGs do, this RPG has rules and a story, and sometimes a shop. And it's all in this post! So, are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin...

STORY

It is the year 2017, and it is a wonder that we have survived this long. For it has happened, and they are here. Not many will ever forget this. That may be because many are gone, not feeling, not talking, not moving, not even living. The cemeteries are everywhere someone has died, their ashes scattered across the land. Because of the creatures that came into this world.
The dragons.
They were supposed to be a myth, but there they were, flying, burning, hoarding. But most importantly, killing.
Of course, you must know what happened, and how they came. The Orbitary Eclipse. It cast the sun into shadow, twenty-three hours a day. A phenomenon of science. Many wondered, but were soon fleeing in terror when they saw dragons emerging from between the sun and the moon. Only China, Australia, the UK and the USA are still habitable. Now, we must take up arms and defend ourselves.

RULES

You've seen the story, now read the rules. YOU WILL OBEY THEM AT ALL COSTS.

1. No back-chatting to the RPG moderators(Or forum moderators, if we're lucky enough to get any).
2. 2. No killing the characters of other players unless they give permission or they've broken three rules.
3. Classic three-strike you're out punishment deal.
4. No flame or spam. Only a dragon's flame is allowed.
5. OOC and IC.
6. Don't make your own major plot developments unless one of the RPG moderators gives you the go-ahead.
7. No god-modding.
8. Don't assume complete powere over the RPG when none of the RPG moderators are on. I live in the Southern Hemisphere, so I can't be on all the time.
9. Don't go too fast. As I said, I can't always be here, so I can't constantly see what's happening in the RPG.
10. No filter dodging. Let us pretend for a moment that cookies is a swear word. This is filter dodging: C*okies. Now let us stop pretending cookies is a swear word, because I love cookies.
11. No half-dragons unless an RPG moderator lets you have one. That doesn't mean whinge and complain to all RPG moderators until they say yes, you have to be a really good player.
12. Have fun!

JOINING

It's simple. Simply fill out this form with your character profile, post/PM it, and wait for approval. Here's the form now. Remember, you can only have up to two characters. If you have permission to have a half-dragon character then this extends to three.

Username:(Your BZPower username. Anyone who doesn't know this probably shouldn't join.)
Character Name:(Your character's name. Remember to be realistic if your character is human, so I don't want any human Zartons.)
Gender:(Is your character a boy or a girl?)
Age:(How old is your human character if you have one?)
Species:(Human or dragon? Only players with special permission can have half-dragons. RPG moderators don't need this permission.)
Appearance:(What does your character look like?)
Type:(What type is your dragon character? Dragons only.)
Side:(Are you with the dragons or humans? Remember, you can have a good dragon or evil human, but I'll only take about 5 each of these.)
Starting Weapon:(Anything from the Starter Shop seen after this. Humans only.)
Personality:(How does your character act?)
Bio:(Your character's backstory. Dragons don't need this, as they're supposedly newly formed.)
Now that's over and done with, it's time for the weapons shop!

EQUIPMENT

Essentially what you can give your characters. You can make custom weapons for 50wp when you reach Lv5 that I will add to the Custom Weapons shop. You start with 10wp.

STARTER SHOP
Water Gun: A water rifle that has been modified to fire bullets as well as water. Needs a refill every 20 uses. 10wp
Laser Rifle: A plastic gun that has been made to fit a torch that shines through a thin sheet of ruby. Needs a recharge every 5 pages of use. 10wp
Broadsword: A broadsword. Any questions? Needs to be sharpened every 20 pages of use. 10wp

MEDIUM SHOP

Arm Cannon: Like a laser rifle except it fits onto your arm, fires a more powerful blast and is powered by kinetic energy. 20wp
Laser Lense: A mysterious contact lense that fires a powerful laser. 20wp
Energy Web Launcher: Another mysterious weapon that fires a web of pure energy that can destroy a teenage dragon. 20wp

FINAL SHOP

6-Way: A laser gun that fires up, down, left, right, forwards, backwards. 30wp
Douser: A sword with an H2O-spreading chemical inside that can injure a dragon and disable a PC dragon's flame breath for 1 page. 30wp
Heat Ray: A special mirror that reflects a dragon's flame back at them in a ray that even burns a dragon. 30wp

So, now that you have the lowdown on the RPG, a player list. After my first player(s) join, I'll do the opening IC. In the meantime, here is a player list.

Appearance: Uncombed brown hair, white skin, usually wears a t-shirt and long pants. He also has a burn on his arm after an incident with a baby dragon.
Side: Human Resistance
Starter Weapon: Laser Rifle
Personality: Usually the prankster of the group, he will not let the dragons win too easily. He has a lot of faith in the humans, and expresses it a lot.
Bio: After the dragons invaded, Mark was one of the first to fight them. He saw the death of one his friends, and has been trying to avenge him ever since.

Character Name: Karnorta
Gender: Female
Species: Dragon
Appearance: Large eyes, golden scales, a scar on her eye inflicted by a shuriken from a modern ninja(Who she ate).
Type: European.
Side: Dracopire
Personality: Cruel and likes to make her enemies suffer. She has no mercy.

Username: oogy boogy
Character Name: Alanna
Gender: Girl
Age: 18
Species: Human
Appearance: Blonde hair to the shoulders which is usually tied back, slender build, likes to wear wristbands, light skin, wears jeans and t-shirts.
Side: Humans.
Starting Weapon: Broadsword
Personality: Alanna is a friendly person, but alot of the time, she prefers to keep to herself. She will help people when they need it. Loves to have a good laugh, or occasionally make others laugh at times.
Bio: Alanna was on vacation with a couple friends shortly before the dragons appeared. Before she could get back, her family had gone into hiding. Unable to find her family, Alanna began fighting the dragons in hopes where her family went.

so just so I'm on the same page here, this is basicly dragons in the future right

Ladon: Depends. Dragons that entered Greece are dragons like the guard of the Garden of the Hesperides, dragons from China are Chinese, and other dragons are European dragons. I should put that in the form...
Grievous: How could I not use them? You're my idol! Though you need to give me a character form for your cyborg... Then Viper might sue you...
Atton Rand: Yep, this is set in the future. After all, that makes it all the more realistic.
Just got my first member, so I'll edit in the opening IC soon.
EDIT: Edited Oogy Boogy's character in. Now, the opening ICs...
IC(Mark): Mark fired his laser rifle at another dragon. It went down, dead. Suddenly, one of them roared. "This can't be good...", thought Mark as he carefully aimed the gun. It wasn't until he noticed the oncoming horde of dragons coming toward him from the eclipse. "Right... Time to run...", he said, running away as fast as he could.

IC(Karnorta): Karnorta was in the prison, incinerating everyone she saw. Suddenly, the Dracolord came in. He looked as ominous as ever, pupilless red eyes on his pure black body. His mouth always seemed to be invisible, and he could always be described as a silhouette with the eyes still visible. "I would like you to consume those nuisances, the Resistance. You shall do it immediately", he said, dark tones terrifying even Karnorta. "Yes, my Lord", she said. She flew out near immediately, for patronising the Dragon Lord was punishable by death.
OOC: You get the idea. Good guys are fighting off the hordes of dragons, bad guys are neutralising NPC humans and trying to kill the human PCs.

Alanna watched from the darkness of an alley as a young dragon passed by. Her broadsword was in hand. After the dragon passed, shesilently made her way around the back of the building to the next alley. All she had to do was wait until there was an opening. Then she would strike at it.

Viper sues me and I tear the head from his shoulders and use it as a basketball.

Gender: Machine, appears as male.
Age: 2. Just rolled off the production line.
Species: Cyborg
Appearance: Terminator

Starting Weapon: Machine gun, has many modern day (Our time) weapons stored within him
Personality: He follows orders. Tell him to kill someone on the other side of a mountain and he'll go do it.
Bio: Shortly after being sent into battle against the Resistance against Skynet, this unfortunate T-850 was captured quickly and reprogrammed and sent back in time to aid in the battle against the dragons.

Appearance: Black pants, black shirt, black boots, black trenchcoat, black sunglasses, (Oh and if ya let me can I has black mechanical Wingz?)

Starting Weapon: Laser rifle attached to a part of his arm, basically it folds in and folds out when needed.
Personality: Cold, calculating, more like a machine than a person.
Bio: Doesn't know his own history so how could anyone else? All he knows was waking up in a room, and blowing stuff up. So he just blows stuff up in a kewl way. (coughyouneedgrenadelaunchersandshotgunscombinedforacustomwepcough*)

Bio: Met Frost when the dragons appeared. Was scard at first, but quickly became friends with him. They are now trying to stop the dragons.
Powers: Telepathic abilities, VERY limited telekinesis, and can cast a special energy over objects, which he can use to make shields, energy blasts, or charge up objects. Augumented strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Gained these through his dragon.

Character Name: Frost
Gender: boy
Species: Dragon
Appearance: White and silver, with backwards horns, and glowing blue crystals all over him. Breathes blue fire.
Type: European/Chinese
Side: Good Dragon
Personality: Protective of Aaron, doesn't trust people easily.
