Out of all anime, which do you beleive is the greatest EVER? I think it's Trigun
 , though Bio-Booster Armor Guyver is still my favorite. P.S. If you think it's Evangalion because it was deep, let me say right now that I am a philosipher and a poet, so I decided to study it. I found, that it was complete giberish. If you don't beleive me, go ahead and PM me, and I can tell you more about why Eva absolutely stunk.

Hmm, I don't get much anime on my TV (No cable or satalite) so I can't say for sure. I'd go with the first season of Pokemon. It paved the way for alot of the more recent anime series.

I can't say what the "best ever" is, but I have my favorites. Akira, Robot Carnival, MD Geist, Black Magic M66, Castle of Cagliostro, Saint Seiya, Silent Mobius, Project A-KO, Gray: Digital Target, G Gundam, My Neighbor Totoro, Bio Hunter, Ghost in the Shell, Spriggan, Appleseed....gahhh I can't just pick one!

Hm... Digimon =P. Well, X/1999 & Angelic Layer are fine mangas to grab hold off (though I suggest not to read X if anyone is younger than 15). Then there's Evagelion with their awesome evas and puzzling plot (I still think its confusing to this day).

I've always enjoyed the Captain Harlock & Galaxy Express 999 anime & manga. It's pretty strange, but that's what I like about it....it's very surreal. But a lot of people have a hard time understanding what it's about; still, I consider it one of the greats.
While we're on the subject of anime series, 2 other "greats" would have to be Starblazers & Robotech. While the animation might not be the highest quality (they were, afterall, tv shows), they had great story & characters. http://www.starblazers.com/

I would have to say Zone of The Enders! This anime's cool cause it has some of the characters from the games, and the games reference some of the stuff that happened in the anime. But it will be utterly confusing if you just watch the anime and don't play the games. And runner-ups are any Universal Century Gundam series and Love Hina (Go watch it now, funny as heck). I would say DragonBall if this was greatest manga ever...the anime just does no justice...

Well on the subject of AF. People have been trying to get Akira Toriyama to do AF. But due to his last interview I saw on dragonball-gt.com he said there will be no more Dragonball realted stuff done by him. so AF can't exactly be your fave show...it don't exist!
Gundam Wing: I don't care what those Gundamholics say, I think it's good even if you learn the real timeline... Dragonball/Z/GT: Okay, I never saw the last saga of Z or yet seen GT but I loved it (BUU!) Tenchi: Cool show, especially that Ryouyoki (I think that's how you spell it...) Blue Submarine 6: Great Movie...nuff said Evangelion: hmm...I like it...probably gettin The End of Evangelion...so yes Sonic X: hey, it doesn't matter if I haven't seen it, it's Sonic! Yu-Gi-Oh!: WOW, saw Marik ( (hss) should be Malik) use his God Card against Yugi. Kaiba met him and told to him to win...on purpose. .hack//sign: Like it cool Megaman NT warrior: Possibly yes...but I saw Dex in a tutu... Inu Yasha
Another account of feudal Japan that takes a more spiritual turn. Inu Yasha is great all around. Not to mention the animation is nothing short of splendid, and soundtrack is amazing. My favorite Anime above all. I just wish Kagome and Inu Yasha would hook up already.  Rurouni Kenshin Despite slight inaccuracies of Japanese feudal times, Rurouni Kenshin is undoubtedly one of the greats in my book. Cool fight scenes, great dialogue, enjoyable characters, cute girls, people armed with katana... Not to mention it's -very- nicely animated. 'Tis a beautiful thing.  Trigun Futuristic Wild West goodness. That's all I have to say.  Cowboy Bebop Intelligent humor, great animation, mellow soundtrack, and big spaceships. Not the best, but undoubtedly great. Ed and Ein RULE! MS Gundam Series (Mobile Fighter G Gundam and later) Confusing, but that's the heart of any Gundam series. I never tire of giant Mecha, particularly these dudes that have created the most recognizeable mecha around.Love Hina Probably the best shoujo series I've seen yet! Motoko-sempai kicks arse!Shin Seiki Evangelion Provocative, grossly realistic... It's a screwed up show, but darn everything if I don't like it. Nadesico A classic, of course. The characters are enjoyable, dialogue is cutely hilarious. Nothing I would hate. Zoids: Chaotic Century Zoids: Shin Seiki/Zero The Zoids series has revolutionalized cel-shading.  The series LOOKS great. Unfortunately, the dialogue doesn't live up to the eye-candy. Still a series that shouldn't be missed..hack//SIGN A very nice show about online RPG's. Well animated, good dialogue, very cool characters (SUBARU-CHAN!)... not to mention that freaky cat those personality quizzes say I'm most like. ^_~Cardcaptor Sakura It's just so darn CUTE... Chobits Never seen this series myself, but can't say I'm not a fan. ^_~ Digimon Adventure (01 to Frontier) Digimon's getting old for me, but hey, I keep watching it. Cool EVO sequences and wacky/schway lookin' Digimon keep me interested. Full Metal Panic! Never seen it, anything BUT the opening theme. But I can't say I'm not a fan of the series. I just need to start watching it.  -WS EDIT: For the record, I've seen GT. It's -stupid-. Trust me. Toriyama should have been watching over these guys... GT seriously isn't done very well. I forgot to say that G Gundam doesn't air where I live anymore.
Stupid cartoon network replaced G Gundam with He-man Stupid Cartoon Network!! Stupid Reality shows!! Stupid ABCFamily!! .........oops, got off topic  Anyway, I'm getting SPIRITED AWAY on DVD sometime this month, so I'll be in a rather good mood when I watch  I'll be anime-ized for quite a while  I heard of a couple other anime movies (Castle in the Sky, Agent Osoma, and another one whose name I can't remember), and I'll try to get those when I can Plus, judging by what my mom and sister described, the girl in Agent Osoma (I thought they said Agent Osama and I nearly said "WHAT?!") is rather hot  hehe *runs over to AskJeeves.com to search for pics from Agent Osoma* heehee
