It allows the user to create anything he thinks, and, unfortunatly, creates what they see in dreams. That is why they always take it off whien sleeping.

It is located in an odd pagoda sort of building, on top of Onu-Wahi(A.K.A on the surface above.) It is said to have been placed there by Mata Nui himself so that no one could ever poses it. For with it, they could destroy everything...

It is hidden on a dark island, the southern-most point of Mata-Nui. Some even say that it isn't part of Mata-Nui, because it is so far away. It is secretly guarded by Makuta, but he dares not use it, because if he does, he may unleash a darkness more great and terrible to imagine (quote from LotR )

History: The only one who has ever wore this was its own creator. The creator's name has yet to be dicovered but so far he has destroyed many villages and has caused many deaths we hope this threat will come to an end but all we could do is just sit here and wait because he out powers everything we throw at him.
