No, it's not a typo. Takutanuva is the combiner of 8593 Makuta and 8596 Takanuva. This combiner might look like Makuta, but don't be fooled - Takutanuva is quite different.

I looks great and all...but this question puzzels me. WHY ON MATA NUI WOULD TAKANUVA OR MAKTUA WANT TO FUSE TOGETHER?!
