tukibird, look in the list that I have at the beginning of the post and it shows what Lego is calling the Kraata that I'm still going to call green/tan and tan/green. Don't ask me why they call it yellow but they do?

Takutanuva 3000, if you want a copy of the picture, just right click on it and save it. I would e-mail the larger one to you but its over the limit Hotmail will allow.

MrNobudy, I was thinking the same thing today and was thinking about putting all of the info into a little book or something. Theres almost enough information and stuff to make it something that could be very useful. I'll have to play around with it. And thanks for the compliment on the pic, I'm looking forward to seeing yours soon.

Again, sorry for the DP but it won't let me edit and this Information needs to be put out.

With all the new topics on Kraata powers, I thought this question needed a definate answer so here it is.

QUOTE
QUOTE
Hi,

Just wanted to say great job on the list again.

Heres my question(s)

In the past I thought it was said that the Kraata themselves only had the power to infect masks. They had to turn into Rahkshi to actually use their power such as Hunger, Poison, etc. Is this still the case or can each Kraata use its power while still a Kraata and its level is what determines how powerful it is?

If you could let me know I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
ccso35

I have been getting this question a lot today, so here is a definitive answer (and you can post this if you like, or I will):

The powers listed are the ones a Rahkshi formed from the kraata would have. For example, a Kurahk kraata has the power of anger, but it cannot put the power to use until it is within a Rahkshi. On their own, kraata only have the power to infect masks.

Well thier isn't that much need for this topic since the info here is posted in the Bionicle website. But it can still be useful somehow.

Takanuva, I must disagree with you because this topic has been here a LONG time before LEGo posted the info on bionicle.com. So why get rid of it? ccso is the Kraata expert and he has lots of information that other members want to know, so this is the perfect place to post it. I hope you understand! smile.gif

And, ccso, I've just saved your picture! I'm gonna copy it now! Thanks for telling me how to do it. biggrin.gif

-Takanuva- , why don't you see the use for this topic? Yes the info is now on Bionicle.com as well, but some people don't want to have to go back and forth to find the info. Also, I don't recall and actual pictures of Kraata on Bionicle.com.

Takutanuva 3000, I'm glad you got it, enjoy. Also, look forward to the complete set (not missing those two) of Wild Kraata to be posted later this week (hopefully! )

PS. I have kept ccso35's colour scheme, as I think they are easier to understand than LEGO Bricks, no offence LEGO.

Cheers Rog, I felt that sooo many people said that they have a misprint Kraata, when all they have is lack of common sense (ie. they don't look in this topic or at the Bionicle.com list)

Sorry about the Greyness as well Rag, it's kinda out of my control, so you'll have to make do. smile.gif

And I can't wait either c35, Unless MrN, gets there first, you'll be the "first BZPer to own all Wild Kraata" tongue.gif

And how many Rahkshi Kraata do you need now?

Well, I'm giving Mr. Nobudy the honor of first person to get all of the wild Kraata. He had beat me by about week finishing up his trading for them, but sadly two of his seem to be lost in the mail. But if all had gone right he would have beat me, so he should get the credit.

But for all of you who want to see pictures now, here they are!
And to celebrate, I tried a new method of displaying them for the photos which I think turned out better than the old ones for showing the colors.

Enjoy!

I would also like to say thank you to all of those who traded with me to get to this point. I wouldn't have been able to get here with out your assistance.

Now if I can only find 14 more Rahkshi Kraata we can all see what a full set of Kraata looks like!!!!

Wow, that's fantastic! Congratulations on getting all the Wild Kraata. Those are all of them, right? huh.gif

Anyway, does anybody happen to know if the Shadow Kraata will be coming up to Canada? This seems like the right place to ask this... unsure.gif

Yes, thats all of them. A whole slug of slugs smile.gif

As for the Shadow Kraata, do you have Target stores where you live? If you do then I would guess there is a possibility that you will get the Shadow Kraata there, if not, then I would guess you won't be seeing it. The only info I've heard on it is that it will be available in specially marked Rahkshi canisters at Target stores and it should be out sometime around December.

If someone else has heard "officially" otherwise then please fill us all in.

Niushirra, no the Rahkshi colored Kraata are not included in the Kraata canisters. I recieved that info directly from Lego from two different sources so that combined with the fact that Flintsmith, MrNobudy and I didn't get any in any of the canisters leades me to believe that anyone who says they found one is either mistaken or has someone popping tops on their canisters and Rahkshi and messing around.

yes, well, thanks for the thought, but since you actually have all the kraata, you should take credit. Having sealed trades and having the pics are two different things. Seeing as you have the proof, you should get credit. Congratulations. it was fun while it lasted.

Perfectcell, the level sixes aren't really any rarer than any of the others. We have found that the level 1's and level 4's seem to be more common than the others but I've recieved roughly equal amounts of the level 2, 3, 5 and 6. I also haven't found that they demand any greater value in trading.

Wow.......................

Thats so beautiful!! who would have thought that 216 slugs could be so..... so........ GAH

Congrats ccso, and did I PM you with all my rahkshi kraata?? I may have missed some. Anyway ill post here so any big kraata collectors can get their hands on them.

Vorahk 1
Lehrahk 4
Guurahk 4
Panrahk 1 (after mine and nobudys trades)
Turahk 1, 4, 4, 5, 5

I cant find my Kurahk kraata............... strange, I blame the Moc Bocs.

So if anyone wants one of these id prefer a kraata of the same color, but for you kraata fans out there a certain amount of wilds would be OK too.

Hey don't remember if you all remember or have heard of me, but I am TOHUNGA eric. I can't rmemeber my stupid password and it won't send me the right e-mail. I'm posting on this new account for a while now untill I get things straightened up.

I only have 1 Rahkshi- Lerahk (I think thats the spelling). They are really awesome. I want to get some canisters, and really want Takanuva.

Back to the point. Your guide is informative and also helped me out on determining colors/levels etc. The kraata that came with green boy is level 3. It also says "C" on the bottom/inside of my kraata. Does that just say it's level 3, or does it have another meaning?

Thanks, Eric

Eric, please keep your posts more relevant. anyway, to help answer your question, the C is part of the production code. since only lego really knows what it means, it is just there for produciton reasons.

Wait, are you serious that no rahkshi kratta are in the canisters? Becuase I seriously doubt that. the rahkshi kratta are the only ones they ever show!

Well rdx1, seeing as ccso and MrN have bought hundreds of these Kraata packs and NEVER come across a Rahkshi Kraata, it seems pretty certain that they are not included. And I've bought about 10 packs, and I've not come across them weither.
Which is a shame, but they may release them later in a second wave or something like that.

Ah well...

Raptordx1, I've gotten that info from two different sources at Lego, so trust me, there are no Rahkshi Kraata in the canisters. A complaint has been forwarded to the Bionicle marketing group about it though, so maybe it will change. But they did tell me that they had no plans at that time to include them, thats why they forwarded my complaint.

MrNobudy, nice pictures! I wish I could come up with a good way to display mine, but I'm currently a little strapped for cash due to trying to set up my new "Lego" room. Who knew shelving could be so expensive? Once I get it done though I'll have to put up pics of my whole Bionicle/Starwars Lego display.

Roger C-T, please let me know when you get that checklist done. For some reason my computer gives me the same power for each color combo in each level so I believe I'm missing the information everyone else is getting. I'll keep messing around with it but if your making it all into a checklist I would love to have one.

Takutanuva 3000, trust me, MrNobudy has traded a ton and so have I in the last few months (I've been trading since I joined and that was the reason I did join) but I still don't know how they pick trusted traders and maybe we're missing something? Both of us are trusted though and can provide you with numerous positive trade references, so even with out the "official" title we both have the reputation of being someone people want to trade with.

Well I finally figured out what was wrong with my browser so I could see the individual Kraata level powers. So I decided to copy all of them down and put them in list form since I felt it was easier to see the progression in power as each type of Kraata goes through the 6 stages. So here they are, enjoy!

(I'll applogize right now if there are any spelling errors, I did check it buy you try to type this all in one sitting and see how hard it is.)

Hunger
1. Has the ability to sap small amounts of energy from the plants around it.
2. Can leech some energy from small Rahi on contact.
3. Has the power to completely drain the energy of small Rahi.
4. Can drain large amounts of energy from Matoran and Rahi.
5. Can completely drain the energy of any Rahi, Matoran or other large creature.
6. Has enough strength to drain the energy of a Toa Nuva.

Poison
1. Leaves a trail of sticky, sickly slime that is unpleasant to touch.
2. Inflicts mild nausea on contact.
3. Has the power to poison the ground so that plants cannot grow.
4. Creates pools of toxic corrosion wherever it slithers.
5. Makes any Rahi or Matoran severely ill on contact.
6. Dangerously toxic to even a Toa Nuva.

Shattering
1. Has the ability to tunnel explosively through rock.
2. Can create blister-like ruptures in metal with a touch.
3. Has the power to make solid objects fall apart on contact.
4. Has the ability to shatter objects to pieces on contact.
5. Can forcefully shatter rock or metal on contact.
6. Has the power to create explosions in the immediate area.

Disintegration
1. Burrows by dissolving a path through metal, rock or ground.
2. Can slowly corrode inorganic material from within with a touch.
3. Causes walls, floors and other fortifications to collapse by tunneling through them.
4. Has the ability to completely disintegrate rocks and plants on contact.
5. Can completely disintegrate forged metals on contact.
6. Has the power to reduce even protodermis to dust.

Anger
1. Causes feelings of general irritation in nearby creatures.
2. Nearby presence turns friendly conversations into shouting matches.
3. Radiating anger has the power to magnify mild grudges into furious feuds.
4. Anger radiance causes all Rahi in the area to become fiercely territorial.
5. Has the ability to drive most creatures temporarily mad with rage.
6. Has the power to turn even the Toa Nuva against one another in anger.

Fear
1. Creates feelings of vague unease in its vicinity.
2. Manifests suspicion and paranoia in any being nearby.
3. Causes any being nearby to inexplicably become very frightened.
4. Has the power to temporarily freeze creatures with fear.
5. Constantly emits a field of overwhelming terror.
6. Has the power to bring fear to the hearts of even the Toa Nuva.

Weather Control

Sounds cool Rog! Are you including pics as well?

That'd be one ###### of a checklist (even surpassing mine) if it all works out.

Can't wait to see it!
