Hey guys... If you check out the date of the very first post of this topic, you'll notice that it is the topic's one year birthday today! Anyhow, I wonder what Lego will think up next for starwars... Well, there is that animated Clone Wars TV show coming sometime soon to Lego-ize, I guess... |
Happy birthday to you...

Nope, I mean that LEGO has asked the LEGO-Star-Wars-Site-that-everyone-knows-about-yet-we-are-not-allowed-to-mention-it-due-to-forums to hold a poll for them to see what fans would like to be the next UCS.

Have any of you played Empire at War? If so, you'll probably recognize This Ship. WARNING: Pic is a bit big.
It's the Sundered Heart, Captain Raymus Antillies' ship from Star Wars Empire at War. |
Woah, pretty big, but that almost resembles The Rebel Blockader

Rebel Blockader is a name for the ship, not the type of ship. Thats why they resseble each other.

Rebel Blockade Runner was more of a nickname. The Famous RBR we see in the Begining of IV in Tantivine IV. The one I posted is Sundered heart. The type of ship is the corellian corevett.
Who would like A Naboo Royal Starship? (Queen Amidala's one from episode I)

The name of that ship was the Tantive IV, Princess Leia's ship. It sucks that Chewie dies, I'd be okay even if the Yuuzhan Vong used reanimated him or something, just NOO!
I hope we see some EU sets, like the Wild Karrde.

Apr 16 2006, 05:27 PM
Hi guys im back, well for the desission on buying a set i would reccomend the Interceptor. Much more quality involved. If you want darth vader wait for the Imperil Star Destroyer. If not go head but i got Darth light up and to tell ya the truth he isnt that great. His head moves to much and his saber is to clunky.
The intercepter is a better, funner build.
Oh, yea today i got the jedi star fighter and vulture droid combo. Man is that a great set or what! The figure of anakin is cool and the fighter is better then i expected.
For all you Plo Koon fans i dont really like Plo Koon i'd rather they not make him. Maybe a cooler figure like Aayla or Kit Fisto. The more popular of the group:).

Hmm...on the topic of cool Star Wars minifigs...I'd have to say that Ki-Adi Mundi would be the weirdest. Despite the way he was depicted in LSWTVG, I believe (if he went into production) that Lego would just stack 2 skin-coloured heads on top of eachother.

I think a flesh color fig of any character would be cool. Mr. Onua they wouldnt make and extra head for Ki adi Mundi, they would make his taller. If they did give an extra head it would be to fragile to play with i tried it before.

I suppose it would be rather flimsy...in that case, the LSWTVG method will have to do.

Yeah, my friends made a Ki-Adi-Mundi minifig. They took Dumbledore, took off his beard and hair, stuck his face on a jedi rode thing, and stuck one of those yello pointed pieces on his head.

Hm... maybe I could kill the boredom with a quick Millenium Falcon Review?
Parts: Well, with almost 1000 parts, there's bound to be something useful, right? Interesting parts include a Hewkii Brown Kohrak-Kal shield, a long trans-sky-blue pipe piece, and five trans-light-blue minifig heads.
Building: Interesting, very solid, yet kind of fragile. It takes about three to four hours to build.
Minifigs: Excellent. I didn't have any of them at the point where I got this set, which adds to the coolness of them.
Playability: Good, if you have some TIE variants. (I'm sure a few people do.)
Overall: Excellent set, though, as with most of the older sets, a tad expensive.
