I was making my normal S@H rounds last night, when I noticed the pre-order for the Millenium Falcon. I's honestly not sure if I should be impressed or disgusted.

It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. That it's mini-fig scale makes it that much more cool. Did anyone else notice Hand and Chewwy are in the cokcpit?

But then there's the price. $500 for one model's a little steep. That's like, 50 battle packs.

And I used to think the Star Destroyer was impressive.

How'd you work that out? There's the building, display and highly-detailed look of it that you're supposed to appreciate.

I like it better than the old one, better colors, and a less blocky shape/design

It's definitely sleeker and all... But it's so... TINY! The ship is supposed to be way bigger than that! Oh well... I'm an OT fan anyways, so I won't be getting it...

The golden C-3PO can be won in two ways: through an up coming contest on the LEGO Star Wars site and the other is that there will be some hidden in the new 2007 Star Wars sets. Start buying .

The MTT looks 100% better than the old one!! plus i never got the old one, so i ahve to get this one, and the nabbo star fighter, and the jedi star fighter in blue, and the tie crawler....oh man they look awesome.

However, the C3P0 you can get in the sets is a gold coloured 3P0, whereas the one you can win is made of solid gold

The TIE Crawler and MTT are kewl. I can imagine hundreds of Boat Studs being used in the MTT's construction.

The Star Destroyer is actually much smaller, and it is only 300, and the MF is 500 because of that reason. Lego prices there sets by piece count, (MF 5000 pieces=$500, star destroyer 3000 pieces=$300)
