I just have a real quick question - on the Lego Star Wars video game, there is a cutscene when Obi and Ani jump onto the little island to duel. There is something wrong with the games storyline or something. Can anyone tell me what it is?

This isn't anything special, but a few years ago, I had the TIE bomber set, and I made Darth Vader's ship by simply taking out the missle launcher. It looked jut like the TIE advance Vader flew.

That's 10 figs, which would mean it'd be about $100 to make a set to scale with that many. Maybe $70. I dunno, LEGO's very unpredictable with their prices.

Well if Lego were to make the set, maybe they'd go with a less brutal name, and go with something along the lines of "Jedi Temple Defense" or "Order 66 Defense". I'm hoping they're making something along the lines of that but the min-fig number would, in my mind, be a composite of Yoda, Obi-Wan, and a couple of the 501st Clone Troopers in Blue highlighted Phase III armor. It would be awesome to have that scene be made into a set.
Oh about the V-Wing alts, does anybody know how to clear up a digital pic?

The A-Wing's nice. But the B-Wing is by far the best. It's almost twice as tall as Keetongu.
Agreed Gaaki i too also have the B-wing it by far the coolest ship this year, besides slave 1. I found it cool to shoot the missles. I probably get the slave 1 toady or a-wing. Im going to Toys r us to find it hopefully its not a ouot of stock again....

These arn't sets that are coming out, just some ideas I had.

A-wing review-
Box- Same as the rest, A-wing flying through space with the death star behind it.
intructions-Easy to follow, gives good sence of what color you are using.
Pieces- Wow when i opened it up i was like.... This has to be like more then 194 pcs. Well it also came with stickers, "more stickers..... hufffffff" . The pieces are nice i like the colors.
Minifigs- I like the rebel officer he cool, the pilot has a green pilot outfit. Over all it has some good cool flesh colored minifigs.
Extra-Yay, the b-wing came witht the service stand now this comes with a cart! Its nice to carry stuff with and to add with your B-wing.
A-wing process- Fun, not long, and seems like its a big set, the way its built makes it really fun.
A-wing- Very cool set for 15.00 bucks, i'd say buy it, it is fun to build, cool minifigs, fun to play with and makes a nice addition to your collection.

YES! Ultimate Space Battle is avalible in Singapore! At Art of Star Wars at the Science Center (Awesome exibit,s BTW). Also, for an additional $5 SGD, one can get the MINI Jedi Starfighter and the MINI ARC fighter. So guess what Zarai and me did.
(Really for $2.50 with every $40 perchase, and USB was $79.90... you can do the math)
NOTE: Above is all in Singapore Dollers.
And Gaaki, it'll probably be cheaper to fly to Singapore than to fly to the States to get USB.

I was so excited, i bought it and built it and its so cool. lol enough of that, but its a sha-weet set. Nice build and minifigs.

ussal, those are great set ideas, if only lego made all of them, i would be so happy. and a lot of new mini-figs, i think lego should put some of the characters from the video game in sets, like ki-adi-mundi, shaak ti, and kit fisto.

ESB was directed ny Irvin Kershner, not Lucas. And ROTJ was directed by Richard Marquand, not Lucas.

Dengar and IG-88 were with Darth Vader and Boba Fett on the Super Star Destroyer, Executor in the Empire Strikes Back. They had no speeking parts but were ment to be some of the bounty hunters Vader picked to hunt down Leia and Han.
IG-88 had 4 counterparts, BTW, IG-88a, IG-88b, IG-88c, and IG-88d. Dengar came to become Boba's friend.

I did it! I got on lego and downloaded the instructions for the jedi starfighter from ep II
I rebuilt it from its scraps that once lay in a my lego bin.
All i need is my obi wan fig but i cant find him.

Anyone know if the TIE Interceptor is good? I've been planning to get it but yeah....
TIE interceptor is pretty good, but it's nothing special. Just Vader's TIE with the cockpit moved back and a chunck out of the wing.

I'd still take it over a normal TIE...just due to aesthetics.

Is it? I don't even remember. I always thought that the normal TIE's were quite common. I've seen an abundant supply at the TRU by me.

*does a quick check* Well, the interceptor is $20, and the fighter is out of stock. So the Interceptor is the easier one to get. XD

I think it's pretty cool. Though I never understood why all the TIE ships are blue...
I wrote a review awhile back while it is a fun ship the "the out of stock Tie came with light up saber Darth Vader" so it is not as good as the tie Fighter. The Interecepter is a funner build and more durable.

Good news for all Lego Star Wars fans: the license with Lucasfilm has been extended until 2011. Lego will continue to create sets of that galaxy far, far away, instead of stopping in 2007.
It was hinted at in the article that some of the future sets might involve the upcoming animated and/or live-action Star Wars TV series. Time will tell.
