So I've been slaving away on this comic project here and there, and its turned out pretty nicely so far. The topic for my original bionicle comic "Nuju's Tale" is long dead, this is the sequel to Nuju's Tale and continues where it left off, but I'll also have all of the 'prestory' Nuju's Tale stuff up in this topic.

Since a couple people asked last time, each comic takes me between 40 minutes to 2 hours to complete and upload.
Right now, there is no end in site for this comic, which is really a first for me...

WORLDS COLLIDE! COMICS-
Worlds Collide! is a series created in celebration of my 100th webcomic (yes, 100!). It features main characters from every one of my series and those of my closest friends' comics. Since several characters from League of Villainy and the Nuju's Tale prestory play roles in this series (like Horde Leader, Zaktan, Kazi and Nuju), I'll be posting these comics here too. As of now, I've finished this mini-series. For those continuity order loving fans, the Worlds Collide! storyline takes place just after Chronicle 20 for the LoV characters.

Thok's Pet Visorak Crossover!
Its the best of both pic-comic worlds, with Thok from Thok's Pet Visorak and Horde Leader from League of Villainy both guest starring in each others comics. Thok has already shown his face in LoV with his new golden highlights, and look for the prequel to the crossover in future Thok's Pet Visorak comics!

The Kitchen Sink Comics
Yes its another picture-edit comic like my still ongoing series, League of Villainy. But this time there's a twist. The way this series works (for the most part) is that good ol' Mikey will take pictures of whatever MOCs or sets he has laying around interacting. He'll then send me the pictures, not telling me what he thinks the characters were doing, and its up to me to caption them. Due to timing and other constraints, I've decided to merge the TKS comics into this topic to make mainting the franchise easier. Its been hard keeping after two topics, especially with Synth so busy with his senior year that he can't get pics all that often any more, this way there's no more close calls with falling beyond the revival limit. TKS WILL be finished, don't worry about that, it just may take a while.

Yay, 'tis back! I liked the old one, and these are even better . The Throwbots and slizers are funny. Especially when Amazon was ranting about storylines, that was my favorite scene . I'm keeping my eye on this topic.

I just had to bring back the Throwbots and Roboriders, now they'll get a story worth telling XD Glad you liked it though There's still plenty more on the way though, 9 and 10 should be done within the next couple of days.

lots of humor throughout the comics, and some good MSPaint quality action

since chronicle 9 is the newest, i'll comment on that, i must say that the daisies were unexpected, hilarious and unexpected, but what lies beneath the daisies, hopefully not the morbuzahk

Yeah, the daisies were in my new room (as my mom had not taken all of her stuff out yet). And I decided, eh, why not, it'll be easier than making a nice swirly MSP portal.
And not the Morbuzahk , Reidak uses that daisy pit to toss in all his 'mistakes', you'll see what I'm talking about in #10

Just under a month later, I've finally gotten the time to work on these comics I started back before school. Chronicle 12 is now up, but I'll have to apologize for the picture quality in some portions of the comic, this one was a bit rushed, and then sat in my TO DO folder for nearly a month. Look for more this three day weekend

As usual, the comics are hilarious, I just read the last few chronicles (10-12), lots of great one liners, like

And I'm liking the incorperation of the multiple storylines, and how the slizers/roboriders are taking control of league members, quite funny.

Can't wait to see more.

I'm also liking the multiple storylines, they were originally meant as filler, but in the end they turned out to be decent stand alone additions to the story. Chronicle 13 will be up VERY soon, and I'm also working on 14 and 15 as I write this, so stay tuned.

Just read chronicle 13, I found it to be really funny. I loved the stunned hewkii's random quotes, such as: "whoo! I can taste the music" Amongst all the fighting, the ever-random hewkii managed to make it even funnier. And jaller's text towards the end of the chapter about cliffhangers was funny too.

I am disappointed that General Spine got captured.
The way he's been acting lately, I thought he would have eluded defeat easily...

Regardless, another grand chronicle.

General Spine has been secretly plotting behind everybody's back, and his character will do some pretty unexpected stuff in the coming Chronicles, you'll see him do something really unexpected in the next one, then he's going to turn around and surprise you all over again Thanks for the feedback, more coming soon

New comics indeed The Power that is
In the spirit of this holiday I've already update both of my epics (Droids 3 and Solidity) with new chapters, of course I had to update with a new Chronicle here too Chronicle 14 is here folks! This comic series really gives me a chance to unwind myself after working on two really serious epics at once, with this I can be as stupid as I want with my writing, and still keep a sense of seriousness and plot without having to make it dark like some parts of my epics, and for that I'm thankful.

keparu- The supervillain was in an old plot I cut out, it would've been just basically ripping General Spine off his body, then meshing the two into the evil Zaktan in the real Bionicle storyline, no telling what'll become of him now

I just read chronicle 14, very nice. I liked how all the piraka retained some storyline resemblance and all rebeled against the horde leader. It appears that General Spine was more important than I had originally thought. It was a very surprising chronicle, KUTGW.

You'll get to see a lot more dealing with how General Spine and the Piraka all decided their revolt in Chronicle 16. In the meantime 15 should be up within the next 36 hours.

Just read chronicle 15, I didn't find it to be as funny as some of the prior chronicles, and IMO griggen's thought bubbles really made the chronicle, that and balta's surprise appearence. And the exosuits were clever too.

I still want to be somewhat serious with the plot, I don't want it to get runned into the ground with just random strips of pointlessness, that just doesn't work for me. So sometimes plot will take prescedence over comedy, but working in things like Griggen's thought bubbles is an added bonus to the readers, things like that usually come AFTER I've done the script and photography. The suits were something I've wanted to work in for a while, but never got around to b/c I changed the direction of the plot that I had planned out.

Chronicle 16 is now up, and available for your viewing pleasure. The goal of this one was to close some loose ends I had going on before hitting the next saga. Horde Leader should be showing up in the next Chronicle for those interested in his fate

Griggins gets some more great lines!

Griggens is another version of comic relief with the new band of Matoran, but instead of being a complete cool dude, he's more of a deep thinker who sees things "how they really are", and usually non of the characters know what he's thinking, so its fun to have him poke fun at other characters like the "brown ones" XD

Finally got around to reading chronicle 16 after a homework reprieve.

There weren't as many laughs as I would have expected, though the cheese and vezok/vezon ordeal was pretty good.

It's good to see some of those loose ends tied up, and I can't wait to see what'll happen next.

In a way 16 is a combination of both filler and explanation. I know the fact that Zaktan and Spine working together seemed a little odd at the time it was introduced, since the past few comics have been impro only. I can say, fans of Nuju's Tale are going to like the next comic though

I figured that Kazi as an arm was one of the most memorable things that made Nuju's Tale what it was. And how could anyone feel sorry for Hakkan XD? The guy can be a real hot head sometimes

I for one am glad to see the revival of the arm-kazi, I'm sure he'll annoy Horde Leader to no end.

The developement with hakann is interesting, and I'm also glad to see the storyline playing a part in the comic. Though, with all the good guys escaped... that can't be good.

I'm intrigued about finding the ignika though... it'll certainly be interesting.

Another great chronicle, can't wait to read 18.

Hakann will hopefully spawn another side story like Thok did way back when the Throwbots captured him. As for the good guys, no way are all of them going to go after the Piraka gang, the numbers will be narrowed down quite a bit. And Kazi arm is where he belongs again, that's all there is to it, who knows? Maybe he might be able to teach Horde Leader a thing or two about what it means to be a good guy.

I'm trying to close any confusing factors from the older comics with the newer ones, like the random Lego sets showing up in the comics. And maybe its not the Ignika, that doesn't mean that the Ignika isn't going to show up though. It'll be good

Well, I had completely spaced that I still had a certain clip uploaded on Google Video. Nuju's Tale Video Clip 1 has been added to the Nuju's Tale section of the Library, it was a scene of unedited panels that seemed to flow rather smoothly, and I wanted to see what panel by panel would look like in Video form, obviously I had the panels going to fast, but its basically an experiment for a scrapped idea that I had earlier this year. I was hoping to make video versions of the comics, with the panels going like a slideshow, but I never got around to making it work how I wanted. Give it five stars
Comic wise, I've unpacked all the sets that I was storing away for this comic and hope to film two weeks from now, as I have another comic project I want to get done first (b/c I'm coming up on my 100th webcomic). Sorry for the delay folks. But, this new project will be partially related to LoV/Nuju's Tale, so I will probably post it in this topic, so stay tuned!

Okay...
Nuju's Tale Clip 2 (give it five stars for no reason at all!) is now up, another non-comic update, explanation for this one is the same as the last one (test for making comics into Video form, and tinkering with Windows Movie Maker settings...yeah).
I'm sorry for the lack of comics for the past few weeks (school requires a lot of my attention), BUT I have taken pictures for the next two and a half comics, and I'm hoping to get to work on them again this weekend. If you really want something comic-related that I've done in this format, check out my website. Speaking of which, I just now realized the link to the Nuju's Tale section of that site in the main post in this topic was broken, so I went ahead and fixed that to, and the site should show up now.

Shame the animations don't have captions or subtitles or something but I suppose they're going to fast for that

Its something I hope to revist maybe in the summer of next year, problem is, each panel would have to be tweaked to last more or less seconds depending on how many words are in each panel, which is why I think I ditched the project in the first place, some panels would have to be 30+ seconds long while others are 5+ seconds long, in the time it would take for me to do that I could probably put out more new comics in the traditional format I use.

Delta is a fun character to write, I really liked how he turned out even if he only appeared in parts of just a single Chronicle (he may yet show up again). He's basically just a little bit of my Droids writing (see my sig) bleeding over into this comic for a bit. And I wouldn't say its the Ignika just yet, I haven't gotten that far into the story Remember there's still that Hakkan side-story to work out, the Inika coming into the picture, the Piraka on Voya Nui, and possibly the new regime of the League of Villainy (with a new leader? zomg!). The first Issue of that new project I've talked about before should be up in this topic by today or tomorow, I'm currently sitting at 99 webcomics...then hopefully after that I can start working on finishing those three new LoV comics.
