Okay, so I know there are the Tanoka, gold-plated Kanoka, 175 Kanoka, trans-red Kanoka, and misprint pink Kanoka. Are there anymore (not including the ones from normal sets, like Metruan Kanoka, Slizer Kanoka, Vakama's Kanoka, Disk of Time, etc.)? Where did the ones I listed above come from? And how rare are they?

I think the gold plated Konaka was a prize for some contest back in 2004. You had to get a winning card or something. I never seen a pink kanoka before. Do you have any pictures of it?

The Tanoka was a mass-produced Slizer/Throwbot disk prototype. It's pretty common and worth about $5.
The Gold-Plated Kanoka was a promotion LEGO did with the Toa Metru and Toa Metru Speed Building competitions. There are only 500 in existence and they're worth about $75-$100 each.
The 175 disk was packaged with a European comic and not available anywhere else. It's worth about $3.
The Trans-Red Kanoka (TRK) was a French promotion, although I'm not sure how it was released. (Comic?) I've seen it sold for $5 and for $50, but it's currently worth about $10-$20.
The Bionicle Kanoka was a special disk exclusive for LEGO employees. None have ever been sold, however, I'd bet it's worth around $30-$50.
The Comic-Con Disk was originally going to be available at the San Diego Comic Con in 2004, but there were some errors and only a few were produced, and were given to LEGO employees. It is also worth around $30-$50.
The Codeless Disk of Time was a prototype for the Disk of Time, and again, were given to LEGO employees. Probably worth around $30-$50.
There are also solid black and solid glow-in-the-dark Disks, like the Tan Kanoka, which were also Slizer/Throwbot prototypes.
~Sidorak The HunterEDIT: There is no such thing as a Misprint Pink Kanoka.

Wait, what about that glow-in-the-dark Kakama disk? It's the disk that came with Tohunga Hewkii but on a glow-in-the-dark base. How rare is that? Was it available to the public? If so, how many? And how did the public get their hands on it?
And I'm guessing this is fake?

That pinkish Ta-Metru disk is not a misprint nor is it rare. The 2004 Kanoka had many printing errors. Some of the Ga-Metru disks were greenish instead of blue, and some of the Onu-Metru disks were gray instead of black. It's nothing special.
About the GITD-Kakama Kanoka? Yes, I forgot to mention that one. There's probably only 1 in existence, and it came with the Prototype Nuhrii. I don't know where it is or how much it's worth.

Hmm. It appears that Keerakh, Vorzakh, Bordakh, and Rorzakh all have that GITD disk with a Kakama print. It's probably safe to assume that the other two Vahki on display had that disk too.
I guess that brings the total number of the GITD/Kakama disks in existence from 1 (Nuhrii Prototype) to 7.
