They've been referred to as queens, so probably female.

I thought I read something where the bahrag have no gender. Maybe i was dreaming it. Well, If they do have a gender then I would pick female.

Bohrok Queen and Mother Bohrok were the nicknames given to them by US at BZ.
So their gender is unknown unless we are given a deffinate answer. (Theoretically, one could be male...and one female)
BUt we don't know. Going to theories!

The Bahrag are twins, so gender doesn't really matter.

Cahdok(red)=Male.(All red BIONICLE charicters seem to be Male.)
Gohdok(blue)=Female.(All blue BIONICLE charicters seem to be Female.)
